Williamsburg Roofing Co and owner Tim were excellent to work with. They are very honest, did quality work, communication from estimate to invoice was exceptional, pricing was very fair, scheduling was fast, and Tim and the roofing crew always showed up exactly when they promised. One of the best contractors I've ever used and will be my first call for any future roof inspections or repairs.

My roof was 24 years old and starting to leak, even after two sets of repairs. My duplex neighbors and I requested four estimates for roof replacement from four very highly-rated (Google, BBB, NextDoor) local roofing companies. W'burg Roofing's estimate was comparable in price, but considerably better than the others in materials and labor warranties, written terms and conditions' details, coverage for accidental damage during construction, and (especially) high-quality parts and installation procedures. Communication with Tim (via text and in person) was prompt and excellent; he answered all questions clearly and completely with helpful explanations. There was great care taken and attention to detail in each and every part of the work. The one issue that I brought to Tim's attention after the end of the first day on the job was resolved before the end of the second day. Clean-up, especially at the end of the work, was excellent. Our roof is quite large and complicated in its design, but Tim, Mike and their crews ensured that there was enough time and personnel to do the highest-quality construction and finishing on a roof that will last decades longer than the one that they replaced.

Great experience; Tim was always available and his workers were efficient and clean (they even cut up a tree branch for me that had been lying around since the last storm). Definitely recommend!
