All the workers were prompt ,courageous, professional and did an excellent restoration!

This is my second time working with Willamette Restoration and they did not disappoint! I have a 1918 home with original lathe and plaster and was devastated when water damage destroyed the intricate handmade swirls on the ceiling of my living room and dining room. Willamette Restoration found the right people for the job and the work was SEAMLESS! Not only was the work beautiful but the workers were very clean and respectful of my home. I am especially grateful to the estimator, JJ Dini, who did his best to support me with the insurance claim and also provided a detailed estimate that thought of everything so there were no surprises. The GF Rick Lugar was also AMAZING! He communicated well and made sure everything was done to perfection. I am meticulous and this is the first time I did not have a single follow up item! Thank you for taking on this project - I appreciate it!

Kitchen rebuild due to a water leak. From start to finish Willamette Restoration knew exactly what and how. We have granite tile counters and their professional treatment of cabinet removal and reinstall ensured there was not additional damage. Really top notch work.

So pleased with the work done with Willamette Restoration. I had a house fire with smoke damage so my house required new flooring, rugs, paint which all turned out looking great! Good communication through the whole process and everything was done on time. When I moved back into my home found out all the electric heaters had blown due to the electrical box. Rick brought me space heaters to use till new ones could be ordered and installed. One of the original heaters was in one of the cabinets and it was a different size from the original. They were able to build one and stain the same color as my cabinets. I couldn’t be more pleased with all the work.

Aaron and his team did a great job with restoring my basement after water damage. It looks great. Appreciate that they worked around some of the scheduling restrictions, and most importantly did a quality job. Thank you!

Willamette Restoration did a great job repairing our home after our water heater burst. They worked directly with my insurance company, so that part was painless for me. Rick, our Project Manager, kept the job on track and was always available when a question came up. His crew of subcontractors, and especially Tom, their carpenter, were very skilled and worked quickly. I have gone through previous remodels and Willamette Restoration is the best company I have ever worked with.

I had water damage in my home and after ServPro remediation, my insurance company encouraged me to work with Willamette Restoration. My entire experience working with this company exceeded my expectations and the quality of the staff working for this company put me at ease during a time of distress. Rick, the project manager, was kind, very responsive and clear in his communication and worked with me to find a schedule for repairs that coordinated with my work schedule. Rick also coordinated with the insurance company adjustor and guided me through the process which was appreciated. He showed up at my place several times to check on progress and conveyed commitment to ensure everything was done well. The contractors Rick sent out for drywall repair and new insulation, new engineered wood floor, trim install and painting, and reinstallation of fixtures and appliances were all very friendly and professional and emphasized wanting to ensure the work met my needs. The resulting work left my home feeling and looking better than before the damage. I highly recommend Willamette Restoration and I am thankful for how supported I felt as they helped me through a challenging experience.

I was displaced from my home because of a hot water heater failure. Regardless of getting it inspected every year since I moved in, it failed and flooded impacting my entire home. My insurance company (American Family)was amazing and pretty much treated my repairs with respect and got me to a safe place to stay.

Willamette Restoration was deployed to me by the insurance company after two weeks of Servicepro drying my place and taking down walls and taking up floors plus removing batting in the crawl space.

Duke was my project manager from Willamette. I immediately felt all was going to be okay in his capable hands. I was not wrong. Interfacing with my insurance company, putting together very gifted teams to rebuild my home were deployed. I was kept in the loop regularly.

Duke showed up each time work was going being done to help, to calm my anxiety, and to move the project along. While I’m thrilled with everything being finished, I will miss seeing the guys who worked here. Efficient, skilled and kind, I got to know everyone who helped me out. I was never disappointed.

If you ever need to restore from flood or fire or just plain want to remodel, I can 100% recommend using Willamette Restoration from Oregon City. And mostly I want to thank Duke for his steady support and skills. He took the bumps of a very difficult and seemingly impossible situation and got it done.

