Juan was so helpful in keeping me informed throughout the process, and Luisa in the office was a great resource as well. The team worked very efficiently and replaced my entire roof in a day. I'm very pleased with how it looks and would recommend Whitlock for your roofing needs.

The best roofers we have ever had!

Whitlock messed up our house drastically. There workers tore up my Swamp Cooler then said it fell off because there was no metal holders holding the cooler on when they tore down the metal chains and braces. They broke my solar lights they damaged my porch railings caved in my porch. They loosened the windows from all the slamming and pounding they did and there’s drafts coming in the house now from damage and now I have to fix all there blunders because they came up with excuses for everything.
Being on disability and being disabled makes it very tough and difficult for me to fix there mistakes. I would not recommend Whitlock to anyone. Thanks Whitlock…. My house that was warm and snug is now cold and drafty in the winter and when I can get $600 to get another Swamp Cooler I can be cool in the summer. Oh and they never completed the job. The back porch awning that they said they could do didn’t get done because of a lame excuse they gave me. They made me sick every time they came over to look at what they messed up.
Seriously get another roofing company to do your house I wouldn’t have Whitlock do anything ever again. My roof still leaks.

These guys were pleasant, thorough, and extremely helpful. They really went above and beyond for me as I was coordinating their work with some other contractors. Their pricing was fair, and the communicated very well throughout the process.

The team at Whitlock were amazing to work with. Our massive project was started on time and ended early. They came in on budget. During the project me and my staff were provided with regular updates and kept fully in the loop for any changes of issues that were required to complete our roof. Truly, they made this one of the most hassle free contractor experiences I have ever had.

The quality of the work was exceptional. Heavy rains put the new roof to the test and it passed with flying colors.

Excellent roofing company! Owner Greg LaVoie is caring, honest, and most professional. We have a second story deck on our that was house was built 30 years ago used pavers as the roofing material. But they’re starting to warp, curl, and become useless. We had several companies come out to look at what they could do to correct situation. No one was able to come up with an answer except for Graig and his company Whitlock Roofing. I highly recommend them!

My home and guest house recently suffered terrible hail damage. My foam roof was devastated, I had interior damage to ceilings, walls and flooring, and my swimming pool cover was ruined.
I interviewed several roofing companies and ended up with Whitlock Roofing because their Project Manager, Riley Spill, was clearly offering the best solution. Moreover, he immediately exuded professionalism and competence.
He did a core sample of my roof when he inspected it - none of the other roofers bothered. He discovered 4 additional roofs under the foam roof! Because he did this crucial investigation, he was able to make an accurate estimate to the insurance company. All the roofs had to be removed to bring the home back up to current building code. The slope of the roof had to be completely altered for proper drainage.
Riley is the most responsive subcontractor I've dealt with in years, and that is saying something because I am a General Contractor. He is a man who does what he says he is going to do. He was absolutely incredible dealing with the insurance company and providing all the evidence they needed to process the claim and subsequent additional claims.
He made certain that his crews were on time, made sure they did not damage my home or guest house, made sure my landscaping was not damaged, made sure nothing was stolen, and made sure all work was conducted in a safe manner so that no worker was injured during the project.
He was physically at my home during the project every single day with the exception of two days. On those two days, the company owner personally came to my home to fill-in for Riley. Riley coordinated with the HVAC contractor, the Electrical contractor, and the Skylight contractor who were all three necessary to complete the re-roofs. This is an important skill for a Project Manager to keep a project running seamlessly.
My home and guest house were left in perfect condition. I HIGHLY recommend Whitlock Roofing.

The salesperson was very good at selling Whitlock roofing procedures, but the estimate that he gave me was void of any numbers as to what it would cost and what would be done and then he had me sign it and I did. But after reading the contract I noted that there were no figures and that I was on the hook for whatever figures they were going to put in after the 3 days of signing the contract. I went down on the second day with a letter stating that I wanted to cancel the contract lawfully, and Whitlock manager stated he would put in riding on the contract that it is only in effect after the insurance company has made their offer. This insurance offer took weeks and when the insurance finally said that they would cover it I call it locked to state to give me the numbers so that I can get the job done and they said we're not going to take up this contract and hung up on me. Whitlock was very professional in selling but not very professional in dealing with the customer even if they didn't want to take a contract it could have been done in a more civil way than just saying we're not going to do it and hang up on you I did not suggest with lock for anybody they care only about the bottom dollar and not about the customer.

Not great at reviews, but they did a good job for us and wanted to recommend them. They were efficient and the roof is much better than what we had before. They raised areas for us so we don't have pooling on the roof anymore and fixed the leaks we had. Glad to have a roof that doesn't leak anymore especially since rain has been a bit more consistent this year.

