They finished the ADU in one of my properties. Did an OK job. I found out the AC guy they hired did a poor job. Also the person who suppose to put up the garbage disposal did not hook up it up right. Not worth the quote they did. I learned a lot.

Called Williford roofing about having my roof replaced . The sales manager was very knowledgeable and helped make the selection process stress free. Once we signed our contract the staff was very helpful with scheduling material delivery and install dates. We used Williford Roofing for our gutters. From the time of inquiry until the finished job we were very impressed. The communication with quoting was extremely easy. Once we inquired for a quote. A team member was out the same day and was able to speak with us on exactly what we needed. They made suggestions on what would work best for our home. Called and received quote for my gutters. I accepted the quote for the scope of work. It was done while I was out of town and not able to be there to inspect upon completion. When I returned home I was happy to see a very thorough and professional job had been completed. Will definitely use them again for future.

Williford Roofing was so easy to work with. Some shingles had fallen off during a recent wind storm. They responded quickly and had the problem resolved within minutes after arriving.

After a phone call with Daniel S, all initial miscommunications were discussed and resolved to our satisfaction.
The furnace flue issues created with the installation of the new roof were corrected after bringing it to their attention.

Dealing with a warranty issue on what appears to be a leak that showed up during the storms of last week.
Was scheduled with Billy this morning between 9a-11a to come and inspect the issue - he was a no show.
When I called to see what was going on, was told Billy was out with covid.
Why I was not informed was not explained.
Now rescheduled for Friday Sept 8, will see if someone shows up.

After Clayton Homes Of North Charleston try setting up a “Painter” non licensed roofer to fixed the leak…smh I took things in my own hands and these guys dropped what they had going on and got it fixed! 5+ stars for these guys!!! Super informative, professional and all around great people! Highly recommended!!

Williford roofing installed vinyl siding on my home in April 2023. They said the sheathing on my house (insulation board) would have to be replaced as new building codes don't allow it. They replaced my sheathing and installed vinyl siding. I watched them work and was very satisfied with the quality of the work. The Price was reasonable and the house looks great

I rarely leave positive reviews, but I will break with tradition because I have been so impressed with Willowford roofing! I have had them roof our old house, a midsize two-story house with a steep pitch, and had them fix work on our new house done by someone else. I cannot recommend them enough. As for pricing I have been very happy with it for the new roof and the repairs on a different house but I don’t really have anything to compare it to.

Williford does more than roofing. We received a quote on our bathroom remodel and it was much less than others had quoted us. We talked to a few of their clients and great service, communication, and quality were key points they mentioned in their experience.

I have not had them do any work as of yet, but I did get a quote to have my master bath remodeled. The gentleman that came out was very professional and had great ideas on how to maximize our space. The quote was very reasonable and we will be using them for all of our remodeling needs!

I called back in April for a estimate to do my roof, never heard anything from them. I just called again on 9/23/22 for a estimate on the roof, said someone would be there the week of 9/26, called today and I got it sorry! I can set you up for someone to come out. Yeah no ma'am I will call someone who will actually show up.

I had a deadline for an estimate on removing cedar siding and installing vinyl siding with gutters. Very decent sized project. I had an appointment 8:30-10:30. I had to call them to see where they were after the scheduled time. They canceled on me. Poor way of doing business of canceling on the customer and without even calling the customer to even let them know.

Williford Roofing replaced our shingles 13 years ago. We. had a bad leak because one of the boots around the vent pipes in the roof had dry rotted and there was a big hole in it. It took a long time before we caught it & it did damage our ceiling, and unfortunately that is how we caught it. We called Williford to repair the roof and it turned out very nice. They did a great job! I
would highly recommend them.

I would give zero stars if I could. They came out, gave me an estimate, I signed the contract and scheduled a repair job two weeks out. Two weeks came, I took the time off of work, and they did not show up. I called to find out what was going on spoke with someone, she said she would call me back. I have not heard from them and it’s been over a week.

These guys are very professional and attuned to quality workmanship. They delivered everything promised on time and cleaned up nicely after the job.
This is my third roof replacement by Williford. Two on rental properties and my personal home. I would not consider working with anyone else.

Hurricane Ian update. Now 6 windstorms & 6 areas of shingles blown off roof. Williford crew used only 3 nails per shingle. They also installed an attic vent that leaked from day 1. A chimney collapsed onto my A/C units after promise that it would be removed one block at a time.Their electrician failed inspection because the exit light was incorrectly wired to a wall switch in my commercial bldg. Foreman admitted his crew were day laborers. Cannot recommend Williford to anyone. New roofer recommends tearing off Williford's work & starting over.

Update 12-23 -22 Another windstorm (no.7 ) & another section of shingles blown away. I think Williford owes me a new roof!

These guys are GREAT! They showed up to replace my roof with only 3 days notice so if you are in a hurry these are your guys. They crew was polite.,professional and cleaned up so well you couldn't tell they were here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The team at Williford roofing did an outstanding job with our roof replacement, and Daniel, the main point of contact I worked with, was extremely responsive and delivered as promised. Very impressive

Williford roofing did a repair to my chimney. It was done in a timely manner. I also needed some exterior work done to my house which was to be completed by their construction team managed by Devon. I signed papers and paid my deposit the end of July. After calls and emails I was not given a date of when my project would be able to begin. I was not even given an approximation. When Devon called me finally he wanted to discuss the number of times I called him instead of telling me when the project could begin. He didn’t seem to care that I didn’t have any sort of timeline of when my repairs could begin. I would not recommend this company.

