The guys at All Weather Exteriors were very professional and did a great job. Mike was great to work with, answered all questions and made us fell like they had our backs. The price was lower than other quotes.

They replaced our roof and everything went very well. We were satisfied and the process was easy from estimate to work completed. The job site was cleaned well, they were very responsive, scheduling was easy, and a few anesthetic issues were addressed without any extra cost. We would highly recommend them!

I was in need of a new roof on my house. I noticed leaking on the ceiling by my front door. Through the internet, I contacted several roofing companies looking for information and a quote. I started getting constant daily phone calls and emails from most of these companies before I had a chance to decide on my plan of action.

All Weather Exteriors left me one phone call letting me know they were interested in providing me information and a quote - and asked me to contact them. That gave me the impression they were confident in their work, and that was the reason I chose to call them. And I wasn't sorry.

They put an absolutely beautiful roof on my house - in addition to replacing some of the rotted boards over my front door. Their crew was absolutely phenomenal - efficient and knowledgeable. They even removed an old fan in my roof that was installed over 30 years ago by an air conditioning company - something that was quite a bother to me and at one time, had to be replaced.

They completed this job in less than a day; I walked the perimeter of my house with my brother - and we were both pleasantly surprised at the beauty of the new shingles - in addition to how meticulous the clean-up job was. Did not see anything that needed to be picked up.

They provided me a folder with my roofing contract, certificate of completion and a GAF Golden Pledge Lifetime Warranty. Great company to do business with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The crew arrived at my property about 7:30 am on a very cold late December day and started work by 8:00. They stayed until the job was completed and then cleaned up. They didn't leave until about 7:00 pm. I am very satisfied with my "new" garage and it has added significant value to my home. I had All Weather Exteriors do the back part of the house. I enjoyed working with Mike, he came to my home to give me an estimate and was quick to return with a quote. He did that part of my roof and it was done quickly and well. Awhile later front part needed replacement after high wind storm damaged it. I quickly called Mike and the replacement was quick and well done. I highly recommend this company for any roof replacement.

All Weather put a new roof on our home because the old roof was leaking during rainstorms. The old roof was removed, new roof installed, and debris cleaned up very quickly. All Weather came back after the snow melted to clean up any roofing nails that might have been missed. The roof looks great and we have peace of mind because the quality of workmanship and materials is high. I am confident the roof will do its job for many years into the future, and happy that the 50 year mfr warranty is transferable to a new owner down the road. Very satisfied with the new roof and with All Weather's work. I would use them again.

Everything was done in a timely fashion at a reasonable price (much less than Home Depot and Lowes had quoted) and we've had several compliments on the improvements. Easy to work with, great communication. Highly recommended by us.

All Weather was great! I needed a smaller roof repaired and they were able to come out to give me an estimate the next day. Guys were super quick and finished it in a couple hours, roof looks way better than before, and there are no more leaks into the house! When the rest of the roof needs to be replaced we plan to have them do it too.

AWE did my roof, windows and siding. They did an absolutely beautiful job neatly, quietly, quickly with minimal disruption for me and my family. Full disclosure, I had a problem with the gutters the way they mated up to the fascia board on my house which caused rain to leak between the fascia and the gutter. It seems there was some sort of mismatch. Mike from AWE and I chased this problem for a week or two trying to diagnose the issue. Mike ALWAYS retuned my calls, showed up, climbed ladders and solved the problem. If (in the unlikely event) you have a problem with the materials and workmanship used or fashioned by AWE I promise you, they will take care of it and make it right. I couldn't be happier! And so much so, that I called Mike back to do a full exterior remodel of my cousin's house (roof, windows and siding) next door to me. 10 STARS!

We shopped around for good recommendations and a good price and these guys showed up in both category.
The workers were the workers. They got to our house early and stayed late and did a minor amount of pickup each day. At the end they did a fantastic job of cleaning up and spent a good part of a day cleaning and picking up.
The company owner came by quite a few times and always contacted me with what was going on. I had some concerns he explained what was going on and we were happy. The owner was just fantastic and really wanted me to be a very happy customer. I am very happy.

All Weather Exteriors did my cottage roof a couple of years ago and I was happy with the job. Recently, I noticed some water spots on the ceiling so I reached out. Mike got right back to me, went to the cottage the same day to inspect the roof. He found the issue to be pine needle build up (those dang pine trees are always dropping things!). Mike was kind enough to go up and clean the roof off for me as I hadn't had the landscaper come for the annual clean up. I really appreciated the quick response and going the extra mile to clear my roof before the next rain storm. I recommend this company for your roofing needs.

