Eric and his crew replaced two skylights for us today. They were very professional and efficient, cleaned everything up when they finished, and the windows look great. Highly recommend.

Company Rep Eric, came to my home Wednesday morning to give me a quote on replacing two skylight windows. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He arrived at my home the very next day with his crew, and installed both skylight windows In a span of three hours. I am more than pleased with the quality of their work and will be hiring them again in the near future to shingle the back half of my roof.

I called this company for an estimate. Bill got back to me as soon as he got my voicemail. He was super polite and explained that I should seek a different company that specializes in metal roofing and even gave me the best company he knew to call. I'm calling them for an estimate next, but I thought it was really great that he got back to me even if he wasnt the specialist I needed. Some companies won't even give you the time of day much less point you in a different direction. Thanks Bill for taking the time!

I had my roof cleaned by this company and they did an excellent job! The contractor looked at my roof one day, and we were ready to go after that. Would highly recommend Will Arsenault for roof work, I was afraid my roof may have needed to be replaced but I'm amazed at what the roof cleaning is capable of doing. Use with confidence!

I needed to have my skylight replaced. I sent a note to Bill and he responded quickly. He sent Eric out to see the project and give an estimate on Wednesday, August 28th. Eric explained the entire job and cleanup. Eric arrived September 2nd and the skylight was replaced. Everyone was friendly and kind. Eric showed me step by step pictures of the ice and water shield to the final pictures. They cleaned up after themselves and were gone in a few hours. Fantastic job! I would recommend them to anyone !

William Arsenault Contracting did an outstanding job repairing my roof and replacing six leaking skylights. My old skylights did not have blinds and could only be opened manually with a long pole. The new Velux skylights are solar powered, have built-in blinds and I can open and close everything using my phone!! The blinds have also dropped the temperature of my house by nearly 15 degrees. Just in time for the hottest part of the summer.

What a great business! We needed our roof done quickly and these guys got it done in two days! The quality is great and it looks fantastic. Was until very recently listed in Angie's List in my area. They don't return calls. Apparently too busy to give the job I needed the time of day, but no one had 30 seconds to call me back and tell me so. This is a really bad way to conduct business, but I guess they think they're busy enough that it doesn't matter, since they don't need any new clients.

I hired Bill and his team to replace the roof on our 3000sqft home, oversized 2 car garage and 15x12 shed. This was a full strip/replace with Lifetime Architectural shingles. This was not an “easy” roof with dormers, multiple roof lines, multiple skylights,steep pitch and tough access around a pool and other landscaping challenges. Bill was happy to show up on a weekend to give us a quote (others acted like this was a big favor) and spent plenty of time making us comfortable. Bill walked us through our options, was extremely polite, helpful but not so far as to be pushy in any way. Bill gave us a VERY competitive quote that was much more detailed in terms of specific products to be used. This detail aided my comfort level with his company as we knew exactly what we were getting. Additionally, it showed that he only worked with quality materials. We did have a deadline that we needed to meet and Bill was able to get a team out to us right away and I mean right away, same week! The project manager for our roof was Fred who was equally fantastic. Both Bill and Fred followed through with every single commitment; be it a return phone call or the completion of the project itself. At the end of each day Fred and his team cleaned up EVERYTHING as if they were not even there. Bill made appearances throughout the project to maintain oversight but it really wasn’t needed. Fred and his whole team were friendly, knowledgeable and self motivated to work quickly with a high level of detail and respect for the home/landscaping. Fred was here on time and put in a full day each day. I couldn’t be more impressed with the results or the stress free experience after hearing so many contractor horror stories. We did our research, read all the reviews and decided on Arsenault Contracting based on the high number of reviews; meaning they stay busy, which is always a good sign. We read the “negative” reviews but even within those, you can see how Bill made every effort to try and please the customer. In the end Bill and Fred were good to their word…every last one of them. We are so pleased we made the right choice. I would STRONGLY recommend William Arsenault Contracting and would hire them again in a heartbeat.
