Absolute excellent experience with Jeb. He told me up front that he was going to treat my house like his own and that is exactly how I felt afterwards. He walked through the process he was going to take with my complicated house and gutters. He took his time and even did a little bit of light trimming as a preventative measure for some tree branches that were encroaching on the roofline. Above and beyond all the way around. I will definitely be a return customer. Oh and my Doberman immediately liked him so I knew right away he was going to be alright. The nose knows.

I would not recommend this company at all. First I was charged more per window($1 more) than quoted on the phone. Second, I was told on the phone that cleaning the window screens would be extra($4 per screen). I chose not to to have the screens cleaned. The technician that came said if he has to touch the screens to move them to get to the window that he has to charge the screen cleaning price. I was thinking to myself, what?? And the icing on the cake is my windows aren’t clean. There are streaks because they use a power washing tool and don’t go behind and hand wipe down. I told the technician that there were streaks and asked if he was going to wipe them down. He said, no, it was just my windows and that I would have to pay an additional $25 to get them clean?? I had to go behind someone that I paid and hand clean them myself. What a waste of money.

The job got done and they actually showed up when they said they would! Issue was that they had to come back 2 times to get everything done. One of those times was due to their faulty ladder. They were also hard on our shrubs and when using our water hose they just left it lay where they dropped it. The job did get done!

Hugh and the Team are absolutely fantastic and professional. My home has never looked better. Highly recommend them for all your exterior cleaning needs.

I used this company to clean my windows. When I called to schedule an appointment and get a quote they were very thorough in asking me what I wanted. They were reasonable and prompt. They explained exactly what they were going to do. Service was done in a timely manner. I was very pleased and will be using them again.

Window Gang did an incredible job power washing our ocean front house and deck. The deck was looking its age but after cleaning, it looks brand new. They were such a hard working group of guys. Beyond professionals and very personable, when they washed the windows, the lead guy felt he could’ve done better and rewashed them! You don’t get better service then someone who is proud of the work that they do!

I received this contact from my neighbor. They returned my call within 1work day and we scheduled 3 days out. The 2 gentleman were promt and did a very nice job. My screens needed repairs. The gentleman took them all to be clean and repaired. They returned them and installed them.

I have had power-washing done before but never like this! You truly get what you pay for. From the moment my appointment was set with Window Gang to the moment they finished, they were professional and exceptional at all tasks. My home was in need of a major clean up. When they finished power washing the driveway, sidewalk, front porch, brick home, deck, benches, stairs, rails, deck furniture, and cleaned the windows (inside and out!)-- everything looked almost newly restored. My roof was very streaked and unsightly. I spoke with "The Window Gang" owner "Hugh", who sent a crew to do a wash on my roof. The crew (Dennis and John) were very experienced and professional. The roof now appears new again. I highly recommend "The Window Gang".

Recently used Window Gang and it went about as well as I could have hoped for. They were on time and professional and honest with me (which is rare these days) about services I didn't need. I had them clean my gutters, windows, and pressure wash the back fence. All of it turned out great. Very pleased and will definitely be using them again.
