Winchester Pressure was one of a few companies we contacted to get an estimate to pressure wash our home. Jonas promptly responded to our request to come out and give us an estimate.
We ended up going with Winchester Pressure because it was the right price for us (we received estimates between $400 and $900) and Jonas' professionalism. He was very personable and asked good questions.
On the day of the service, Jonas was running late but he communicated with us his delayed arrival. This communication with us was very much appreciated.
Unfortunately, we had an appointment to go to and could not be present when the work was completed. When we walked around the house the next morning, we did notice a few brownish-orange spots near the bottom of the siding where the grime and/or cleaning solution probably collected. However, these few spots were easily removed by spraying them with our far less powerful pressure washer. Importantly, our house was built in 2000 and we bought it in 2011. As far as we know, it has never been pressure washed up until this point, so we understand that this was a tall task.
Overall we were very happy with our service. We would recommend Winchester Pressure to our friends.