We used Willamette Restoration after a leak in our home. Rick our project manager was exceptional. He met with me and developed a plan and daily schedule of the work to be done. It was seamless and on time over several weeks. All of the sub contractors were on schedule and very professional. The team was available to problem solve immediately with any problems.

Abandoned the job when found out I and insurance company were having disagreements. Instead of attempting to help resolve, pressured me to try and sign that the quote was completed and said “they’d re-evaluate when situation was resolved.” When resolved, “they wished me luck on my project because their workload changed and they didn’t know when they would be available.” Code words for: “we won’t complete the job, we don’t want to work with you.” Unprofessional. Pictures below show what they wanted me to sign a “certificate of completion” for.

I met Derek from Willamette Restoration the day after my house burned down. It was the last day in the world I expected to laugh, but before I knew it, we were joking around and it was then that I started to feel like everything would be ok. Throughout the next year of working with Derek and Scott, it was their kindness and professionalism that got me through the process. I always felt like a priority. They are communicative, responsive, and helpful. And these guys are absolute pros. They went above and beyond to get the job done right. I had a house fire May 2021, asbestos was found in the ceilings and the walls. Willamette restoration helped with everything to get my house fixed and planned out. They finished the house very quickly, supplies were hard to find but they did everything they could to get things quickly. Scott did a great job responding and helping me navigate all the rules and insurance stuff. I was back in my house by February 2022. Thank you so much for all of your hard work!

After a very poor experience with another contractor, I engaged Willamette Restoration to repair my garage that had been hit by a car. Within days, they had the framing back on the foundation pending permits, to minimize any further damage. Their project manager, Brett, was very responsive to any questions and concerns, and he kept me updated when there was any delay with permitting. When the garage door sub didn't show due to delay in getting parts, Brett was on top of that, working with them to get me a date for their work. Willamette's workers were professional and courteous, and all work done was up to expectations. Highly recommend.

I had a water insurance claim and I am extremely pleased we went with willamette. They worked with the insurance company to get more money after the estimator kind of screwed us. They do extremely good work and I would honestly recommend them to just about anyone that’s looking to do a remodel or filing a claim for damage.
I work construction and I’ve seen first hand how some of these restoration companies cut corners but willamette is the real deal!

Was suggested that I used these people because they were great to work with. Well that they are great to work with, their work isn't so great. Close to finishing the project some of the things they did were very questionable. Once the repairs were complete there were still some issues and asked them to come back and fix them. Some of those issues were resolved while half the others were not. very disappointed in the work they did because I am now having to go back and fix what they didn't correctly fix. Even though they said they would come back and fix it and make it right, my confidence in this company is just not there.

Byron and the rest of the team from Willamette Restoration could not have done a better job after our washing machine flooded our house. They communicated clearly, were responsive to unexpected surprises in the walls, and helped talk through decisions that had to be made. The subcontractors were great, and in the one instance where they weren't, Byron quickly resolved the issue. The whole team did great work and made a difficult situation much easier to deal with.

Willamette Restoration Services went above and beyond my highest expectations. They expanded the adjusters initial scope to restore my home to conditions prior to the incident. They worked closely with adjuster to complete restoration with no effort by me. They did fantastic quality work and I can't recommend them enough!

Worst experience I have ever had. Horrible work, poor quality, untimely, paint is already chipping, parts of the floor are peeling, so many areas are unfinished, no paint line is straight, over charged for work uncompleted, nothing primed correctly, poor communication. Contact me for more pictures if needed. Would not recommend.

I had a flood in my house and it damaged 3 rooms. My carpets were soaked, and dry rot and mold already began to kick in. Russ and Dale at Willamette Restoration took care of EVERYTHING! There estimate was fair, the work was done quickly and they took care of me throughout the whole process. I can't say enough about the great customer service they provide and the excellent work they do. My house looks BETTER than before the flood.
