We cannot say enough good things about Full Amor and their incredible and professional team. Kolby came out to evaluate our windows at the request of the manufacturer, ProVia, after our initial window installer did a completely awful job. Kolby took so much time with us to explain all of the issues we had with the prior installation and educate us on what a proper installation would look like. He didn't pressure or rush us. He provided clear and patient information that made us feel very comfortable. He even took the time to create a report for us that detailed all the failures of the initial installer. Above and beyond.
Then when the team came out to do the job, they were all punctual and professional. They did such detailed and thoughtful work, as well as a final walk through so we could understand the job finishing. It was a great process. We will use them again and recommend them whole-heartedly.

We had two windows installed. I got 5-6 quotes. The window quality is just as good (I did plenty of research before booking), if not better, that some of these other places offer - but Full Armor was 40% less than most places. Full guaranteed, great warranty, including accidental glass breakage.
Great experience from start to finish. From the initial quote, to the measuring, and install - everything went great. Windows are custom made to fit your space. Install did not take long at all and they cleaned up during and after. Much appreciated. We are going to do 2 or 3 more windows with Full Armor next year too!

We had a great experience using Full Armor to replace a cracked window in our home. The team was easy to communicate with through the quote, measuring, ordering, and scheduling process. We had an issue with a bathroom window where it required replacement. Similar to most, we contacted multiple window companies to receive estimates and talk through the process. Full Armor had a competitive price, excellent warranty, and quality product. They were easy to work with on the scheduling and installation process. In fact, they mentioned it would be a "half day" project, but on the day of installation they were in and out within an hour and a half, which was amazing. They kept their job site extremely clean all day too. The window looks great and we're excited to continue protecting our home with a quality product which was professionally installed.

From the estimate to the installation the full armor team was very professional and courteous. All windows installed are perfect. Full Armor was incredible to work with. After months of dealing with a larger company and insurance issues we decided to work with Full Armor with the intent to pay out of pocket. Tavis was quick to respond and gave us a bid quickly. After getting the bid I asked Tavis if he would be willing to see if insurance would work with him. Tavis worked a miracle and actually got our insurance to cover our siding damage caused by high winds. He saved us a lot of money and for that I can’t thank him enough. We are truly grateful for Tavis and Daryl and for all their work. We live in a 113 year old house that has a mix of windows from original windows to some replacements from the 60s and 70s, making for a variety of... interesting... installs. We have 27 windows total, so decided to do them in phases by floor. We had Full Armor replace all of our 2nd floor windows with ProVia windows. There is a ton of options to customize the windows. We have photos from when our house was originally built showing all the half-colonial style grids the house originally had. We were able to customize the windows the match the exact grid layouts of the original. Ralph and his team did the install and they were great to work with. He was great at asking us questions when decisions needed to be made and any concern I raised he addressed. One of the windows that had been replaced decades ago was not installed very well. He installed the new one in a logical way given what he had to work with, but meant the window was set different than all the others in the house. When I pointed it out we talked through it and he quickly said the best thing to do would be to reinstall it to match the others. I was glad he went through the effort and without complaint because it helped make all the windows look more uniform. They worked through some of the coldest days we had and were here a total of 3 days. The whole team was great to talk with and fun to have around. They did a great job.

The new windows are amazing. We already notice the house is better insulated and much quieter. We're already talking about getting the rest replaced when it warms up more and hoping to have Ralph's team install them for us.

We had a great experience when they replaced our roof and gutters. Tavis and his workers were always pleasant, professional, and dependable. Our roof and gutters also look fabulous. It's amazing how a well-made roof can transform and update a house. Full Armor also replaced all the windows in my daughter's and son-in-law's house and they were so pleased with the beautiful results. In a world of fly-by-night roofing and window companies, Full Armor is a solid company of integrity and high standards for quality work and service. I would give them six stars if possible!

