The home inspection for our potential sale was done well and Brian communicated the main issues prior to the report. The booking process online didn’t work but I was contacted shortly after trying to book and we found a time that worked. The report was well presented and clear on whether the items needed repair or was for info only.

Brian did a very thorough inspection. He was careful, respectful the property, and flagged areas of concern, giving me good context around why it was a concern. He was very knowledgable, and excellent at sharing that knowledge.

Complete waste of money. Useless report, and more expensive than the competition. Hired Brian to do the inspection, including water test and moisture reading on my brand new custom built home. Brian's water test shows 0's for every single item tested. There is no well in the world that has 0 for hardness, iron, or particulate especially when it is brand new. The whole reason I hired him to test it is because I knew we had a problem, the water is so orange that it dyed my clothes orange the first time I ran a load of laundry. Not to mention the bright orange toilet bowls. A halfway decent inspector would know this and would have repeated the test if it showed 0's for every category tested since the test obviously didn't work. In every single area of the report; roof, flooring, electrical, etc. his report states "Recommend consulting an expert in this field" but didn't have any problems or issues called out. I can understand hiring a specialist if there IS something wrong, but Brian didn't say anything was wrong. Why did I spend $920 for a report that tells me to hire someone else?

Brian loves to brag about his background in Law Enforcement. Do yourself a favor and hire an inspector with a background in construction.

Brian's inspection was very thorough and he provided a very detailed report. The report included areas of concern and recommended maintenance; additionally, he provided questions that should be brought up to the seller of the home. I would highly recommend his services!

Report was useless. I know that there are multiple issues with this house and Brian only mentioned one of them in his report. I’m a real estate investor and although it is hard to find a decent inspector these days, Brian was by far the worst I have ever used. His report lacked detail and the one issue he found, he simply stated that he recommended hiring a specialist. When I questioned him about what exactly he meant by this and what he found that would warrant hiring a secondary opinion, he proceeded to argue with me that he is the expert, not me. Not only unprofessional and rude, but with a report as lightweight as his, he absolutely needs to be willing to answer questions regarding his findings. Working in the Jackson area I expected better

I did not get to meet the home inspector in person, but my husband did. Brian was quick to return my phone call, and even called me back after business hours, which I appreciated tremendously. My husband met the inspector the day of inspections. He was kind, helpful and thoughtful. We got our inspection report back quickly. Our real estate agent was thoroughly impressed with the report. "It's detailed, but it doesn't scare you," was her feedback. That was probably because the report includes extra information necessary to understand each picture. These inspectors were the most thorough and professional I’ve ever seen. The technology they use is really something else. One minute they’re using some infrared camera system to see between walls, a high def video camera to scope inside the sewer, and then we see a drone zipping over the roof. Impressive!
