My first experience with Wholesale Roofers was via Tim Kretzer in June 2025. My wife called several roofing companies within the Hampton Roads area after we had a ceiling leak in our master bedroom. Tim, who is a general manager, came out to evaluate our roof for a new shingle installation. Tim came out because his team was taking family leave, and he wanted to ensure business was taken care of. Tim met with us and got to know us some, took pictures of our roof, and then showed us the offerings for a "bumper to bumper" warranty on a new roof installation that we wanted. We were shown electronic slide decks of the GAF system roof and how it worked and showed us their quality. Finally, Tim worked with us on financing and got us a price below what my wife and I were thinking. Mr. Kretzer and Wholesale Roofers gave us a discount on being a veteran, so it's wonderful that they support our community. Everything from start to finish was flawless. Went with this company over another that was double their price. All the bells and whistles included with this one, plus the unlimited wood they would supply if my roof needed it, top-notch. Since I actually needed 10, which would’ve been a last-minute expense that I did not count on, if we went with another company. The salesman was very knowledgeable and so were the people who installed the roof.

Everything was explained thoroughly about the whole process, materials that would be used, and the warranties. Kevin did an excellent job negotiating a loan same as cash deal. Supervisor was great and had everything ripped off,replaced, and cleaned up in a day. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Seamless process from start to finish with very knowledgeable staff for all your questions! My roof was completed in less than 6 hours and they had everything hauled off by the end of the day. Would buy from them again after another 30 years!

Wholesale roofers did an outstanding job on my roof. They were quick and very clean. They put heavy duty tarps down all around the house. In doing so hardly any nails have been found. Total 3 since they have left the job. Last time the roof was done the company was called out 2 times to go over with magnet and then asked to leave it so I could go around myself. Having a pool and people not wearing shoes this is important. They were very easy to deal with and no pressure. Thank you Wholesale roofers for the fine job.

Had a wonderful experience with wholesale roofers. Ray Hunt came out & went through the entire process with us & showed us the quality materials they were going to use. Very honest and upfront and didn’t push us to buy anything we didn’t need or want. The crew came out on schedule and were very professional and courteous. I’m a first time homeowner and it’s very intimidating when you need major repairs done and don’t know where to look. I chose wholesale Roofers because like most people nowadays you choose a business by the there reviews and not by word of mouth. (Well sometimes ) So I went to google and I searched up local roofing companies and long and behold Wholesale Roofers was the top choice in the VA area. I called them up and was able to set up an appointment that was convenient for me and my work schedule.I got a sale rep by the name of Ray Hunt. He was early and courteous and he walked me and my wife through the process of how Wholesale Roofers came to be and the work they provide. Not to mention the Lifetime Warranty you get when going through Wholesale roofers. They also provide financing if you’re wondering about that which is the route I went with. So after everything was said and done it took about a week or less to get my roof done and they knocked it out in a day and took care of all the mess and debris. So long short I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

My wife saw a billboard advertising roof replacement from wholesale roofing, we called and made an appointment. The sales rep., came out and presented the product very well on a Saturday, a replacement day was setup, supervisor came on scene before the crew arrived, crew came a short time later, work was done professionally. Wholesale did my roof in Virginia Beach 3 years ago and gave me a “lifetime warranty” yet I’ve had multiple leaks since installation and have repeatedly called them to get the run around. They have not came back out once so I’ve had to get another company to repair.. now after doing research I’ve found out they just SUBCONTRACT THIER WORK and these guys are just a bunch of marketers with no real roofing knowledge… I’ve heard from many people that most of these reviews they have are fake and that they get all negative reviews deleted… so this will probably get deleted I’m sure but after spending 20,000 on a “new” roof I have to share this to at least try to save someone.. Hire a real roofer. These guys are just marketers looking to make a quick buck with no customer service and NO WARRANTIES THEY WILL PUT ALL BLAME ON “GAF” THE MANUFACTER OF THE SHINGLES THEY USE.

The price is on point, the install team was on point. They even let me know WHY my half story had such bad heat problems in the summer..... My previous roofers put fake vents on the roof. The team put all of my stuff from my yard back where it was supposed to be when they left.

We had a great experience using Wholesale Roofers to replace our roof. They came out quickly to provide us with an estimate and were able to give us the numbers during that same meeting. Literally every person we interacted with was pleasant, professional and prompt in answering any questions we had throughout the process. The replacement itself only took a day, and the workers tore down, replaced, and cleaned up so well, at the end of the day, it was almost like they were never here. Would recommend to anyone looking to replace/repair their roof.

Was quick and perfect if it wasn't for the fact that it's been almost a year now, and I've been trying to get them to come out to fix the bubbling on the roof. multiple times I've spoken to
Either people that install the roofs or make the appointments for people to come. Install the roofs and multiple times have I just been blown off warranty sounds fantastic on paper, but when no one comes and actually fixes the problems, it's a bit of an issue.

I like my new roof. It makes my house stand out. The workmen were on time,did an excellent job with clean up and removal of trash. Wholesale Roofing has a lot of different colors to select from. My experience with this company was a pleasant one.

