We had our roof replaced yesterday and were incredibly impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. Steve came by to provide my husband and I with information before sending a quote- he brought samples, explained the entire process in detail, and answered all of our questions. We received an email a week or so before outlining the process. On the day of the install, communication was excellent. They arrived right on time. I had an excellent experience with Patriot Roofing, and a lot of that comes down to Brandy, their project manager. She managed the full roof replacement on my home in Bedford, NH, while I was in Florida - and made the whole process stress-free.

Brandy kept me in the loop every day, sending photos and updates. I never felt out of touch or unsure about what was happening. Honestly, I learned more about roofing from her than I ever expected to.

She caught details others probably would’ve missed, made smart upgrades where needed, and used high-quality materials across the board. There was a tricky flat section on the back of the house that could’ve been a problem, but she went out of her way - literally climbing up and inspecting it herself - and came up with a solid plan. It turned out great. They even used a "California Cut" on the shingles in the valley which look great!

Halfway through the job, I asked them to take on another project: re-roofing a custom shed in the backyard. The shed came out really nice too. She even suggested adding a ridge vent I hadn’t thought about, and I’m glad she did.

Throughout the whole process, there were no surprises, just clear info and top-notch work. Brandy told me at the end, “Your roof is perfect now,” and I 100% believed her - because it really was.

We just had our roof replaced by Patriot Roofing and we couldn’t be happier. Their workmanship is top-notch, and has competitive pricing. We chose Owens Corning Duration shingles, and I appreciated that Patriot is an an OC preferred contractor. They demonstrated a high level of expertise and knowledge regarding the product and proper installation. Of the four estimates I obtained prior to choosing this company, they were the only ones that climbed up on the roof and really got a good look at the roof, which also allowed them to better explain the details of what the job would require. Ryan, the owner of the company, and his associate Steve, were always present on the job site, and always easy to approach and happy to answer any questions and ensured that the project was completed perfectly and according to my preferences. Communication was always very clear, including regarding the scheduling of the job. I appreciated the extra step of evaluating and ensuring proper roof ventilation. The team arrived early and worked hard all day for both of the two days it took to complete this project. Everything stayed right on schedule, and was completed within the two days as was originally projected. The clean up afterwards was great too, they use magnetic tools to remove any loose nails from the ground around the house, used leaf blowers to clear the gutters and the grounds around the house, and left the property cleaner then when they arrived. My new roof looks awesome and I am confident it was installed properly. Big thank you to Ryan, Steve, and the entire team. You definitely have my strong recommendation.

We had our roof replaced in August ‘24 and noticed a difference with not only the dreadful ice dams we had been battling for years, but also our heating costs this winter. We now have a fully functional, premium vented roof and we look forward to seeing an impact on our summer AC costs.

I was away on vacation when my tenant informed me that we had an ice dam. I messaged Ryan from Aruba, and he was on it immediately. They did such a great job laying down my roof five years ago, that I didn’t hesitate to call him again. This was on a different area, my back porch.
Everyone at Patriot Roofing was friendly and easy to deal with, particularly Ryan. I was given a bulleted list of what his team would be doing. If they found something different than was expected, Ryan called me. Clean up after the project, left my yard looking better than it did before. I would highly recommend Patriot Roofing.

We had a really satisfying experience with Patriot Roofing. After researching many roofing companies I came across Patriot Roofing and was pleasantly surprised with how experienced they were. Ryan and Steve spent over an hour with my wife and I explaining how they would go about the project. I really wanted to know upfront what other requirements beyond a traditional roof replacement I should want to be aware of. They took many photographs on the condition of my roof and explained what needed to be done technically and made sure I understood them. I had some issues with air circulation and mold and soot near the soffits.

I talked to other roofing companies but none were as detail oriented as Ryan and Steve. Their quote was not the lowest but I was looking for a company I can trust and work with.

In addition, Brandy was very helpful in the basic scheduling and general organizing of the oroject. All materials were delivered on time. We were delayed one day because of weather constraints but they finished the job in one day as promised.

I was also impressed with how well coordinated their crew were and how hard working they were. They left my yard spotless, no leftover nails and other scrap materials. I was very happy with them.

I shall make sure my friends and neighbors are aware of how well the project went. I had no complaints whatsoever.

They addressed a few rot problems and resolved them quickly on the spot..Best part? An absolutely gorgeous roof on the five car garage and one of the condo units. I contacted patriot Roofing on a Monday, had someone out on Wednesday and had their estimate by end is the day wendsday. They were not the cheapest or most expensive BUT provided the most value by far with detail and thuroughness and caring. I'm the type of customer that is willing to pay more if I see the value and patriot Roofing gives just that and explains why things should or shouldn't be done. From material to how they inspect everything so often during install, all the way to final walk around with me and registering my warranty... They just do everything with perfection at the forefront it seems. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again, and I will when I get siding or gutters in the future!

Brandy kept us updated with pics throughout the day and our quote ended up being accurate (total was $400 more than we were quoted, for 4 pieces of plywood that needed to be replaced but we knew this was likely due to some visible roof damage). We recently had 6 roofs completely replaced at our condo association by Patriot Roofing. I worked mainly with Brandy Fryklund, Operations Manager, in the planning and execution of this project, and I have nothing but the highest regard for her level of professionalism, knowledge, communication, kindness, and patience with me and the association during the entire process. She explained everything in terms I could understand and walked me through every step of the process. I knew nothing about roofs and had never previously had roofing work completed, so this was a new process for me, and she was very patient with me throughout the entire process. The roofing crew themselves did an incredible job in terms of the quality and timeliness of the roofing work, as well as the cleanup of the work site after the work was completed. I was also impressed by the size of the roofing crew and how efficiently everyone worked. Overall, I am very impressed with Patriot Roofing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have quality roofing done by professionals at a fair price.