I was referred to All Weather Exteriors by my neighbor who had her roof replaced by them. After having three roofing companies do estimates, All Weather gave me a quote that was in the middle. The process of getting the estimate was quick and easy, which I appreciated. The roofers completed the job in a day and a half. They cleaned up really well. They had to use my neighbor’s yard as well in order to access everything and he had no complaints and said they did a great job leaving everything in order. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new roof!

Amazing! We are first time home buyers which means we are first time roof buyers as well! From start to finish the process was easy going, any questions we had were answered right away, the team that came out to install the roof and new skylights were fast and efficient. I first found all weather Exteriors when I searched the better Business Bureau for siding companies in my area. Not only were they listed there, I was able to fill out a form and have a knowledgeable representative from All Weather Exteriors at my house within 24 hours. This was my fourth quote for the siding job, so I was well informed when I heard their reasonable offer. Before I made my decision, they agreed to provide references and addresses so that I could talk to their previous customers and view their finished work.

From start to finish Michael and his crew were professional, careful and thorough. He clearly explained the process and followed through right on time. Every snag was met with a quick response, and calm, clear options. As they were taking off the old wood clapboards, Michael pointed out the rot and quickly replaced them. He did not try to make me anxious or sell more repairs than were needed. When I changed my mind on the shutters, he patiently waited for my decision. When I chose a new spot light that proved to be problematic, he walked me through the steps to set up the technology. I could not be happier with this home improvement.

One thing about this color choice though, is that it changes with the sun. Hard to believe this is the same house, but it's the lighting that changes. Next step: landscaping!

Mark was able to schedule me in immediately after I called him. We had a problem with two odd size windows that had been broking and I couldn't find them on my own.
He was able to quickly identify our wants and need within budget.
We found the perfect middle of the road (Harvey) windows that matched and fit our budget within a short amount of time.
Then I did the unthink able and tried to beat his price.
It was impossible he really gave me his best price upfront and made the whole job seamless.
The install went great even though there had to do some additional carpentry work. We had to reframe the window's due to rotten wood and the original siding that caused problems because of the age of my home and the elements.
Overall I felt great about this transaction and I know I found my guy for all my windows and roofing needs for life.
Mark is in the North Shore and he looks you in the eyes and put his BEST foot forward.
He truly put the work in and accomplished what we were looking for and we commend him for it.

We work on the other "business" end with All Weather, supplying dumpsters to many of their projects. What I can say is that they are organized, they communicate well, and they pay their bill... All being key ingredients to a well run business! Dumpsters are typically ordered in advance, which indicates they have a schedule that they stick to. I would recommend All Weather any day!

We got our roof done last winter on Lake Sunapee where it's exposed to extreme elements. The All Weather Exteriors team was professional, affordable, courteous and complete. It came out great!

We had a new metal roof installed 2 years ago and it was an excellent experience all around. They arrived when promised, and did it correctly in all aspects. That is a MUST if you have a metal roof done. The crew was great and obviously worked together well. Cleanup was excellent. No problems with roof and it looks like new after 2 years. Customer service was excellent, from the original salesperson to the final sign off of the job.

Michael and his hardworking team showed up on time and got the job done quickly and expertly. I appreciated Michael's advice and flexibility to do some extra work replacing damaged sheathing which wasn't apparent until the job was underway. Several years later now, and no leaks or other problems. There were a few nails and shingle scraps that turned up in the lawn for a couple months, but not enough to detract from a five-star rating. Highly recommended.

All Weather Exteriors installed a new roof on our house. The team of people that All Weather sent was extraordinary. They worked together all day to put a new roof on the house. Each individual was always working throughout the day. They worked quietly and efficiently to complete the job. When complete they all worked together to clean up the removed shingles and to pick up any loose nails that may have escaped their magnetic brooms. As they were leaving, they all walked around the house, flashlights in hand, to make sure that every scrap of removed shingles, every nail, every wrapping was picked up from around the house. Excellent hard working team - high marks. Very impressed. In 50 years, when I need a new roof, I would have them come back.

The thing I love most about this business is: you can call and get in touch with a real person immediately!! After that “personal touch” you get (incredibly quick), you hear a qualified, friendly professional response to whatever issue it is you’re facing. I was so relieved when I didn’t have to worry about my roof leaking any longer. I didn’t have to come home from work another day after I made a phone call the day before worrying about whether I was going to be flooded. It was like magic!!

