M3 Restorations

I must explain my perspective in compiling this review. Thirty-four years of my professional life was working in Litigation Support. I gathered document evidence using microfilm and computer imaging. The work products achieved by my efforts were under unrelenting and had constant scrutiny from numerous courts, and both plaintiff and defense attorneys. The delivery of “discovery evidence” to my customers had to be 100% complete, and most importantly, Error Free. So, this review is based on these distinct parameters.

On February 16th, 2025, two large trees fell on my home because of a windstorm. There was damage to the roof, the chimney stack, the screen in porch and the drywall inside the house.
After assessing the damage, I called my home insurance company. I asked them for a recommendation for a competent contractor that would restore my home back to the way it was before the event. The company recommended was M3 Restorations. It first on their list.

The M3 Restorations supervision and crew working on my home did so with a united purpose and 100% attention to detail. I state this fact from my observations of their work ethic, evaluated from my own work history, as stated above. There was no idle time spent. All their reconstruction work was devoted to moving forward getting the project completed. The only breaks in this project’s progress were caused by bad weather or waiting on the arrival of parts.

I want to commend the work crew. They were disciplined in all phases of the work. This highly motivated construction team completely removed my home’s two layers of roof shingles in the late Spring heat. This task was demanding and took great physical endurance.

The “finishing work” was perfectly accomplished. It is pure artistry. My home is now in better shape than it was before the event that required restoration. Meaning, their work passed my highly detailed scrutiny. In addition, their original invoice approved by my home’s insurance company has the exact dollar amount of the final invoice.

I, without any reservation, recommend M3 Restorations to restore damage caused by Mother Nature’s destructive fury. In today’s world, it is refreshing to witness a company’s unrelenting dedication to a superior work product.

I experienced water damage in 3 rooms from my water heater leaking. I filed a claim with my insurance company at
7:15 AM and checked that I needed emergency services asap. I received a call from Mr. Hall with M3 Restorations at 8:15AM. I explained my situation to him and he said he would be in route and should arrive by 9:15AM and his crew would arrive shortly after that. Mr Hall arrived as promised and assessed the damage. He was very thorough in explaining what the process would be and what I should expect. His crew arrived and started preparing the unaffected areas. They removed the carpet, laminate flooring and drywall as needed. They brought in multiple fans and dehumidifiers to dry out all areas. They were very careful with unaffected areas. All debris was removed and hauled away. All areas were dried out and when satisfied with the results, the equipment was removed. I can’t say enough about M3 Restorations. Great job Mr Hall and his crew.

Had storm water damage in my crawlspace and M3 Restorations was highly recommended. Gave them a call, they were very responsive and started the remediation within 12 hrs. M3 Restorations came to my property in a timely manner after we had severe rain storms and flooding in the surrounding area. Charles was polite. I would recommend if you do have mitigation done, get a written estimate prior to the work being done if possible.

Great company to do business with. I had water damage in my home. They came to my home immediately and set up the equipment to dry the water. Once dry they let me know what I needed to look for in flooring and carpet etc. They fixed drywall, removed old flooring and carpeting. When flooring and carpeting was delivered they installed same day. Any issues they fixed immediately. Highly recommend.

M3 Restorations recently repaired our garage after a fire. Their manager, Bryon Derosario, was excellent with communication on status and activities; working with him was very easy. The workmen were punctual and competent. I am satisfied with the outcome and the overall time to effect repairs. EXCELLENT WORK!

M3 was kind, efficient and FAST in the completion of renovations my house required due to flood damage (new carpeting on a staircase and upstairs level, ceiling drywall repair and painting the entire ceiling on main level of home, ceiling fan replacement). I would absolutely recommend this company to ANYONE and am considering them for other household projects. Unfortunately, we required their services due to a house fire. It was bad enough that we were displaced which meant our lives and routines were completely shaken and instantly changed. During a time where we were upset and stressed and tired of dealing with everything and everyone, Charles and his team at M3 were absolutely amazing. Charles and M3 Restorations were at our house within 24 hours of the call and amazingly, brought a team & had the cleanup done in about two hours! I had to go out for an appointment and left my husband with them and was startled to come home and find the job done! They left a huge dehumidifier to deal with the moisture (this was a broken water line that poured tons of water onto a lower floor!) and returned a few days later to check and remove it! Great job!