This is a top notch roofing company I highly recommend them. From talking with Kyle for an estimate, in which he explained all aspects of how the roof would be installed, to how long it would take and the cost. I talked to a supervisor to get set up with a date for install 8 days after getting estimate and this was during the Christmas holiday, was not expecting it so quickly. Was scheduled for 2 days after talking to the supervisor. The install crew was very knowledgeable and quick in getting the roof replaced in 1 day. They did an awesome job, in everything, from removal of old roof to replacement of all bad wood that had been discovered during removal. They cleaned up the yard to an immaculate condition. The crew supervisor was very knowledgeable and explained processes. He was there to answer any questions that I had. I will be recommending this company to everybody who needs roofing work.

Kyle is Amazing. Words can’t explain how knowledgeable and he was detailed when it came down to explaining detailed of the project. Very comfortable having him come around. I only request for a consultation and he convinced us. I’m so happy I met him feel like family.

Whole sale Roofers were professional and courteous. They finished my roof quickly and under the wire of an insurance deadline. I appreciate their timeliness and professionalism.

The roof looks great but it was a horrendous experience. The morning of installment, I let the site supervisor know I will be leaving for daycare drop off at 7:15. He said okay, he would make sure I could get out without them dropping stuff on me, but as I left while holding my daughter, sure enough they tossed old shingles ans nails right over onto me. Luckily my daughter and I werent injured. Then when I come home, a worker is relieving himself on the back of our shed. Then at the end of the installment and clean up, we could not go out into our yard or even mow due to over 200 nails strewn evwrywhere. Thought that was the end of it until we went up into the attic to clean out before we moved and there were hundreds of nails and wood debris from the boards everywhere. They did not clean up at all. Then we had inspection for selling the home and found out they had pulled all the insulation down on the back side and just left it strewn everywhere.
The only thing they did to make it right was come back to fix the insulation, and that took an arm twisting.

I called a few of my friends in different states that are carpenters and asked if there price was reasonable they said absolutely. I told them the type of shingles and they said , there high quality Shingles. I would definitely recommend this business!

Foreman on the job was very professional. The workers were very quiet (no yelling or load talking). I have nothing bad to say, everything went very well. On-time, great communication, did exactly want they said they would do. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Greg and Kyle are two great guys who did a wonderful job on my roof. My neighbor gave the crew a A+ on the total replacement and clean up.

We chose Wholesale roofers in early September after getting multiple quotes from companies in our area. We had a new roof installed on a Wednesday just 2 weeks later. They took the time to make sure we were happy with the end result, and took care cleaning up any debris or nails so nothing was left behind. In addition to the roof, I had asked for an area of trim to be replaced. I overlooked that it hadn’t been done on the day the roof was completed. I called to share my concern, and Greg called me right back. He quickly came back out and made sure everything was taken care of the very next day.
Fred made the sale of the roof easy and outlined everything. Greg ensured everything went smoothly, and went the extra mile removing some tree limbs after a storm and emailing us pictures. He also followed up again to make sure we were happy once everything was completed.

Wholesale Roofers and my point of contacts Ray and Greg did a phenomenal job. Their pricing was competitive, and they were well organized, high quality, detailed, and urgent. All of our neighbors were impressed and one of them got a roof from Wholesale Roofers right away.

We are very happy with our new roof. The installation teams were fast, clean, and efficient. They replaced our entire roof in 1 day. If you have ever had to deal with a bad contractor, then look no further.

Just a caution, the first bill will come faster than they said. Just a heads up if you are on a budget.

Folks I don’t leave reviews at all but with wholesale roofing from start to finish they were outstanding. It’s started with Ray he was my sales person and folks the product sells it’s self . I did HDZ shingles and the GAF under coating and I’m so stinkin happy I’d did. Greg senior was the foreman with his crew and he went above and beyond with my job. Answered my question and I had a lot. The crew was fantastic from begining to end and that includes the clean up. So if you have any doubt when you get a price quote take it you won’t regret it

We are thoroughly happy with our new roof. The team knocked it out in one day & it looks fantastic. They went the extra mile to paint the drain vents to match the shingles, & to clean up all loose debris. Ray sold us our roof and he was excellent. We highly recommend this company!

We got a new roof 4000 sf and it needed it. They use great products at a fair price. I didn’t have to worry about them adding to the price. The price was final and all inclusive. They came early and finished same day. Their professionalism is appreciated. They cleaned up everything. I’d use them again but this roof is guaranteed for life!

The new roof has managed to stand up against some wicked storms this last month. The company has always responded immediately in all situations as of now and make you feel heard.

Wholesale Roofers installed a gorgeous roof plus fixed all the issues with the old uncovered. For example, someone patched this old house’s roof with concrete, behind the chimney where water pooled. They removed the huge concrete slab and framed out new wood decking. Their carpenter was busy for hours! I’m so glad Ray sold me on unlimited wood!

Zach Burroughs was an awesome sales person he was the reason my husband and I went through with them to purchase. He was very nice and knowledgeable and we didn’t feel pressured.
