We're beyond impressed with the services and systems of Professional Mechanical. From our first meetings with Nathan and Jason through the installation of our fantastic new furnace and AC, and even after the sale, this team made it happen easily, efficiently, and at a great price. We have a very unique home that had never had an AC unit prior, and they were thoughtful about their approach to installation. When they were done (in a mere 2 days), the only way you could tell they'd been here was the fantastically conditioned air in our home. This is the biggest purchase we've made for our new-to-us home, and worth every cent. So glad we chose the pros at Professional Mechanical.

Josh Allen came to my home in business. He did a fantastic job on time very professional completed the work in the minimum amount of time.
He charged two air conditioners with Freon. It was a great experience for me. I recommend him for your job also.

The guys were knowledgeable, friendly, polite and cleaned up after themselves. The install of my new equipment went well and they explained a number of details on a final walk which I hadn’t known before about my residential equipment. They showed care and respect for my home and property. I highly recommend their service!

Very upset. It was not committed to us that tiling had to be done before install the final bathroom package . We have plenty of experience and resources to have had the bathroom tiled before the connector came today . We have guests coming out of state the 24h and are now behind on our preparations timeline . Timing now in progress , rescheduling plumber asap!

So excellent. I will never go anywhere else. They are so honest and fair and do the best job. Install the most professional and amazing people that work there. They go above and beyond every day. It’s a rare quality and they have it. I would recommend this one to everyone.

The technician I had service my property was Michael C. I have nothing but positive things to say about how involved he was and how high the service level was. During the day of service it was pouring rain outside and he was still nothing but smiles and a positive attitude.

There was nothing wrong with the water heater. He confirmed that he could see where water came out and sprayed up the wall but there was no sign of an issue or even a leak. And who says God doesn't listen to prayer Mike was very kind and I would highly recommend him.

Michael did a great job talking care of my AC problem. Very professional and knowledgeable about his work,I highly recommend him.

Tristan installed a mini-split system for us and did a great job. The lines from the outside unit were placed in very unobtrusive locations and he also spent time showing us how to maintain and operate the units. Great work!

Wow... Austin Rasmussen provided absolutely outstanding service on a recent electrical call to our home. He was professional, informative, kind, and went above-and-beyond by offering a much appreciated complimentary service (smoke alarm installation) during his visit. He also spent unrushed time discussing and answering questions we posed regarding other services Professional Mechanical Services could potentially provide in our home. Very impressive!

Jessie was our service technician from Professional Mechanical Services. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The installation of our new furnace and A/C unit was very professional and clean. Jessie explained the operation of both units as well as the new thermostat.

Tom Yost and Marcus showed up this morning and fixed a broken P Trap pipe in 15 minutes and were professional, friendly and 1st class!!! Tom Behr

Always excellent service with a smile from these guys. Had to have some code updates made to the new mechanical equipment they installed back in October. Quick, easy, and always ready to have a chat and a laugh. Quality products go without saying. Glad to have Professional Mechanical as my residential contractor, and you should be, too
