OUTSTANDING REALTOR! If you are serious about purchasing a home this is the realtor you need. We wanted to purchase a mountain home and had limited time to view available properties. Tayson lined up many homes for us to survey one after the other. Tayson provided valuable insight and intelligence on the homes shown, as well as, the local regulations affecting home ownership in Teton Valley. Tayson has valuable connections with builders, HOA’s, and local professionals that you have to deal with in purchasing and maintaining a home in the Teton Valley. He was also able to show us a home not on the list which we ended up purchasing. Tayson was able to contact the builder and negotiate changes to the building of the home.
Tayson came in early to prepare the sale paperwork and stayed late. When we called needing cabinet and flooring samples, which were not available, Tayson obtained some scraps from a different home by the same builder and got them to us after hours! Tayson also helped us with local contacts for getting amenities installed. Tayson also introduced us to a Management company who is also excellent in their customer service.

Tayson was our realtor who helped us purchase a home in Teton Valley. A True Pillar of Teton Valley

My wife and I moved to Teton Valley, Idaho in September 2016. We decided 6 months into our stay that this was a place we wanted to call home. We were fortunate enough to work with Mark Rockefeller with Teton Valley Realty, who was instrumental in helping us to to find our dream property.

Mark took the time to get to know us, understand our exact situation and needs, and eventually was able to find a property that exceeded our expectations. During the entire process Mark worked closely with us to not only find a property, but he took the time to educate us on the area, the history, the intricacies of the zoning regulations, and how these issues related to our decision so that we were properly informed. Whenever we needed a question answered Mark was available with the answer, and on the rare occasion that he did not know himself, he knew who to call to find out the information we needed.

Teton Valley Realty demonstrated a deep passion for the work they do, which is evidenced in the level of service they provide. The patience and willingness to overcome challenges on both the purchaser and seller side, the in-depth knowledge of the market, and most importantly the integrity in how they do business are a few examples of why we enjoyed working with them.
