Do not use this company. We hired this company to come and clean all the gutters in our HOA. After they were ‘done’ multiple homeowners said that theirs were not cleaned. This company also gave us a bid to put treatments on our rooftops. They requested 50% up front to buy the product, which we gave them. They were sick for a number of weeks, then claimed that prices had risen so much that they required much more than the original bid. As we heard from more homeowners about services not received, we decided to not go forward at the higher price. They refused to do the service for the original bid, or to return the $500 we gave up front. Other individual homeowners also gave them money to do additional services, and they were ripped off as well.
