I was very pleased with the service that we received from this company. I was kept informed at every step as to what was happening, and when things would be done. I was amazed at how much better and more thorough the windows were cleaned in comparison with the last company that we used. I will definitely use their services in the future.

The owner of Window Genie of Ann Arbor did a thorough job cleaning my sadly neglected white vinyl siding. He was able to remove a variety of stains and grime and my house now looks fresh and well-maintained! He also washed the windows which is the first time I’ve ever had that done professionally. He was prompt and responsible and kept me informed of all aspects of the job. I’m so pleased with the results and experience I’ve vowed to do this annually.

Greg does an excellent job with our windows -- exterior and interior. He's very good at communicating with us in advance and makes helpful reocmmendations if he sees a window that needs repair. We have an old house, so he is very careful with our windows.

Window Genie always sends reminders and they always show up on time. They do a great job of cleaning the windows.

I talked thoroughly to the gentleman from this business and had to wait over a month for an appointment. I wanted 5 doorwalls and 20ft of indoor mirrors cleaned. This was an appt for my mother who is not healthy and can’t do them on her own. They have my #, and hers. No call, no show! Left repeated messages and nothing! My mom took the time and effort to move items, while she is not well, for these cleaners that never called and never showed! Horrible customer service! No one answered the phone all day!

I would use Window genie again, I am a repeat customer. They are communicative, arrive on time and do a good job for a fair price. My windows are crystal clear now.

great job well done. the person was in no hurry and talked to us for a while. get person. sugguested that i repair one screen. asked how long had i had my window with reflector for birds. said it was to long. will have him back twice a year.

I had my windows cleaned inside and out by Window Genie today. Greg and his associate were prompt, courteous, and thorough in their work. I got a quote from another company; it was a lot higher, and there was a 3-month wait before they could get to me. I will definitely use Window Genie again.