When the old asphalt roof tiles were removed, it was discovered that all the plywood beneath was rotted. The roofers were able to remove, replace, and shingle the roof all in one day. It looks beautiful and makes our home look brand new.

-poor workmanship (flashing not done correctly)

-a lot of “that’s the way roofs are done” type of gaslighting. When problems were pointed out.

-items we asked to be avoided weren’t respected (asked our flat roof to not be walked on, soft spots, and they used it as staging )

Over all very disappointed with this company. Got told I didn’t know how flashing was supposed to look, and got gaslighted into just saying “ok” and paying because fixing items was a hassle. “It’s a 100 year old house” -yes we know. We’re trying to make it better but it definitely felt like we were judged on this aspect, and were treated as such.

Had these guys out to do my siding project, and was blown away.

I've seen shoddy work at others homes and was nervous about getting vinyl siding but this crew put all that stress to bed for me.

The owner was incredibly rude. He claimed that the decking on our garage was too thin. The resolution was to apply a thin layer of decking over the existing one but still charge us the cost for total removal of the existing decking and putting on standard-thickness plywood. They claimed if we didn't elect to go with adding the additional layer of plywood he would finish the job then call an inspector to make sure it got all ripped up. They also installed gutters. None of the downspouts were plumb and were just attached to the gutters with a single screw. I could see daylight between the downspouts and the gutters. The owner is an extortionist.

I highly recommend All Star Exteriors! My roof was in such bad shape and I was concerned I didn't have the means to get it fixed. I almost went with another company but then a friend told me about All Star. They quoted me about $10,000 less than the other company. They came within the week, finished it in a day, even though I had a big mess under my shingles! The workers were very polite and cleaned up everything. My experience with All Star was professional and responsive form the salsman, to the front office, and to the workers! We've had a lot of rain recently and I am so happy to watch my roof, NOT LEAK!! Very professional. They did their research on my home and came with prepared quotes. They did not pressure me to "sign now" for a discount. They answered my questions and left me to consider my options!

I just had a new roof installed by All Weather Exteriors, LLC and I'm a very happy camper.

Prior to selecting a vendor, I'd read a ton of reviews and knew to steer clear of any of the roofing contractors which use high pressure sales tactics (beware vendors requiring "both you and your spouse MUST be present", and "we'll send a 2 person sales team requiring a wafer thin 90 minutes for our sales presentation").

Brian with All Weather Exterior didn't use any of those tactics. We did a tour around the house where he showed me a few things about my roof and then most of his presentation was in the driveway on the tailgate of his truck. We went inside after a bit to get a few questions answered and then he was done, 30-40 minutes tops. The presentation felt less like a sales pitch than it did an informative conversation.

I took a few weeks to collect some other quotes and eventually selected AWE. We negotiated for a final price where we were both happy and setup a time for installation (about a week out from the final decision). The materials and dumpster were delivered on a Monday and the crew was ready to install the next day. Weather issues delayed them by a day but once they started the next day (Wednesday), they were completed within a day. The lawn was covered with tarps to receive the old shingles and screening clothes were placed to protect the windows. All of the furniture was carefully removed from the deck and replaced after they'd completed the installation.

I was VERY impressed with their attention to detail during the clean up process. My lawn looked better than when they'd started the job (there's something about rake marks and vacuum lines on carpet that says, "cleaning was done HERE"). A very powerful magnet on rollers was used all around the yard to pick up any stray nails.

My biggest takeaway for this whole project is that talking to Brian, (the sales person) and Paul and Mark (the owners) was very easy. I had some contentious questions which they fairly and quickly answered to my satisfaction. Throughout the process I had the impression (now justified) that they were trying to work with me and not just trying to sell me something. And they were very fair and reasonable.

I'm hoping I don't need their services again anytime soon but I would happily choose All Weather Exteriors again for a roofing project.

A scheduled date was supplied and the roofing crew arrived on time explained the work to be done, outdoor brushes & flowers were covered up for protection.

The crew in a timely manner stripped and inspect the bare roof with no issues and continued with installing the new roof.

After finishing the roof, the crew cleaned up area grounds around
the house and double checked the the finish work.

I am happy with the finished product provided and would have All Weather Exterior do work for me again.

This company is way over priced.. the companies they bid the jobs to are rude and leave your property a mess.. the siding guys blocked both exits to my house and they pretended to not know English when I asked them nicely to leave one exit available so I could let my dogs out.. I would not use them again nor would I suggest anyone else use them... Its been a few years and now I have the pleasure of getting emails phone calls and text messages from Mike begging for a review.. it's annoying and harassing...
