These guys are awesome! They came out for a free consult the morning after I called them.. gave me a quote and was there the next morning to repair my leaning fence. The also found a spot where the fence wasn't even attached to the bracket. They did a great job and stayed in budget. Also, responses were very quick. Highly recommended!

Paid over $200 an hour to have gutters cleaned they went on roof with leaf blower were here for less then 2 hours charged $500. and there’s still crud in gutters. last Company I had out here charged same price cleaned gutters by hand replace screens at some downspouts moss treatment and sent pics of finished work.

All Around came quickly to evaluate damage done to the exterior of our house. After exposing some of the unseen portion of the repair they found additional damage which they were able to quickly and effectively fix. Their repairs included improvements to help avoid similar damage in the future. They kept their workspace clean and communicated well with me throughout the process.

This company is wonderful and very easy to deal with. Their expertise and follow-through really pleased us. Their prices are quite reasonable. Within minutes of his arrival, Alex found a broken downspout that we hadn't seen and which had caused water to seep into our basement workshop! He fixed it immediately in case it rained before he was able to complete the other gutter and downspout work the next day. Job well-done.

By far the best gutter cleaning we have ever had done. The clean up was great. This has not been so with other companys. I would have to spend hours cleaning up and spraying off my house. The house is very tall with alot of trees so not so easy to get to all the gutters. Alot of companys say they will never clean them again.

We first contacted All Around Maintenance in early 2023 for various water leaking issues that resulted in numerous projects that needed to be addressed. This included pipes that had to be relocated, replacing our master shower and tile throughout the bathroom, painting, replacing carpeting, etc. Whenever Alex provided a time of arrival, they were always prompt. We could not be more pleased with the finished results of every job. Alex did not walk away from any of the issues we had to call them for until he was certain the job was done correctly and that we were pleased with the finished results. Highly recommend this company.

I have used Alex's services since I moved into my home 15 years ago and I have always been satisfied with excellent service and reasonable prices. However, I have to say I was disappointed with the gutter cleaning and moss treatment service I received recently. The moss treatment appeared to be rather haphazard, and there were a lot of leaves left around the drain spout and the porch (see photos). Whenever Alex had done this work in past visits it was done impeccably with the areas around the downspouts immaculate, but my partner says it was not Alex on the job this time. Perhaps he needs to convey his high standards more to his crew. I was a little shocked when I got my bill also because the charge was 30% higher than the same services last year. I certainly am not surprised that prices have gone up, but that seems quote a steep rise in one year.

The young man that came to assist me with an issue with my fuse box was so courteous and likeable. He fixed the problem promptly. Will definitely call this service again.

Hired them for some basic roof repairs. Communication was pretty terrible, they weren't good at answering initial questions or paying attention to what I was requesting - I had to repeat myself and still didn't get a good answer. Also never once received a call of when someone was coming, either to inspect/quote, or to do the actual job. I'm not sure if anyone actually ever came for the quote or just did it blind. Then after I agreed to the quote, a few days later suddenly there was just someone on my roof, then they left and I got a bill.

To their credit, they did do the job basically when they said they would and relatively quickly.

I inspected the job done and it was adequate, though not great. Some shingles were not adhered back down, and one vent cap was wonky/angled.

I hired these guys to repair my front yard fence & garden beds after someone drove their car through them. They charged me exactly what I was quoted. Got me on the schedule in a week and did a fabulous job. It’s a painted cedar fence and they made it match the rest of the fence perfectly. They were very polite, detail oriented and courteous to avoid damaging the flowers in the garden bed. I would hire them again in a heart beat!

My deck needed power-washing and staining. Alex and his crew were great. Totally satisfied with the work. I would use them again if the need arises.

Responsive, honest quotes, and knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier with the service - we needed large item junk removal and dismantling, tree removal, and gutter repair/cleaning. Alex was professional and great to work with. I contacted them Wednesday with a general question, Alex came out the next day, and the work was all completed on Friday! They went above and beyond our request but still only charged us the quoted amount. We are very happy and grateful that we have somewhere we can call with any of our service/repair/handyman questions!

Alex and team were fantastic! He was super responsive and came by the same day I inquired about services so he could check out what was needed. He identified some other issues while looking at the roof, which we decided to fix as well. They were timely and got everything done within two days and it all looks so much better. We had gutter cleaning and repairs, roof vent replacements, and dry rot repaired. We will definitely call on them again for future repairs and services!

I was in a bit of a jam with a downspout clog. I called several places for quotes, but Alex with All Around was by far the fastest to reply and almost immediately available, with a comparable estimate to the other vendors. He arrived on time & completed the gutter cleaning quickly and efficiently, even snugging up my gutters as needed during the process. His work came with a three-month no-clog guarantee to boot. The clog was immediately remedied and I've had no issues in the weeks since the cleaning. I'll absolutely be using this service again.

They repaired portions of fencing around the house. Installed new post placed in cement and realigned the panels. Fair price for the job. I will use this company again to repair my deck.

Some bad weather brought down my gutter, I contacted them and less than 2 hours later they were at my house. They completely replaced the old gutter and hauled it away in about an hour and a half. Amazingly quick and efficient.

Alex was very knowledgeable and thorough in diagnosing our leak problem and explained his proposed solution very clearly. While he was up on the roof he found a faulty vent, solving the mystery of how squirrels were getting in our eaves. The team was friendly, prompt and professional. The company offers a broad range of services and I will definitely be calling on them in the future.

