Terrible...their so called "answering service" made excuses for Jerods where abouts everytime I called...He.only got back to me after I reached out to Better Buisness and they did not endorse the company on line.... He called and said he would do the repairs if I took down the post.Roof leaks and now there is interior damage. I am a senior and feel taken advantage of .I had another roofing company come for their opinion and they could not believe the shoddy installation.

Horrible customer service lady on the phone was rude and they never called me back after switching our power out of our name and into theirs and they weren't even working on our house it was our neighbor across the street they got the address wrong had to spend all day on the phone with the power company to put it back in our name. The crew also brought a German Shepard with them that was running loose in our trailer park the whole time which was super inconvenient because we have 3 dogs of our own that needed to go out and couldn't because we didn't know how they would react to each other. After calling the office the workers proceeded to park close to our driveway the rest of the week almost blocking us in

Would definitely recommend this company. Everyone was great to work with, especially Kim, she made the process easy and was very friendly.
