I live in Tillamook and took on quite a bit of water damage from the last wind storm we had, since our roof shingles blew off. ServPro was awesome! They were quick to get onsight and survey the water intrusion, and immediately began to take the proper action to mitigate the damages that were being caused. After the full crew got there and removed the drywall and wet insullation, they completely got rid of the musty smell that was pretty strong. They used a plant-based antimicrobial spray to kill mold spores and eliminate the musty odor. It worked great! No more smell, and I have the peace of mind that all of the moisture that my home took on during the storm was completely eliminated. ServPro really knows their stuff, and they back up what they say by taking various moisture readings to insure that the job has been done right. Thank you ServPro! You guys are the best! Also they did have the option to offer us reconstructive services for rebuilding and repairing the damages...all in one company.

A few months ago, a rare tornado hit Rockaway and we couldn’t check on our family homes. Servpro was on site at a friends business and kindly offered to inspect our properties. They were amazing taking photos and sending us detailed messages about the homes. Fortunately, for us we had no damage except for one overturned table. We definitely recommend using this local company. They were efficient, professional, and incredibly kind.

This team from Tillamook came to service our hotel when a water line was broken on the 3rd floor. This was a big job for one crew but let me tell you this team did an amazing job. They worked long hours, along with the drive to get here in Newport Oregon. Always had smiling faces and great attitudes. Thank you, Bill, Luis and your amazing team. I had a PTSD inducing sewage flood in my basement. My Servpro team (Luis, Edgar and Angel) showed up three hours after I called. They were with me for the next six days (except Thanksgiving Day) to remediate the damage, extracting contaminated water and damaged flooring/walls, and to set up equipment to purify the air and dry everything out. They were professional, respectful and efficient. They kept me informed every step of the way. They had patience and empathy, both of which were greatly appreciated. I am impressed with their service, and I would recommend them without reservation.

The greatest on site ever! Polite and respectful of the people as well as explaining all aspects of the process as well as timelines. Cleaning up all materials that were left over and then removing all debris.

All the guys from the Mitigation Team of ServPro were awesome. Water Tech, Edgar Vega; crew Chief, Luis Martinez and Project Manager, Bill Peter's were the best.

After my call, they were here the next morning taking care of all the stuff needed to be done before placing the 12 huge fans and 3 dehumidifiers in place in the bedroom, kitchen and craw space.

We live in Hillsboro, OR and had a pipe burst during the recent winter storm. Since there was a backlog of weather-related service orders, ServPro called in a team from Tillamook. I work from home and appreciate everything they did to minimize the noise (and dust!) during my work day. The guys were friendly and professional. SERVPRO to the rescue and we can only be so thankful. I've worked over 3 decades helping others involved in critical situations. This Holiday brought more than ice, rain, and lightening to our home. Bill Peters and the SERVPRO Team out of the Tillamook area helped reduce the impact caused by our ruptured indoor water heater. I couldn't do the work alone and they took immediate steps to stabilize the situation and prepare things for the next phase, that of bringing things back to the pre-existing condition. Their approach was offering excellent care to our personal belongings, making sure the water damaged areas were treated, and properly dried. Bill and the SERVPRO Team worked together well, followed up daily, and gave us a confident feeling that there were going to be better days ahead. As a former First Responder who was use to helping others, in our hour of need, I am thankful for the help that was given by the Tillamook SERVPRO Team. Thanks Bill for coming to our rescue!

Bill and his crew are absolutely amazing! We have a commercial kitchen in a building we purchased, and it was a complete disaster when we got it. Bill and his crew truly worked some magic! The kitchen is now fit to be licensed and cooked in. The range looks like a completely new piece of equipment. They took care of the entire kitchen, from washing the dishes to scrubbing the ceiling. The whole crew was obviously skilled in addressing a wide variety of issues, and they were incredibly thorough. They were an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any sort of job.

Bill and his crew were complete lifesavers! Our sump pump wore out during the atmospheric river that hit Tillamook on 12/4-6/23. Our basement had four inches of water throughout three large areas. If Bill hadn’t come to save us early in the morning on the 6th, our basement would have been destroyed! He and his crew brought two super powerful dehumidifiers that night and we needed them for an entire 30 days. Bill was also very instrumental with his moisture sensing tools and was willing to come numerous times to update us on the progress.

Bill Peters and his crew were outstanding. They responded promptly and even worked into the evening to start the extraction process.Bill came everyday to check on things. They did an amazing job. We were very pleased with their work.

Bill Peters was excellent. He went above and beyond for us making sure he was as thorough as possible. We are a water treatment plant and he made sure nothing was overlooked. He respected and adhered to the most important aspect of our business, protecting public health.

Great response for 2 small fire cleanups we had in our hotel. The rooms were back online quickly and they were restored completely.