M3 was a pleasure to work with. They were very punctual, reasonably priced, and did a really thorough job. I had some mold and cat smell in a small crawl space (which smelled awful and would not go away with DIY cleaning supplies). They cleaned it up by removing some pieces of dry wall and moldy insulation, sanitized the crap out of it, and finished with some sort of professional grade deodorizer. The smell has now been completely eliminated!

M3 Restorations responded to our water damage with mold call the next day. Charles assessed the damage and explained what mitigations would be needed. When it came to performing the mitigation work I could not have received better professionalism, communications, and great work. M3 did a great job and I would highly recommend M3 Restorations to anyone needing water damage help. Costs were very reasonable and work was performed at a great pace and completed as scheduled.

I had some flood damage from a frozen ruptured water pipe. I called Erie Insurance and they activated a claim immediately and after a few questions allowing me some options I took their advice and allowed M3 Restorations to handle the job. This was for two reasons - first they were recommended by my insurance company, second because they did everything from start to finish which eliminated me from having to hire a plumber, drywall finisher, floor installer, painter and trim carpenter - they did it all.
M3 arrived the day after the flood, set up drying fans and dehumidifiers the very next day which stayed in the house three days. The following day an estimator came out and surveyed the damage and notified my insurance company who cut checks immediately to cover the damage loss. M3 was given authorization to complete the work. They showed up with all the materials, matching my floor perfectly and although they were scheduled for two days of work, they completed everything in one day working well into the evening. VERY Efficient and courteous . I would HIGHLY recommend M3 whether your insurance company uses them or not or even if you are not insured. Very Happy with the results.

Replaced our roof and gutters on budget. Good communication with the PM while working through insurance claim process. Overall happy with the service and the work.

While they originally came out right away (giving them 5 stars) it soon went down from there. Was Informed they used tarp nails on my roof so the inspector couldn’t pull it up without fully damaging my roof. Now working with only 2 pics of the damage.
They tore up more carpet and padding that wasn’t really needed. Assured me they would leave the place in safe use for myself and my children. For 3 days I had to have a door open to my kitchen from this addition that doesn’t have heat with a hose laying on my floor in front of my fridge and stove. Furnace running to make up for the cold air coming in. Loud noise from the fans that we could hear through the entire house.

They had to come back 3 days later. I was working but they insisted. I had to leave my back door unlocked for them. They came but left my back door open, the lights on, and didn’t finish pulling up the nails/staples from the carpet. See pictures; staples are around the whole area. While it’s cold out there; we have a pellet stove to heat so we can play and workout. Right now we can’t do any of that.

Asked me to sign 2 forms and leave them there for them. 1 stating I didn’t want them to monitor their equipment for those days and another stating they finished the work. Why would I sign a form stating I didn’t want them to monitor when they told me they didn’t need to monitor it?
And then why would I sign a form stating they finished the project without actually seeing that they finished it?

The manager kept texting me to get me to sign. Mind you I’m at work literally doing cpr on a patient and my phone is blowing up with him texting me for these forms. While I understand he didn’t know that; there was absolutely no reason he had to have them without allowing me to see that he had in fact finished the project.

Thus the 1 star.

M3 Restorations saved my home , I cannot thank this company enough, they are professional, time efficient, reliable, knows their stuff on the matter at hand and leaves your home exceptionally clean after a job well done. If you need help with a restoration, I would 100% recommend this business.

M3 restorations did a fantastic job restoring my basement from extensive water damage. The contractors utilized for the drywall and floors were professional, on time, polite and worked very quietly. The quality of the work was excellent and from what I can tell there was virtually nothing they can’t do. I will keep them in my address book for future work. Highly recommend them!

Hugo and his team did an amazing job - removing water-damaged flooring, installing new flooring, vanity, shower, and painting. They kept the area clean as they worked - I didn't have to clean a single thing when they were finished.

I was referred to M3 after a water leak inside my home. My project manager Jake was very responsive and helpful during the initial walkthrough to see the damage. He took the time to explain each room/section needed for repair, his opinion, and thoroughly answered my questions. The repairs began extremely quickly and the project schedule itself beat my expectations. While I did have one hiccup with the work - I spoke to M3 about my concerns along with the crew lead, we were able to come to discuss, develop a path forward and move on. A very customer focused company - I have no regrets about having my home repairs completed with M3. The finished product is excellent.

