Personable, thorough, willing to answer questions. He outsources septic tank tests, so you may want to find a local guy. Other than that, the inspection reports are clear, full of specific pictures, and easily readable.

We used Ara twice - the first time his inspection protected us from getting a home with water and mold issues we wouldn't have seen without his expert eye.
