Allen Lutes, You are amazing. I have heard numerous reports of how the Inspection reports are just given by folks who look for visible damages and miss out the key structural damages. When buying a home as a home owner we are not the experts and depend on Inspection reporters expertise. WIN answered a last-minute call after the seller asked for a quicker timeline on the inspection. The inspection was thorough and the inspector was willing to talk about the findings again after the inspection report was completed, on a Saturday no less. Great experience.

Very thorough and explained everything to me as he went through. Made sure all of my questions were answered and that I knew exactly what needed to be done.

Very pleased with the inspection service we received from WIN and our inspector Allen. The report was available promptly and appears very thorough (for example, from his results he clearly went through the house and tested each faucet/shower/bath and heater unit). The format of the report was also extremely user friendly, with photos accompanying each step of the inspection whether there was a finding or not. WIN was also the best price point of the two area inspectors we looked into.

I could not be present at the inspection so I had sent someone in my place. They had nothing but good things to say about Allan especially when it came to how thorough he was and how he answered any question they had. Once I got the inspection report I definitely agreed. All the pictures were highlighted with points of interest and it was highly detailed. I would absolutely use WIN Home Inspection again.

The photographs he provided with each of the areas of concern were extremely useful.
After providing us with his inspection report, he was patient and articulate in his explanation of all the issues he had called to our attention. Allen also provided us with options regarding methods to correct those issues.