Making the decision to purchase windows can be a difficult and daunting process (windows aren’t cheap). We looked online, read reviews, after a couple of other companies we spoke with Troy. He took time going over the process and designed the windows how we wanted them. Kolby came out, measured, said it’d take approx 10-12 weeks for them to be made and installation would be scheduled. Dec 26th, both Loren & Ralph showed up with their crew. We met everyone, introduced them to our dogs. They were all professional and took pride and care in the work performed and we felt comfortable having them in our home. The transformation to our home is amazing, our sun room is now truly one, and the front room is warmer now with the new bow. Full Armor made it a pleasurable experience from start to finish

We have been wanting new windows at the house since we bought it (2017). We thought we couldn't afford it until we had Full Armor give us an estimate. The price was affordable. Even better than the price is the quality of the product. I love the new windows with their security features and easy-to-clean functionality. The employees were very professional, friendly, and worked efficiently. They paid great attention to the details of the window installation - the caulking and exterior work look wonderful.

We started window shopping by just looking for a few well reviewed companies in Omaha. We have a 100 year old house with equally old windows. We wanted to take care of the first floor windows (11 in total) since those were the ones that would hardly open. Full Armor's quite was timely and beat the competition by, in some cases, nearly half. After looking into the ProVia windows brand and warranty we quickly decided to go with Full Armor.

The communication and scheduling was smooth and the installation occurred on time and went extremely well. The wraps that they installed on the outside make the windows look perfectly suited to the rest of the house. We'll schedule them to do our second floor in the spring!

Our experience with Full Armor was informational and positive from the beginning. We were given a thorough explanation of the type of window which would work best and why Full Armor windows have more to offer than other brands. No one within the company was pushy just informative. Our window arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected and installation was smooth. The guys cleaned up well and gave proper explanation of how all parts work, how to clean and activate my warranty. Very pleased all around !

From beginning to end, Full Armor did a great job. The two man crew, Loren and Travis were very nice and did a fantastic job and had a great sense of humor as well. When the door frame was in, I realized my Ring doorbell wouldn't fit flush, so they made a bracket that fit the contour of the door frame, so that the doorbell would sit flush. They went above and beyond to make things work. On any future jobs, I will request them.

Full Amour Has excellent quality windows that I am very impressed with. The installers provided professional quality work and they took pride and what they do.
We have two dogs, and they were very cognizant of closing the gates coming in and out of the backyard and enjoyed talking to them.
Rehanging the blinds and shades, Ralph gave his opinion and input how to rehang without putting hangers on casings. Giving his opinion shows how he takes pride in his work.
We had 18 windows put in and it took four days to complete, which the shows teamwork it took to get this done.
I am glad I had a referral from another Full Amour customer.

We recently had our windows and patio door replaced. We had received 4 different bids. Full Armor by far impressed us the most. Tony is professional and friendly. The crew was absolutely amazing. This was our first experience using Full Armor and we are impressed. We had a pocket window previously installed incorrectly by Window World where the woodwork was rotting out due to moisture intrusion. Our experience using Full Armor was seamless from the start. Kolby did a great job of showing us the windows that they offer, in addition to explaining the process involved. It took a few months between ordering the window and final installation, but we were informed ahead of time that this would be the case. Loren and his crew really did a fantastic job with the install. The window really looks great, and they actually left the place cleaner than what they found it in! I am hoping the window performs well over the winter, because I have a few more windows to do (because of faulty installation by previous contractors). If the window does well, I know who I will be hiring. Thank you to everyone involved!

Update 5/15/25: This was the third year in a row that we have used Full Armor to replace some of our windows. I ordered the windows back in January while I was off work for shoulder surgery. My return to work date was next week, and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule to have the install done this week so I wouldn't have to take any more days off on my first week back. I really appreciate their ability to accommodate that. The installation of 3 additional windows was the same great work that it has been the last 2 years we have used them, and they leave the place cleaner than what they found it in. And as a bonus, they even trimmed a little length off my blinds so that I could continue to use them and not have to buy different window coverings. Little things like this are what set this company and this crew above everyone else. Thank you for your excellent work Full Armor!
