My windows have never looked so clean in my life. They are very personable and professional, but they are also very efficient at their job. The price is astonishing, but I was so happy with the overall service that I would use them again. I’ve already referred them to my friends and family.

Upon arrival, the two-man crew promptly behan work cleaning 17 windows. After one hour, they had completed the work... and our windows have never looked so good... bright and shiny!!

My internal and external Windows and screens were a dusty gluey mess because we just moved into our new house and it was new construction mess. The guys were very nice and professional and when they got done, I was honestly shocked because it looked like they had removed the windows they were so clean, it looked like I could step right outside. The two men that came out to clean were so nice, professional, and efficient. I can't even believe how good these original windows turned out. They were so dirty and now it feels like I'm in a new home! They aren't perfect only because they are so old but I never imagined that they could look as good as they do. Thank you!

My only negative (if you want to call it that) and the reason I gave 4 stars is because when I scheduled the appointment I was given a window of 8am-10am. No one had shown up by 10:30am so I had called and was told that it would likely be after 11:30am. They didn’t end up showing until just after 12:30pm. Luckily, I work from home but if I had taken part of the day off from work to have this service done and they didn’t show up until after 12pm I would probably be pretty upset. I did schedule it around my meetings for the day so it was a bit challenging to not know when they would show up. It ended up working out but would be my only negative.

Overall happy with results. One kitchen window was missed and there is now a bent screen in one of the upstairs bedrooms

I can’t believe how fantastic our windows look after Mathew and Hunter finished up. They paid so much attention to detail and were extremely professional and polite. We’ve been having our windows cleaned for close to 15 years and for some reason never used Window Genie before ??? So trust me when I say this , we’ll never use anyone else from here on out .

Love Window Genie! Met them at the Spokane Home and Garden show and scheduled a power wash of our home. Unbelievable difference when they were through, super nice. The team was on time and worked through without any breaks. Very affordable and worth every penny.

Two very courteous young men showed up on time (actually called as they finished an earlier job and were checking if it was OK to come early - it was). Completed the gutter cleaning, cleaned everything up, and were done before I knew it. This company and it's employees get it. Provide quality services on time and at reasonable prices. I can't say enough good things about the young men who came to our home. From the quote process to the completion of a significant amount of work they were professional, hard working, conscientious and friendly. Matt and Jamal came to give us the quote and Matt and Cody did the actual work. What impressed me the most is that they were truly concerned about doing the job well. We had our driveway power washed, gutters cleaned and windows washed and they went beyond the call of duty. On top of all of that the price was great!! Great company and great employees.

Great experience having my skylights and ceiling fan cleaned. The two young men were so careful and thorough and were able to get the condensation stains off the ceiling also. I will recommend this company to everyone that lives in Riverview Retirement Community as we have high ceilings and Window Genie was able to get all things cleaned beautifully, thanks so much!!

I live in an Aframe with a lot of windows - 30' high up windows - the kind that make some contractors throw up their hands and say no way. The Window Genie crew was super professional, worked clean and fast; kept me informed every step of the way and did a great job getting my windows sparkling clean (even the 'problem' windows with tape residue and spots). Excellent service, very safe, very pro - they'll definitely be coming back. (Photos: Tall ladders doing the window wall - they also do glass doors of course - I'm going to look into tinting with Window Genie; another service offered)

Professional Service. I had window glass that was very dirty from years of not cleaning them. They also had some type of solvent residue from painting the stucco brick walls. I tried to clean them myself with vinegar and other things. I was so happy to be able to see out the windows again.
