In wanting a very thorough inspection for a home that we were purchasing, we chose to go with WIN Home Inspections. One of the reasons that we chose them was that they came highly recommended by our realtors. We chose to meet Travis from WIN Home Inspections at the home as he was performing our inspection. Travis was very kind and professional and was able to walk me and my wife through the issues that he found. He took the time to stay late and answer all the questions that we had. He also made recommendations regarding reputable contractors to contact, in order to get quotes to remediate the repairs needed. We received the inspection report back very quickly which helped us to start looking at potential concessions from the seller prior to purchase. Another thing that was very helpful was that they provided a general preventative maintenance guide, which I thought was very helpful. Overall, I give WIn Home inspections 5 stars for their professionalism, guidance, thorough reporting, fast response time, and taking the time to make sure all questions were answered. Job well done!

Travis Smith is an incredibly knowledgeable inspector and a great guy to do business with. I use him any chance I get with my clients' real estate purchases because I know he will be incredibly thorough and detailed. In one particular instance, he caught a plumbing issue that could have caused extensive damage to my client's home. It was not something every inspector would be thorough enough to notice, and because of his diligence, we were able to catch it and have the seller fix the issue before closing. He saved my buyers nearly $10k in repairs on an issue that could easily have been missed. Hire him!

Travis was very personable and thorough! He found an issue in the attic and immediately brought it to our attention. Unfortunately this ended our interest in this home but we are so glad that Travis located a problem issue before we went on to purchase this home. I would recommend Travis for your inspection needs. We then went on to use him on another house and that inspection was completed to our satisfaction. In seeing the final inspection report- it was a little light on detail and pictures- but- we were buying a house that was relatively new so maybe not that much to note. Travis seemed very knowledgeable in regard to all systems.
