I purchased my car from out of state so I was relying heavily on their outstanding online reviews and my personal experience confirmed everything that I had read. My salesman Jacob was very attentive and courteous. He was efficient and in no way pushy. He simply helped me buy. Finance manager, Jim, was thorough and equally efficient. Together, they did everything they said they would, including picking me up from the airport. No last minute surprises. I highly recommend Lundeen Brothers for your next auto purchase.

Sales staff member was honest and not pushy. Same can't be said about finance officer. He was condescending but fast and fairly painless. Service department is top notch!

I don't always put a lot of stock in 5 star ratings. As a consumer I'm sometimes wary that they're either asked for or left by people who don't come across any complication. Neither is the case for me.

My car repair was not as linear as I had hoped. Which was not the service center's fault. The shop handled it with grace anyhow. My hybrid battery was recharged, starter battery was replaced, a sensor was replaced, customer service bulletin handled (I would have called this a recall item- but I don't work for Ford), and the car was delivered to us. I really appreciate that I was referred here in the first place and will be referring others.

Great place to buy a vehicle!! Nice selection, our salesman Kirk was attentive but not pressuring, and the process was smooth. It took about 3 minutes to go through the simple extra warranty packages - not a 30 minute 15 option ordeal like so many dealerships. We got a SWEET King Ranch Expedition… AND afterward they sent us cookies as a thank you. Who DOES that?!?

We have bought many cars and trucks from lundeens bros. Always with Kevin as the salesman. They have always found exactly what we were looking for, with the payments at or below our budget. Highly recommend them, besides the cookie THANK YOU alone is worth buying from them.

I have the maintenance plan with my truck and I don’t think the techs are doing the entire maintenance plan for each service. Part of that service is topping off the def fluid and they never top off def. Makes me wonder what else is getting missed. This needs to be addressed and moving forward we need to get the full service.

Tried 2 other dealerships to build a truck, neither wanted the order. Called Lundeen, spoke to Jerome and did it all over the phone. Order went in when the order banks opened in July, delivered ahead of schedule in December. Went in this last weekend to pick it up and everything went smooth. This is how car buying should be. No pressure and up front honesty. Thank you Jerome and crew. I highly recommend.
