Beau was fantastic to work with. As I had never filed an insurance claim before, so Beau walked me through the process and explained what I could expect, which helped ease my apprehension. Once we got our insurance check we got on the schedule and the work was done quick, and more importantly, done right. Would highly recommend.

After a tornado ripped through our neighborhood a few weeks ago I reached out to Beau at Whitetail Restoration to see if his company would be able to assess our roof for damages. He was at my house within 30 minutes to walk our house to look for any siding and roof damage. After discovering a missing shingle and a few other shingles that would need replaced, he showed me a picture of the damage and discussed the next steps. Beau kept me updated each day as to when he’d be out to install the new shingles. Within 2 business days Beau and crew had our new shingles installed. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Exceptional work and communication!

I called Whitetail Restoration the day after high winds took down a piece of siding on my home. Beau was quick to answer all my questions and walk me through his thoughts on the repair. He was at my home the next morning. Beau called to update me on the repair after it was complete and wanted me to know that I should call back if the siding did not hold. This was one of the easiest, stress-free experiences with a home repair that I have had. Communication and promptness was amazing!

Due to damage caused by another company who did an inspection for me,there was no question that my roof needed replaced. I called Whitetail Restoration and recieved a prompt response. A few days later Beau came to explain their plan, pick out shingles, the addition of 2 new vents and the quote for the job. 6 days later the job was completed with Beau on site to oversee it all. Our roof was replaced in one day..they are very good with communication and responding! I was super impressed with the company.

Vinyl siding on upper level of my home was loose from wind storm and birds building nest and tearing out insulation . Big mess.
Called multiple places many times and no return calls .

TODAY on phone and said he would be out to assess TODAY!
I appreciated his call to let me know he was otw ( less than one hour after contacting him)
He introduced himself and went right to work. Very professional, friendly person, as was other worker. Problem was fixed immediately and my cost was $0.00

We had our roof redone after some damage. Beau and his team were easy to deal with. Communication was great, and they got our roof in within a week of getting a quote. They handled the communication with our insurance company right away, overall a very easy and painless process.

Early March we had wind damage to our roof. We obtained three quotes and we chose Whitetail due to Beau Steadman’s professionalism, prompt follow up after each communication and help! It was a long process with our insurance company getting the roof covered and Beau was an immense help in getting it approved. His background and understanding of the insurance industry was a huge asset. Once the work started it was completed on time as he had promised.

There was a storm that came March 2023. It caused my roof to leak. The owner Beau came to my home and put a patch ontop the roof This stopped the leak inside . The patch temporarily stopped the leaking until Beaus crew fit one day into their schedule…a bunch of people in my area had damaged roofs. They got the job done I was impressed and still am impressed. The only thing I can do to thank them is to leave them a 5star review. Good job guys! Thank you to infinity and beyond for saving me! I am one happy homeowner.!

After many recent wind storms, every roofer in the area was extremely busy- and Whitetail Restoration was not an exception. However, when I mentioned that our roof was leaking and that rain was in the forecast...Beau came to our rescue (at the end of an already long and busy workday) and put a tarp on our roof. He also took the time to take pictures and discuss the work needed to repair our roof. Beau is knowledgeable, professional, and so very kind. We look forward to working with him in the future.

Beau & crew did a wonderful job replacing my roof. We have a specialty roof, that other quotes did not guarantee (if we received an estimate at all). The work was done very professionally and very quickly. There were unforeseen repairs that needed to be made that didn’t slow the crew down at all. These guys showed up at first light and half the team got to work laying out the tarps on the ground while the others got right up to doing stuff on the roof. They were done before the sun went down for the night and they left our walkways and yard cleaner than they found it. Very respectful

I was in the process of selling my parents house and the lender for the buyer needed a roofing assessment. I called a number of roofing companies in the area and none of them were able to come out to look at the roof for at least 7-10 days. Beau and Craig at Whitetail Restoration was the only company who were able to come out the same day I called to assess the roof. They took their time looking over the roof and even did a few quick fixes to help mitigate potential leaks. They were able to provide the information I needed for the buyers lender and helped prevent any delays in closing process.

Beau and his crew did a great job on repairing a small area of our roofing where we were experiencing some leaking. They only did what was needed and were very efficient. They also did a great job with the clean-up and now you can't even tell where the newly patched shingles were installed.

These folks were on time, worked all day, came back and finished up the next day. They walked the perimeter several times making sure no debris was left at the site. Also, rolled magnetic pushers through the yard and flower gardens. Couldn’t be happier. 5 stars for sure!!!!!