Could not be more displeased with the quality or work and value provided. Honestly border line criminal. If I didn’t have an entire house to restore I would like to have gone a more litigious route with this company. I will settle to say I will NEVER call them again. In fact several areas of my basement still have mold which I will be taking care of myself.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hired M3 based on a recommendation from my insurance company after a water leak. I could not have been more disappointed and unhappy about the experience. Without my permission or approval, they chose and put down flooring that did not match anything else in my home. The patch work they did on my ceiling from the leak is so poorly done that it has to be redone as well as they didn't use a drop cloth while painting the patch so theres paint drops all over the floors! The bathroom they repaired is even worse - they put my shower door on crooked so it’s difficult to open/close, terrible job painting the walls (did did not repair walls at all before painting and did not use painters tape), used wrong grout color for tile and did not even finish the grout period. They destroyed my hardwood floors in the process of all of this - left scratches, gouges and grout all over the floors. To top it all off, they left my front door unlocked after wrapping up for the day which lead to a home invasion. Between the disrespect of my home and the shoddy work words are not enough. Save your time, money and brain cells and find another company.

I had water damage from a leaking kitchen faucet. I called M3 Restoration and was so pleased with the immediate response! The whole crew was kind and helpful. They made my nightmare experience so much easier to deal with from the cleanup to dealing with my insurance company! Literally I just made a phone call and they took care of the rest! We had a bad experience with another remediation company who left us in a lurch. M3 came to my homes rescue and got immediately to work to prevent further damage from happening. We are now in process of starting reconstruction and they have been great to work with so far. Everyone that comes by is professional and nice. 5 Stars!!! Our refrigerator leaked and caused extensive water damage in the kitchen and the ceiling in the basement. M3 replaced all the damaged flooring with beautiful tile and also replaced our damaged cabinets and built an additional pantry on the kitchen. They repaired the ceiling in the basement and replaced the damaged carpet with a wonderful plank flooring. We are very pleased with the results!

WOW! I can not say enough great things about M3 Restorations. My insurance connected me with them, I had never herd of them before, but I could not be more grateful. Every single person I talked to was incredibly kind. They facilitated every need. They worked with me to give me the best result I could have asked for at a very reasonable price. M3 Restorations are great! They are professional, timely and responsive and do great work. My elderly mother had a flooded basement a few months ago, and we came to M3 through her insurance company. I live a few hours away and needed someone I could trust. M3 was just that. I want to give a special thank you to Charles, he is the best. He took good care of my mother's house and even when her insurance company did not cover some of the repairs, they made those repairs for a decent price. Since that time, I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with another local restoration company and I can tell you from that experience that M3 is the best company to work with!

M3 was the team who team who responded to my insurance request when a tree feel on my roof the day after I bought the house. After getting into contact with my, they were so quick and responsive to get my house tarped and immediately responded if I had any concerns or requests. This team was always going above and beyond for restoring my kitchen, I highered to for a few othe jobs that I was going to do personally. Like re doing my laundry room and basement repairs, and mold remediation. I am so happy with the results that I plan to use M3 for any other projects that come around. These guys are grade A professionals and would recommend them to friends and family.

The powder room is finished! It looks great. The crew was amazing, very professional and accommodating. Julio was very detailed in all his explanations and every day took care of leaving all the work area nice and tidy. We listed our home for sale and then a few days later, we woke up to about a foot of water in our crawl space after a week of rain and the water was still pouring in. We had never had any issues with our crawl space in the years we lived at our home and this was TERRIBLE timing! I called M3 because I had seen some other friends on my Facebook dealing with flooding in their basements and M3 helped them out. I called around 10am and Charles answered. He was friendly and understanding (I was freaking out!). He and his crew were at my house by noon the same day pumping out gallons of water. The whole experience went so smoothly and the women in the office got everything figured out with our insurance so I didn’t have to. They were all a pleasure to work with and our crawl space ended up in better condition after the flooding than before. It was such a relief to have them communicating with me every step of the way. They even went above and beyond providing paperwork detailing their work so that we could close on our sale faster. I highly recommend them!
