Brandon and his crew were very professional and efficient. The tree was removed as promised in a timely fashion. When finished, all debris was removed from the yard. Would highly recommend this company.

Had a cluster of 8 trees that needed to come down. Basic Tree came in and within 45 min. the trees were down. Crew was very professional and we are very pleased with the job they did for us.

I have had Brandon do tree work at two houses. He is prompt and true to his word. When he says he will be there he is there. He is reasonably priced and the work he does is perfect. He knows how to make your trees look good and stay healthy and he cleans up so well you don’t even know he was there. I have had him trim trees, clear brush, remove overgrown landscaping, and cut a huge tree down. You won’t meet a nicer guy or a harder worker. I won’t use anyone else and you shouldn’t either!

These guys were fantastic. A crew of 6 or so guys came @ 9 am and by 1 pm they had our tree down and the stump ground out. They worked as a team and did a great job! I could never say enough wonderful things in a short paragraph about Basic Tree Care! They were amazing. They came out on a stormy night with thunder and lightening to assist an elderly customer of mine that had a tree branch ready to snap onto his house at any time. A section of the tree had already come down in his yard and his home and where he sleeps at night was in severe danger. They came on time, as promised, with proper equipment, sent knowledgeable and friendly guys, and did exactly what was asked. Their pricing is honest and fair. A 4 man crew from Basic arrived exactly at the scheduled time and did an outstanding job of taking down 4 huge pine trees situated around electrical wires and close to our home. The professional, friendly crew worked hard and in a safe manner, cleaning up the site well before leaving. We would definitely use them again and are pleased to refer them to anyone needing trees taken down and/or stumps removed.

Called them, they came out, provided a proposal, gave me a cheaper option if I could wait. Executed the tree trimming, just as quoted. Cleaned up the yard in no time. Couldn't even tell they were here.

HavinHaving mature trees in one's yard is a luxury but also a responsibility. Over the past 6 years I’ve utilized Basic Tree for numerous scenarios but this last one hit hard. A magnificent sugar maple with long waving limbs was coming to an end, dying in the middle, showing water signs of splitting and looming over a busy road. The risk was too great for someone to be injured.
Josiah estimated. Justin led. Kelli listened. It came down (don’t ever watch, it’s too traumatic) but was done so professionally with 4 additional men, equipment, clean up, I could only stare dumbfounded at the task they achieved in such a timely manner.
The price was totally worth their combined value. I will have them back and recommend them to anyone who may need their services.

Called several tree companies for quotes. These guys landed right in the middle price wise, but was clear they knew what they were doing so I gave them a chance. Overall, I had some difficult trees to get to. They took the time to make sure no damage was done to my house in the process. On top of that, they were out here in a very timely manner. In the end, tree services are pricey, but after seeing all that they did, it was money well spent. Would recommend these guys for your more serious tree needs!

We had signed a ~$6k contract with Basic including land clearing, tree trimming and removal, but subsequently realized that we needed a company who could actually mulch the surface of the area we’re clearing to prepare it for seed. Due to some miscommunication, Basic was willing to let us walk away from the contract without penalty. While we didn’t move forward with their services, this is still a 5-star experience in my opinion given their patience and flexibility as we figured out what we needed. These are the kinds of business decisions that set companies apart (how they respond when things *don’t* go to plan). Thanks so much for working with us!

These guys came in like a band of ninjas. I couldn't believe how quickly they cut and removed 3 of the biggest trees on my property. No lolly gagging. They were in and out like inertia.

I had several companies give me estimates.. Many of which never showed up. These men were punctual , courteous, and efficient. They removed 2, trees, one of which was over100ft. Tall and 15 ft from house a lso leaning over my house. I watched in amazement! They cleaned up and blew off my patio and roof. It looked better than when they got here! I have more trees that need removed and you bet I will use them again!

I had a very large tree in my backyard within feet of my garage and fence on each side and rather close to neighbors property as well. This company not only provided a great quality tree removal and cleanup (I didn’t opt for stump grinding at this moment), but completed the job within the day (a little under 10 hours of daylight this time of year). Other companies I received quotes from ranged from 2 to 4 days for full removal. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for tree services. Wow! Everything was done to perfection. They trimmed all my birch trees to 40 ft. Removed 4 trees, took all branches off roof and trimmed up all trees in my yard. We had just mulched before they got there and the cleanup was so great that you couldn't even tell they had done any work. Very professional and timely. Will definitely call them again when more services are needed.

Gave an estimate of $200 less of what the other two places I called wanted.
They were extremely professional, and safely cut down a 150+ year old mullberry tree like it was a dandelion.

This was the easiest process I have ever had. I took pictures of the trees I wanted cut then texted it to them, they came by looked at it and gave me a quote.

I thought wow that was easy!

Then they came out to my house cut down 2 trees in about 45 minutes with zero complications.

I will without a doubt use them again!

I highly recommend Basic Tree Care, they did a great job removing some large limbs from a Silver Maple that had grown into a neighbor’s tree, they were on time, reasonably priced and very professional getting the job done safely.

They worked together extremely well. Cut down 4 dead trees and 5 stumps were ground and cleaned up in a little over 2 1/2 hours. Highly recommend, Very efficient and professional team. Phenomenal experience start to finish. Most competitive price quote we received, and a thoroughly professional team. Not only did they remove a very large 80-year-old sugar maple in our front yard, but they did so within an hour and a half. All debris was removed without a trace, including the stump grind mulch. Danton was extremely friendly, and very efficient. I would absolutely use this company again, no question.