While they are responsive when there is money to be earned, they are lacking in follow on support for the work provided. They came out and replaced my roof quickly and the work looked great. As part of the roofing installation I had them do some minor repair work on A water-damaged top chord in my attic. This work was called into question by a home inspector which requires a licensed contractor to come out and verify the work. Now, I am having a difficult time getting Williford, the licensed contractor that performed the work, to provide a letter identifying which licensed contractor approved or oversaw or even inspected the repairs.
Not sure why it would take more than 2 weeks to get a letter covering work completed by this company. This is especially concerning as I need this letter so I can get to closing on my house. High marks for speed of installation, but not so thrilled with their post-work support.

Three years ago Williford replaced my roof. During a recent home inspection the flooring in my kitchen and living room was found to be rotten with water damage and an area in my attic was found to be rotten. After further inspection, the roof was found to have a leak causing rotten wood under shingles and poor flashing around chimney. Williford was called and before they took the time to inspect, I was already told the issue was unrelated to the job completed 3 years ago. I asked for someone to come inspect, which they did do. They have told me for over a week now that I will receive a bid for repairs. I have called and emailed and still don't have a bid for repairs. Since the time the damage was found, we have had 2 other roofing companies, an insurance adjuster and an additional home inspector all tell me there is no way this damage was not caused by poor installation of the roof. Either they laid new shingles on previously rotten wood or they didn't flash the chimney and roof line properly. This has caused a lot stress and with a tropical storm headed our way in less than 12 hours, I am panicked over the additional damage the heavy rains will cause. Before the lack of follow up regarding this issue, I would have given a much better review.

The Williford team was very professional and knowledgeable from the initial request for quote thru the completion of the roofing project. Daniel Sinclair was very responsive in meeting with me to determine the scope and pricing for my home roof replacement. Sean Witt and the roofing crew stayed on schedule to minimize the impact to our daily lives. The administrative staff was very helpful in getting the project started and closed out with final payment options. Great experience with a home project of this scope.

Find another company! Sales person was great. Unfortunately they subcontracted to work to a company that subcontracted the work. They put a nail through a waterline flooding the house. Williford said it happens all the time and there is nothing they can do. Taking 5 min to inspect the attic could have avoided a lot of damage. Now I’m getting calls from lawyers because apparently someone fell off my roof and the subcontractor was not insured. Find another company!

Williford Roofing did a great job on our roof! They had to reschedule our initial date for a day we were out of town. I had my nephew (who is in construction) house sitting for us, and he said they came early in the morning. They had the old shingles off pretty quickly and had the new roof on by the end of the day. They cleaned up all the old shingles and went over our yard with a magnet to get up any stray nails. We were lucky we had no bad areas on the roof, so it was a simple job. We are very pleased with our new roof!

We have used Williford for minor repairs and to replace our parent's shingles. Recently we needed new shingles for our roof. Danny and team are on point and do the job professionally. From start to finish a good job. Thank you!

This is the second time that I have used Williford Roofing & Construction. First they replaced my roof and now added siding. I cannot believe how they have transformed my 1970s home into the current century. They paid attention to every detail and their work reflected it. The cleanup was excellent. My neighbors were amazed at the transformation. I have recommended them to other family members and friends. I look forward to working with them on other projects. Had lower quotes but went with Williford due to professionalism and quality. Was informed by the customer service rep that no one needed to be home and they needed no access to house. During install a roofing nail went through a water line flooding a utility closet and causing water damage in bedroom.

Williford now tells me this happens all the time and they are protected by their contract. We requested minimal reimbursement to help cover the damage but they refused to even discuss helping.

Next time I will go with the lower bid.

We are in the middle of selling our house and needed our roof replaced QUICKLY before our open house that was very last minute. Williford Roofing did a FANTASTIC job! They showed up on time, they did a great job, and they cleaned up like they were never there. They moved all of my plants, pots, and decor that could be damaged, covered everything with tarps to catch falling debris and after clean up I haven’t found even one single nail. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!

We had an overall wonderful experience with Williford Roofing, and couldn't have been happier to work with them for the first time. We were recommended to them from a good friend and so we put in a request for a full roof replacement on our 2 story home. They got back to us very quickly and provided us with the information we needed to make a decision on what to do. They were able to give us a very affordable estimate and a work schedule that fit into both of our schedules. They arrived on time and got the work done quickly but accurately. We were very satisfied with their high level of customer service before, during and after the roof has been installed!

Was disappointed with the the company after reading so many positive reviews. The company did not complete the POA form as requested and indicated they had done so and received permission to begin. They then blamed me for not turning in the form which they had not completed nor returned to me. There was no interaction with any supervisor either at the beginning or end of the job. Clean up was cursory. Found bottles, bottle caps, large plastic box, shingle pieces , paper and many nails. The company was unresponsive to requests for signed forms for insurance purposes.

Very happy with the service from Williford Roofing! The crew was friendly, the cleanup was spotless, and they got the job done faster than expected. I’d definitely use them again.
