Wish I could give less than one star. Jamie was hired to upgrade amperage in a commercial bldg and add some commercial outlets. Started off great. Quick quote and initial work. Unfortunately was paid in full. (5k plus)Never did come back to install last outlet or new panel
Promised four Mondays in a row. Has single handedly prevented us from opening and he was told this. Obviously doesn't care. I have had to hire another electrician. Even with threat of small claims court....no response. Don't walk away from this guys....RUN!

Let me start off by saying Jamie and his team done a fantastic job installing our new Trane unit back in December 2020.

However, his customer service isn’t what it use to be. Our system stopped working properly on June 2nd, it wouldn’t cool past 74/75 degrees.

So, we contacted Jamie the same day (June 2nd) to let him know of this issue. He told us “Ok ill get to it soon as I can.”

Now, here we are almost a month later and still haven’t seen or heard from Jamie or anyone from Wickline.

I understand it’s a busy time of the year for the HVAC business, but you’d think a customer who paid over $5,000 cash for a until less than two years ago would take some what of a priority.

After a couple weeks, we realized Jamie didn’t care about our issue and we were tired of being miserably HOT. We called J&M Heating and Cooling, even though they did not install our system nor had we ever been a customer of theirs, they were able to work us in within a week and fix the issue!

So in my own experience if you purchase a new unit from Jamie, don’t expect it to be serviced when an issue arises.

My ac was freezing . Landlord called these clowns . They were told 900$ a new one is more economical. They agreed.
I work in construction in Va . Live in Wv . I asked 2 of our hvac guys . Both told me they charge about 700$ less to clean and “ both “ said 0 sounds like that was the f u buy a new one price”
My fiancé cleaned it with a house vacuum and it worked perfectly for 4 days u til today when they came to install new one. Which by the way they can’t get to stay on and now there are 4 people here .
My advice call around these people hustle un suspecting people ignorant of construction knowledge or people who do so.
Use someone else!

Jamie and his team come highly recommended!

We had an old packaged unit that just wasn’t big enough. Jamie came by late one evening (he worked around our schedule) and told us exactly what we needed to get the job done. We had planned on shopping around for quotes but after his quick response time and knowledge we decided to go with Wickline.

Let me say we couldn’t be any happier. Jamie and his team came out on a cold and snowy day to tear out our old system and install the new. We went from an old wore out 2 ton that wasn’t anywhere big enough to a massive 4 ton Trane that has zero issues with getting the job done!

So if you are in the market for a new system or just in need of repairs call Wickline Electric and HVAC. Their pricing and knowledge is top notch!

I purchased a much older fixer-upper that came with a number of renovation challenges but I desperately needed a heating/air system in a house that was not made for a traditional ducted system. Even though they would be working with incredibly tight quarters and navigating a troublesome roof-line, Jamie and team were confident they could make it happen. Due to other renovation projects happening in the home, we needed the lines set on the interior of the home to ensure proper insulation BEFORE the actual HVAC install. Though they were incredibly busy with work this summer, they made arrangements and got the lines set so as to not disrupt the on-going work inside the home. Installation was smooth with minimal disruption and mess inside the renovated home. Couldn't be more pleased with the product quality and the quality of this team. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new HVAC installation as well on-going maintenance service.
