Highly recommend! I had them hook up a furnace in my detached garage. They showed up early to make sure they had the parts they needed and ran through how they were going to hook everything up to make sure I was happy. Excellent customer service.

Our air conditioning was not working properly. I called and received a call back fairly quickly. Kyle arrived early afternoon and repaired the air conditioner. Very happy with the service.

A very knowledgeable technician provided several options to meet our needs for our aging ac and heating system. We ended up with a mini split which provides heat & Ac all one quiet unit. Great price no mess left behind just quality service.

Wilson HVAC technicians are very competent at tracking down problems in any HVAC system. We have an Arzel AirBoss zone system on a 2-stage heat pump/furnace Lennox unit and this company is one of the few we have found that can fix any problem. We recommend this company without reservation!

I am a first time homeowner and have never had to use a fuel oil furnace before. Since I have moved in there have been many issues while learning about this, and every employee at this company has been friendly and informative since the first time I called for assistance. Couldn’t say enough good things about their service and staff

Our furnace went out a couple weeks ago on a Saturday when the temps were forecasted to remain below zero for at least another day or two. Wilson HVAC answered our call right away and had a tech out within 3 hours. Our furnace was back in operation within an hour and the service tech patiently answered all of our questions on maintenance and duct cleaning. We were very pleased with the service we received.

Wilson HVAC replaced our in ground geothermal system several years ago and it seems we have been averaging about 2 service calls/year on it ever since. (Admittedly, one service call was my own fault for not switching all the thermostats to "Cooling").

A quick example: This last winter the geothermal system would not shut off, it was running non stop. I cycled power at the breaker panel, geothermal stopped running, but wouldn't come back on. Our propane backup heat kicked in. Took a few trips out, but Wilson HVAC found the problem and fixed the issue with the geothermal. But after they got the geothermal working and left, the propane backup no longer worked. They came out again on a weekend and after they left this time, the propane worked, but the geothermal no longer worked. I never was told what was wrong with the propane heat, but did get charged for the trip. Keep in mind, the geothermal system isn't even 3 years old at this point.

I am now looking for a dedicated geothermal company. If all I had was a straight propane or natural gas furnace, I think Wilson would be okay. I wouldn't trust them though with anything more complicated.

Had this unit installed by Wilson’s, since day 1 the unit has leaked water. First was the unit was leaking water from the cut they made in the roof leaking above the Sheetrock soaking it, at which time we didn’t have insulation installed yet thank goodness. Had them come back out he spent time putting junk around the pipe on the roof, said it was fixed. Than a few weeks later started leaking again, again same issue they said they would replace the piping at this point and redo the entire set up, not sure if they did that or not since I was not home. So again after they said it was fixed shouldn’t have any issues, it started again this has happened now more than 20 times, after the 4th time they came out I have tried calling them and left messages with no response back. I paid good money for this to be installed correctly and it leaks water all over the place. Luckily I kept all communication with this company, as I tried to reach out to them again with no response. So maybe they will read this and get back to for once, if this is not fixed and done right or my money back to have it completed correctly by another company I will fine filling a lawsuit for damage on the roof and ceiling in garage, and who know we’re else this water has traveled. Hopefully someone gets back to me because this is getting real tiring to deal with.

Update - as the unit continues to leak, ken called me this evening with a new plan to get the leaking to stop, it’s been very frustrating as this has been ongoing. Hopefully after all of this it stops leaking. It’s been 3 years now battling this thing, so they are willing to make it right and fix it.

It took them several trips to figure out my problem, but were very fair on price. I will use again.

I had another company come out to diagnose some issues I was having with my Mini-Split system. They were there for 7 hours and still did not diagnose the problem. Wilson HVAC sent Kyle out and he was much more knowledgeable and figured out what was wrong with my system in fairly short time. Personable, professional, and competent.... all really good things!

Ken was great to work with. Installed a Modine Hot Dawg garage heater at a reasonable price. He also keeps up with the building codes. Another contractor gave me a slightly better price but was not going to use stainless exhaust piping as code requires. Joe did an excellent job on the installation and was very professional. Would highly recommend.

They did a fine job of installing a garage heater for me. From the initial contact and bidding to completing the installation, it was a great experience!