My pocket door fell off track and I couldn’t repair it myself without taking off the trim. All Around Maintance was able to do the repair by neatly removing trim. They also worked around my crazy schedule and were very accommodating.

I have used All Around Maint twice now, both times on things that need to be done quickly. First was replacing a leaking vent in the roof, second was clean out of our gutters which were completely clogged and pouring off the side. Both times they could come within the same day, which was a life saver. They came prepared and took the jobs seriously.

10/10 experience. When everyone else offered to start working on my roof in 2 weeks these guys took care of it the next day! They're professional and fast. Customer service is on top of the line.

Alex and company were recommended to us by our realtor and we we're grateful to her for doing so! Professional, on-time, patient with our questions and flexible with our scheduling. We had a list of several different items that needed to be corrected in our newly purchased, rather old house and he and his electrician did an amazing job. The best part was that, even though some of the work took longer than he expected, he stuck to his estimate which was very appreciated! Highly recommend!

Alex inspected my roof giving great advice. The team was hired to do tree trimming and clean up of yard debris. He gave a fair estimate. His team showed up they did exactly what they said they would do and charged the estimate!

All Around Maintenance did a great job cleaning out our home’s gutters, some of which were too high for us to reach using our regular ladder. Some gutters were rehung to their proper incline and some were reattached more firmly to the house. While on the roof, the worker also nailed a loose cedar shake back in place on the exterior of the house. I would use this company again and also would recommend them to others.

I had neglected my poor gutters to the extent there were some points at which they were in danger of detaching -- I contacted All Around Maintenance the week of Christmas, and they got to me despite inclement weather, easing my mind -- which was picturing gutters just falling off my house, right in time for Christmas! They cleaned the gutters and secured them at all loose points, for a reasonable price.

I got a quote the day I called and they did the repair two days later. Did a great job. I would definitely use them again

Alex was very professional in his estimating to prepare and stain a new deck we had built on our home. We ran into trouble with the paint product we used resulting in having to clean and strip two decks before the stain could be applied.
His company was able to complete the job in a very short time as he was able to shift employees around to meet our deadline.
The decks turned out beautifully and we can not give enough positive feedback from Alex and his company All Around Maintenance.
We would hire him again in a minute if we needed help on a project.

All Around Maintenance built and installed a privacy fence for us. They did a fantastic job, went above and beyond on all aspects and finished the job in just one day! They were very responsive and payment and scheduling was seamless. I highly recommend them and will hire them again for any future projects in a heartbeat!

They added decking in our big crawlspace to provide storage this last week as well as some foundation and drainage repairs. Last year they refurbished our large exterior custom deck, cleaned windows, and renewed our walkway with railroad ties on stairs and new gravel. They did a wonderful quality job on all projects. The exterior deck was sanded and stained beautifully so I could walk on it with bare feet. They were good at communication and getting the work finished in a reasonable amount of time. Their prices are reasonable for the quality work they provide. Everyone was very pleasant to work with. We are very pleased!

Alex and his crew did a marvelous job on the yard, trimming ivy and hedge. They were totally responsive. They also cleaned the gutters and did some minor repairs and treated the roof for moss.
The price was fair and the service excellent. I will use All Around Maintenance again.

We needed some repairs done on a tongue-and-groove ceiling over our deck. Alex was super responsive, provided a quote over text based on photos, came out and completed the repairs very promptly. Overall, I was very impressed and pleased with the service.

Wood deck repair and stain. Brought railings up to code (prior company didn’t, much to my surprise) cleaned then hand brushed stain. Deck is now safe and looks as good as it did the day it was built!

Quality work from a most responsive and professional company. I was most impressed with their methodic approach to this fence repair project especially Vitali who took his time and would step back to view each stage of completion before continuing to the next. We have been relying on Alex and his crew for years for gutter cleaning and power washing. They do a great job; are always on time and are friendly and helpful. We have a tricky situation coming up because we are having new storm windows installed, and we want to get the windows washed professionally just before the installation so they don't get rained on. I called Alex to figure it out. He is so helpful! With his help, we will be able to do what we need, even though we can't predict the exact time we need the service from him. Love this company!!!

We have used Alex and his team for multiple projects, from roof treatments to gutter repairs, to replacing wood trim with Hardie trim, to indoor and outdoor grout repairs. We plan on using them for several other projects. We have nothing but praise for Alex and his team, Alex responds to requests for quotes quickly, and shows up quickly after a quote is accepted. His team is completely honest and professional, and they report problems as they find them (instead of covering them up or ignoring them). They keep the work area clean, do a great job on each project, and costs are reasonable. I highly recommend them for anything you might have in mind, it is so nice to find a go-to contractor that you can trust.

This is at least our third time using All Around Maintenance and we will not hesitate to use them again. We hired them to blow off our metal roof and clean our very full gutters. They do a fabulous job in a timely manner and clean up the debris so it looks better than when they arrived. They provide a better service at a lower price than some of the places we've tried. Revised Sept. 2021 - Just had All Around Maintenance out for gutter cleaning and power washing our entire house. We have vinyl siding and it had not been cleaned in over 10 years. They not only gave us the best quote but our house looks like new again. They did a fantastic job!

Alex came by to give us a quote on our deck, said he'd have it to us by the next morning...and he DID! We accepted that day (great value) and his team was there the following day. Deck is beautiful and it wasn't only done on time, it was done early. Very professional, hard-working crew. Rare to find a company as squared away as All Around Maintenance.
