Mark and his crew of subcontractors did a great job on our remodel. From Mark’s quote and advice, to the electrician, the carpenter who installed the shiplap, and the painter, it was a very good experience for my wife and I. Everyone was very professional. I will use them again and would not hesitate to refer EPM to someone looking for high quality craftsmanship.

The work was done quickly and clean up was good but would appreciate it if they had come to the door to let me know they were here. They were unloading and getting ready to start and I didn't know they were here. Didn't speak much English so had a hard time answering my questions. The roof moss is gone and roof looks good and definitely appreciate the work

Mark, the owner of Expert Property Maintenance, called me himself to give me a bid on our job. He was extremely professional and organized. I described the job to Mark and he immediately put me at ease, explaining that they do exactly this type of job all the time and knew what was needed. He didn’t try to upsell me to put new leaf guard gutters on (which several others did) and I appreciated his straightforward no B.S. approach. His employees showed up and were very professional and courteous, they even replaced a light for me that I couldn’t reach with my ladder AND cleaned and treated a mossy area on our siding FREE of charge! It’s very refreshing today to find folks with that kind of generosity and kindness. I can’t speak highly enough about Expert Property Maintenance. I will definitely call them in the future.

I was very satisfied with the service. My roof needed moss removal and the workers were very efficient and thorough in scrubbing and cleaning my shingles.

When I called seeking a quote on gutter guards Mark was very helpful reviewing the different types of gutter guards and was able to give an immediate quote followed by an Email with the proposed work and cost. No need to replace existing gutters like with Leaf Filter or Leaf Guard and much cheaper. The crew came on time, completely cleaned existing gutters and installed what I consider the very best guards and cleaned up after themselves all in just a few hours. Very professional all around and very good value for the price - especially compared with Leaf Guard and Leaf Filter prices.

I found EPM on Angi, Mark reached out right away, was at my house that afternoon and provided me with a detailed and VERY reasonable bid. This is the first time I’ve used this service. The 2 man team did a great job cleaning our gutters and washing our roof. Afterward, they cleaned up the mess that had been removed from the roof. They don’t speak English well, but I received a quick call from Mark who understood what I needed and translated it to the workers.

They did a great job cleaning our roof. My roof was in bad need of help so it took a lot longer than planned. They even had to come back the next day for no additional fee, and it definitely paid off. I even had a random neighbor stop me in my driveway a couple days ago just to tell me how great our roof looks!

We were not sure who to get to clean our gutters but needed a company that was insured, bonded, and had good ratings. We were more than pleased with the quick response to our inquiry (less than 2 hours) and their excellent customer service. The young men who came out to do the work were polite, professional, and very friendly. Further, they did not try to upsale us on other products and/or services. Super quick response, excellent price and went above and beyond in what he did! Cannot stress that enough, cleaned out gutters, flushed downspouts, and cleaned up property around the house to make sure debris that fell was gone.

After a very quick response from Mark with a quote, I hired Expert Property Maintenance for gutter and window cleaning. I'm very happy with the overall results. When I asked Mark about a few remaining water spots, he personally came back and worked to remove them. I would definitely use them again and also would recommend them to anyone!

I hired Expert Property Maintenance to:
1. Clean the Moss and Algae from the roof of my house and detached carport
2. Clean out the gutters and make sure the down spouts were cleared of debris, on the house and detached carport
3. To permanently remove the gutter screens in certain designated areas around the house
4. Pressure wash the driveway up to the carport, sidewalks to the house and in front of the driveway.
The projects I hired the crew to do was done well. However, I was not told by Mark, to expect the amount of debris from the roof tiles that was clinging to the side of the house and left to remain on both front and back decks. Additionally, the individual who was using a machine like a floor buffer to clean the surface of the driveway, made no attempt to clean the splatter of mud and other debris off the new fence when he was finished.
The crew had everything they used put away and the trucks were idling and ready to leave before I was asked to come and do a final walk around. I knew they would be very unhappy to take down everything they would need to wash off the sides of the house, decks and scrub down the fence to get all the mud/debris off. Sunset was not far off.
I called Mark the following day to discuss my dissatisfaction with the cleanup especially for the price of the project. Mark did offer to send the crew back out to rectify the situation. If they didn't observe there was an issue the first time, why have them return for a second look.
I gave this company three stars for their lack of attention to cleanup at the end of the project.
It has not been 30 days since their service date so I have yet to determine if the down spouts are obstructed with the rest of the material that came off the roof tiles.

Last heavy rainfall we had a waterfall coming down in front of the door onto the back porch. I found these guys on Angi and they gave me a bid right away that sounded fair. I didn't want one of those companies that was going to try to sell me one of those leaf filter systems. I wanted a local company who would do the work and keep the money in the community. They showed up when promised, went right to work, were very efficient and from all the stuff they blew out, very effective. They cleaned in all up and went on their way. We haven't had the acid test yet of a heavy rain, but I'm confident we're past waterfalls.

I had them clean the rain gutters and spray moss killer on the roof. They did exactly that, and exactly when they said they would. I'd use them again.

Mark was very quick to respond and get me a fair quote. I ended up hiring Expert Property Maintenance for my roof treatment and gutter cleaning and I am very happy with the results. Mark was easy to work with on scheduling and with payment upon completion. They also provide a 2 year warranty should I not be satisfied in the future. The work was performed in a timely fashion and they didn't leave any mess behind when they were done. I would use them again and also would recommend them as a company.

Start to finish this was an excellent experience. Estimate and contract was completed in one day with a schedule set up for the following week. Work began (and ended) on the day promised. The two man crew were very professional and did a great job on the roof and gutters as well as the cleanup. There was a very thick moss growth on the roof but now it looks like I have a new roof.

The team removed moss off the roof and treated against future growth. Plus they guarantee the works for two years. What was more impressive was that they solved a really tricky gutter drainage issue to get the gutters to flow properly. They went the extra mile to ensure the gutters worked well and the property was cleaned up beautifully. We will be working with them again and recommending to neighbors.

There was some confusion about what to do with some extra debris from the job and Marc stepped up and took care of it. Very satisfied with the work. And I have high gutters.