They did a great job. Came to my house on luckily same day service when my furnace was making a weird noise. Was in and out of my house in like 10 minutes since it was simple

10/10 would recommend. The gentleman who came out for our furnace on 10/15/20 was incredibly kind, professional, and quick. Should we ever have any problems again with our furnace this company will be the one we call.

Highly recommend Wilson HVAC. This is the second time I've used them in both times I've been very happy. Their customer service is outstanding and they communicate everything that they're doing so that there aren't any surprises. Very professional and I will definitely use them again.

My wife and I moved into our first home in April. It's a 120-year old home and needed a new furnace and water heater and A/C installed. I got quotes from a handful of different HVAC options and ultimately landed with Wilson HVAC for a competitive price for amount of work I needed done and professional-looking website. The guys who came out were great -- likable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The work took a couple days longer than expected, but they did a fantastic job.

My only complaint with Ken Wilson is his poor and unreliable communication. He's impossible to reach. Leading up to the project, during and after, I was (and still am) unable to reach him by phone; the number listed at his website is either disconnected or goes straight to voice message. Sometimes he would call me back, sometimes he wouldn't. Not once could I reach Ken by phone. All documented communication like quotes and bills were by email. The guys who did the work never communicated what time they'd be arriving each day or whether the work had been completed; we'd just wait to see if they showed up the next morning. It's been three months since all the work was completed, and I've still not received the rebates I was due for both gas and electricity, nor can I get ahold of Ken to confirm he submitted them. I still have a remaining balance to pay off; I can't reach him nor has he followed up requesting the final amount. Should I ever have an emergency or need follow-up work done, I'm not sure if or when I'll be able to reach Ken or anyone else with Wilson HVAC.

Ken's obviously got great reviews from others, and I'd gladly give him a positive 5-star review on merit of the work done; but be wary trying to communicate with or reach him in a timely or professional manner.

I'm not much to lavish praise for any reason, but these guys did a good job in a good time frame. My system needed a control board, at first. Then the blower motor a week later. That problem didn't surface right away, as it wasn't needed during the cool snap that came right after the initial repair. But when it was, they got here soon after I notified there was a problem and they handled it. Now the system really moves the air!

Joe helped clear up some of the questions that I had about geothermal systems. We will call on Wilson HVAC again if we have trouble.

Our neighbor recommended Wilson HVAC after our air conditioner quit working and we're so glad he did! Our technician, Kyle installed our unit on a day that was 97 degrees outside. He was courteous and very professional. We highly recommend Wilson HVAC and Kyle.

Wilson HVAC came through for us in a big way this New Year. Our furnace was omitting a strange odor and after speaking with Ken on New Year's Eve, he arranged for a technician to come over first thing on Thursday morning. Our technician was Joe, and he was fabulous. He walked us through the whole troubleshooting process and gave us information on all of our options due to the furnace having a cracked heat exchanger. Thankfully they so graciously rearranged their schedule and were able to have our new furnace installed today, Friday morning! Joe and Kyle did an amazing job installing our furnace, they were professional and a joy to work with. When they left we had a new running furnace and the job was left spotless! Thank you Joe and Kyle!

Joe is the gentleman I see the most, and I absolutely love his visits. He's always so happy, while knowing exactly what needs to be done, how long it will take, and if there is an alternative that might work better. Very knowledgeable, accurate, and a gem to work with. Very happy with my service

WILSON HVAC to the rescue for our family today! We were expecting FOUR house guests this weekend, and the hot water heater sprung a leak...HELP! We called Wilson HVAC with whom we have a "WHAM" service plan, and within ONE HOUR, our hero in a cape, Adam Brockelman, rang the door bell to repair our hot water heater. Two hours later, we had a repaired hot water heater, thanks to Adam sacrificing his Saturday on his weekend to help us. We are so grateful to Adam & our Wilson HVAC family......THANK YOU!!

Kyle was very knowledgeable and courteous/friendly. Had the furnace & heat pump checked for proper operation. Took awhile to get Wilson HVAC to respond, thankfully it wasn't an emergency! Would definitely ask for Kyle again if the need should arise!

Fast response time! Knowledgeable and honest technician who was also very polite and efficient. Gave recommendations to help us with our planning for a new furnace (we know ours is on borrowed time!) but wasn’t pushy and fixed what was wrong so we could get by a little while longer. We have used Wilson HVAC in the past and have had consistently great, knowledgeable service.