After calling Whitlock Roofing for an estimate for a complete re-roof, I was scheduled promptly by a lovely agent. Riley arrived on time as scheduled....he did a through inspection of my roof giving me much more information of what was going on up there than the other 2 companies that had come prior, and he backed his findings up with photos. I was greatly impressed with Riley’s honesty and straightforward answers to my questions. It was a no brainer choosing Whitlock Roofing. The crew workers were all very polite and hard workers. We had Whitlock Roofing install our roof 4 years ago and they did a great job, were clean, respectful of their surroundings. Fast forward to today, we had roof damage from either raccoons or squirrels. They came out in the snow at not charge to fix it so we wouldn't have any roof leaks during the inclement winter weather. The staff person they sent out was so sweet and did the job in the snow. He even asked us if we were okay being in quarantine and needed any food!! Talk about full service. Great company. Highly recommend

After paying $16,000 for a new roof (with a 50 year warranty), I continued to have issues. The issues had nothing to do with Whitlock.With my frustration- which I expressed in abundance (poor Riley - the client you want to turn your back on),Whitlock continued to analyze the problem ongoing. What makes this the marksmanship of true worth and integrity? The issues weren’t as a result of Whitlock Roofing being negligent, rather it was due to the configuration of my roof, some sloping and stucco cracking. Yet Riley and his team were exceptional in identifying these problems, meeting with me on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule and rectified the issues despite them being unrelated to the original contract.
To say that Whitlock Roofing went above and beyond is an understatement!

The insurance company was only going to reimburse me for a 15 year roof and Greg proved to them it was 30 years so that I could get the maximum back. I researched quite a bit before choosing Whitlock roofing for our hail damaged roof and skylights. Doug was our contact point and he handled everything well. Always showed up on time. Roofers came the day promised. No surprises with cost and they worked with our insurance. Getting a new roof is neither exciting or fun but they made the process fairly painless.

The physical layout and contoured grounds at our large housing complex made the month-long roofing project extremely tricky. Whitlock Roofing handled the challenge with flying colors. Greg P., the overall manager of the project was on site every morning before his crews arrived and was usually the last to leave. Very impressive management, clear communication, great crews. Whitlock Roofing was hired by our co-op to re-roof our complex and they were phenomenal. They finished the project a week ahead of schedule and our roofs are beautiful. Whitlock was referred to me by old friends who had roofs replaced on 2 houses. I had hail damage, I was panicked. Greg walked me through everything with my insurance, and my roof, now 2 years old, is top notch! I had a leak in the spring, Whitlock sent someone out to look right away, fortunately it was a stucco issue. I have had questions about skylights, they've sent someone out quickly. I have no complaints at all, and I have sent several friends and family Whitlock/Greg's name as a referral.

Excellent job on our membrane roof! Customer service was prompt and outstanding. What impressed us was Greg's construction knowledge and the corrections he made on problems that were created by the builder of our house. He also took the time to educate us on the care and maintenance of the stucco. This last winter was the worst but our new roof gave us peace of mind and no problems!

I had a leaking roof that was dripping to the inside of a wall and also in to my garage. After cutting multiple holes in my ceiling and also looking at things on my roof I was not able to locate the leak. After contacting Whitlock a representative was sent to my house to assess the problem I was having (same day I called). A determination was made and an estimate was sent to me that same evening. I then scheduled an appointment for repairs. The individuals that showed up to complete the work were on time, professional and clean with their work. It was also pointed out to me that because I have a stucco home, I should consider using a sealer on my stucco to extend the longevity of my stucco (very helpful tip which I completed on my own). Since the repairs were completed by Whitlock, it has rained several times including a hard downpour last week. I have not had a drop of water on the interior of my home. I will continue to use Whitlock for any other repairs. Great company to do business with!

By far, the best customer service I've ever experienced. Greg came back SEVERAL times to assist us with issues that had nothing to do with the new roof. So kind. The quality of our new roof is excellent. Always follows up. So much in fact, he still checks in with us every few months. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Whitlock Roofing. I called for an estimate and it was promptly scheduled and appointment time was kept. We accepted the estimate to have our patio roof repaired and the job was scheduled within the next week. Great prompt service Greg was very helpful and answered all the questions we had. Greg LaVoie brought a proposal to my home. It was very detailed, and he had samples of the materials.
The work was done exactly as described and on time. The inspector came to approve it and said they did an outstanding job. I am very pleased with my new roof. They did a wonderful job!

Don't waste you time. We had Greg come out on April 4th for an estimate, were told we would be hearing back from him the first part of the next week. When I hadn't heard from them by the following Thursday, I called to follow up. Greg told me that he'd have my estimate for me tomorrow (Friday, April 12) when I hadn't heard from anyone by the following Tuesday (April 16) I called back and was told Greg was on vacation for that whole week. I explained that I was waiting for an estimate and was assured by the office that they would "get in touch with him (his phone mailbox was full) and explain what was going on and I would hear back that week. It's now the end of the next week (Thursday, April 26) and I called back to tell them not to bother. If they didn't want to take my money to fix my roof, someone could have said so. I've now wasted 3 weeks waiting on an estimate that it's pretty clear nobody wanted to write in the first place. I don't see any reason that you'd treat a potential paying customer this way. Moreover, if they can't be bothered to deliver an estimate, why would I believe they'd have any more concern for repairing my roof? Don't bother calling unless you'd like to be ignored.

I'm sure this company is probably pretty good. I will never know. My estmater was 45 minutes late and I did not get a call. My time is limited and when he did call his excuse was they were very busy and anyone else who might be interested would be busy as well. It's a shame when a company doesn't need your money.

Greg was such a professional and very knowledgeable person when he came out and fixed our roof very well priced and work is top notch.

Put in a request to have a leak repaired and got my entire roof replaced! John came by and immediately noticed hail damage and advised me through getting a home owners claim started. Thoughout the entire process, they have been responsive and professional. Truly happy with the results. Highly recommend.
