All of the employees were wonderful, and the work was done very quickly, and I cannot be happier. Definitely recommend Newark auto body.

Dropped my truck off for some extensive hail damage, turned out really well had to get my hood and roof replaced. Pleased with how it came out.

Someone backed into my car and I was so stressed on what to do. I started a claim and stopped in to newark auto body. Let me tell you that they are experts! They were able to answer all of my questions. I dropped my car off the very next day and they worked with the insurance company and fixed my car right up!!! I didn't have to do ANYTHING! It couldn't have been easier or more convenient!!! So happy! 10 out of 10 I will always recommend them!!!!

Took my car for an estimate then was told they would call me the next week to get my car in and get my rental set up. A week later and still no return call. I called them again and was told they would call as soon as the guy that did the estimate came in. They open at 8am it was 8:30am. Needless to say I never received a call back. I ended up taking my car to INDEPENDENCE AUTO BODY instead. Basically, a total lack of customer service. Not sure how Newark Auto Body is still in business.

I recently had hail damage my vehicle and Newark Auto Body went above and beyond to get my car repaired. The work they did was fantastic. It looks like a new car. The staff was professional and helpful. I will definitely be using them for my auto body needs in the future. Definitely 5 stars

I contacted the shop after getting in to an accident. They were very polite had great customer service. They were able to get my car in very quickly and got me right into a rental car. They provided me with great detail about my car and and what needed to be completed. They were able to get my car repaired in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the work complete and with the over all experience. I would highly recommend this shop and will be using them again.

We took our 21 camry to get some body from a small accident and they matched the color great(blueprint)which was a hard color im sure. Got it back within a few days and looked great. Thanks guys

Was concerned about electronic safety features that needed to be completely reset after repair work was completed, but Dave reassured me that work would be performed to Toyota specifications. He kept his promise, there have been zero issues. All safety features function just like before the accident. Car looks and runs like it's new. Very happy with my Toyota Prius repair.

I highly recommend this shop for body work. Dave gave me an estimate immediately and my car was ready in two days, a day earlier than anticipated. Dave was great to work with and my car looks brand new.

I got into a incident where I skidded into the back of someone else's car that damaged my front end, and I was referred to Newark Auto body. Customer Service was calm, cool, helpful and professional. And before I knew it, I had my car back.

The external damage was gone, and the internal damage was all done too. You'd never know anything had happened!

My truck needed some minor repairs after a fender bender. Newark Autobody Collision and Glass did a great job and the final product looks factory new.

I wasn't at fault but insurance tried to leave me hanging with charges incurred during the process. The owner talked to insurance, and in the end, everything was made right.

Being a Nissan Certified shop and having a positive experience, I recommend this place to my friends and family.

I brought my Tesla modal 3 in for them to fix for me and from the time I droped it off to the time I picked it up they were always in touch with me and letting me know the progress of my car and when I picked it up the work was amazing I will definitely come back and tell my friends and family about them as well

This place deserves zero stars. I can’t count how many times the owner lied directly to my face during the time he had my vehicle. A one week fix took over two months and it was always someone else’s fault. I’m still having to fix things he did wrong. Take your car elsewhere.

UPDATE: The response they posted to my review does not apply to my situation at all and appears to just be a blanket response as it’s on another review as well. Pretty indicative of how they do business as a whole.

Do not take your car here! The work, the people… it’s all entirely unreliable. You will get a run around from the owner instead of good work and honesty. There are other options in Newark that you won’t regret going to. You will be wasting your time with this shop.

This shop is by far the best shop I've used. Friendly staff, incredible work and very fast. They went above and beyond to take care of my car. Very highly recommended!!

It was a pleasure working with this company. They did a fantastic job on my 2011 Camry. Everything looks great and they even went above and beyond expectations. The clear coat on my rear door at the top was peeling off. (the damage to my car was the front door!) It looked bad and was exposing the area to potential corrosion. This company took a few extra minutes and re-coated the area. It looks great and saved me the hassle of trying to do it unprofessionally myself. I am thrilled with this extra touch that I did not expect. A+

I had the best experience at the Newark Location. Staff was very friendly and assisted as a team. We had some issues with parts that they got remedied for me. Older car but they got what we needed. Even assisted with my rental payments when I had to extend due to ordering issues for parts. That and the relentless pursuit for my satisfaction makes this a great business and the staff very family orientated and knowledgeable. If they don't have the answer they will get it. I always got feed back from them through the repair process. They are 5 star certified in my book. I just took another vehicle to them this week. Glad to have them in our area. They worked seamlessly with my state farm insurance agent. Great quote and like I said very professional.

Had an insurance claim VIA State Farm. ( rear window damage/replacement ) They recommended this shop. The repairs took just under three weeks. I get a notification that the claim is paid out and complete., I go the the shop, they have no idea and tell me that "sometimes the texts go out premature".
OK, no harm, no fowl. The manager of the shop told me it would be ready for pick up in 1 hour. Called the shop 2.5 hours later, I then get a story of how they do not have a part , my car will not be ready in the time quoted , and that they would call me when it was later that day. I had to , again, call back just prior to the shops posted closing hours, only to be told that my vehicle work was Completed , had been for a bit, and that "wow, someone should have called you earlier"
So, after all that, when I get the car back , its filthy. The glass form the original issue was not even cleaned out of my car and there was muddy footprints all over my mats and trimming.

** Amendment/UPDATE

After placing this review, I was contacted by the shop.
The person asked what "they could do to make things right"
this was clearly so I would change my review, as the gentleman said so during the call.
I explained that I had already cleaned the glass that was left all over the backseat myself, I have two children that sit in the backseat of my vehicle. I also explained that I had cleaned and vacuumed my mats as well because they looked terrible.
I then got one more apology and the call ended.

**** this was also prior top me noticing that there is STILL damage to the car where the ORIGINAL damage was to begin with , and I now have to take the car back to the shop for futher repairs.

this is not how you run a business.

I was always welcomed by kind, patient amazing individuals who, would find out the answer for my question when I asked. And our car looks amazing! Dave and his team took incredible care of us. They were honest, up front, and communicated extremely well. I travelled over an hour away just to work with the team at NAB because of the work they do!