Did not show for appointment after over 4 hours i had to call them to see what's going on, Ken said he had a busy day ok I get that , but call your customers and let them know. I did reschedule and again was supposed to show around 2pm and did not show or call as of 6pm. I again called but no answer. Guess I will take my business elsewhere. Hopefully to a company that cares about customers!!

I was impressed with Wilson HVAC Company, first time caller and they responded within minutes to a voicemail that I left when our furnace went out. Ken was professional, polite, had the problem solved and repaired quickly and took the time to explain in detail what the problem was. Thank you.

We called Ken when our furnace went out in 20 below weather. He was on it. He came right out and had a furnace installed the next morning. He was very reasonably priced, even in our emergency situation.

Ken is very thorough, he found the problem with our furnace and fixed it right away. He finds ways to improve things. Ken is very honest. I would very much recommend Wilson HVAC.

Furnace went out on a below zero chilly Sunday morning. Called...and in less then 2 hours had Ken at my house, part replaced, and furnace back on and running....on a Sunday!

Kyle came to our home the day after calling. He was pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and replaced the thermostat. Things are now working. I would request Kyle again. Thank you.

Ken and Kyle came out four times combined and $2,000 later our problem is still not fixed. We were told by Ken before they came out the third time we weren’t going to get charged for drive and work time and we were charged. We feel very ripped off and taken advantage of.

You came out to fix our heat, not air conditioning. You created a problem to “fix” a problem. Where nothing was fixed in the end. You took our A-coil out and cleaned it at your shop,l without consulting us on it and then told us that we’d have to schedule an appointment to have you guys reinstall it. Little did we know months later it’s cost us over $500.00. I do not recommend your company to anyone.

Put in a Mitsubishi Heat pump system onto house 1 month ago and sofar works great. KEN Gave me a very detailed job proposal on the install and followed through.

I thought I would update after 1 year of usage. Heat pump off peak power averaged 64 cents per day to run. Excellent system to date. I did manually shut it off at subzero even though it was kicking out heat. I thought why overwork it. Nice to have as another backup heat source when those poor folks in Princeton had their gas cutoff. I use electric baseboard and a gas fireplace as my other heat source. I only use the electric baseboard as backup for subzero. The heat pump and fireplace heats my house otherwise. The heat pump also was great for summer airconditioning I just could not hear it run. This is a great system .

Wilson HVAC is amazing!! I have called upon Wilson for the last 24 years. He has done all large installs and repairs for all my buildings that I managed. Including new boiler install to 60 central air conditioners. This company rather save you money by showing staff how to repair for future needs and gives great advise for preventative maintenance. Personally he has done great work at my own house. Including holiday calls with no heat. Great company!!

Fast friendly service! Ken made sure we fully understood what we were getting prior to purchasing a new furnace and AC. He helped us resolve air flow issues and his employees were very knowledgeable. I would recommend Wilson HVAC to get the job done right.

We came home late on a sunday night after being out of town for the weekend to a very cold house on a very cold winter evening. Of those I called, Ken Wilson was the only one who answered his phone, he provided us with a thermocouple which we tried to install ourselves (failing miserably!). He came out the next day and after making multiple trips and spending several hours in our freezing house repaired that very old furnace, which is still running like a champ! Ken Wilson is competent, reliable, and an amazing problem solver. I recommend Wilson HVAC without reservation!

The home inspection that was performed by Wilson HVAC did not detail the basement not heating, even though they obviously knew about it. They have acknowledged multiple times that they were aware of the problem yet failed to notify me nor the realestate agent. This failure to document and provide this information will cost me as I need to fix the basement heating.

I have spoken with my realtor and he says no information was given to him regarding the basement not heating. No such documentation has been recorded by Wilson HVAC even though they have said they knew about it at the time.

They will not reach out to me nor answer phone calls placed to contact them. They stopped replying to my emails as the last email was sent by me. I have contacted another business to have this fixed and they are quoting at least $200 to diagnose the problem, and this does not include the work to complete the actual procedure.

Wilson HVAC clearly DOES NOT stand by their business or work, and they have made that quite apparent. They were authorized to INSPECT, and they failed to do so. Basement heating is included in this, and other businesses I have contacted to see if an inspection would cover this said it absolutely should have been disclosed to the realestate agent. It should have been recorded in the documentation that was provided to me as well. They are a dishonorable business and I am very unhappy I let them inspect my home.
