We enjoyed a great experience working with Mike’s Roofing. Our house has a gambrel roof which has custom fitted trim separating the upper and side roofs. They not only provided the roofing but also completed the custom carpentry. The work crew was excellent, job was well supervised by senior staff and planning around weather couldn’t have been better. Most importantly they listened to our needs and concerns, fulfilling them all with a smile.

I was very pleased with my new roof that was done by Mike's Roofing. They did such a great job! My new roof looks great, but more important than that, it was done with meticulous care to insure it will not leak! This particular section of my house has had leaking problems for years. It has been repaired and replaced numerous times, only to discover that things were not done properly. Mike's Roofing did it right, and I could not be happier with it!

Although i read several reviews and a negative one about the workers being contracted in and not employees of Mike's roofing , it does not bother me that Mike's may be a middle man for work as long as they stand behind the work and the workers that do the work. From what i can see, my roof was done perfect and i dont have to worry about it for several years now that i have a new shingled covering. Thanks for the great job!

Mike's replaced our existing roof and worked with us while we found someone to replace our brick chimneys. They were patient and understanding. Once the chimneys were complete, Mike's replaced the roof. They did a great job, cleaned up well, and communicated well.

Levi crew was Amazing replace all wood that needed to be including rafters. Amazing craftsmanship. 1920 Home now has 50 yr shingles and looks Great!

We needed to waterproof a flue penetration for a gas-fired unit heater through a membrane roof. While we can handle flashing a flue though a shingled roof, we wanted professional help for this application. Mike and Hoss were on time and did an excellent job, as usual. Mike's Roofing is great!

We hired Mikes Roofing to install siding on our home.
What we were not informed of was that Mikes Roofing was just the middle man. At the time it
appeared the only actual employees of this company
(if that)were a couple office people. Two of which were a brother and a girlfriend. No one from Mikes Roofing
actually did the install. The company who installed
the siding had no affiliation with Mikes Roofing. Mikes Roofing supplied the quote, stopped by the house for a few minutes while the siding was being installed and of course was right on it to collect payment. AND
let us know they were losing money on our job!! LOL
We just do not see any reason to pay a middle man.
Next job we will just hire a real installer who has a real
installation company! Read that contract carefully!

We had our roof replaced a couple of weeks ago, on our family home by Mike’s Roofing. They were on time each of the two days it took to replace the roof. They were professional, used great material, employed terrific people. Beth and I are well pleased with Mike’s roofing. If our roof needed repair, we would use them again. I highly recommend them

Mikes roofing came out and replaced what may have been the original roof that had been previously shingled over. They showed up and worked hard for multiple days, they did discover that the fascia was rotten under the old gutters so they replaced it and made us a great deal on new seamless gutters. The roof and gutters look great. Thanks Mike!!

I had siding, exterior trim, vinyl stone siding, fascia, gutters and gutter guards installed. Had a emerency. Came home to a roof leak. Called Mike's and the leak was repaired with in the hour. The best response and service I have ever received. They even gave me a name of a person that could repair the drywall and put the same patter on the ceiling. It was like clock work. No stressing ! I highly recommend this company!

Recently had our 20 year old 2 story home resided with replacement vinyl siding. Large home with siding on 3 sides; stone front. We received a reasonable estimate and an explanation of how things worked from Nick at Mike's Roofing. Cost was lower than other estimates we received although the same material would be used essentially. After confirming the work with Mike's and sending in a down payment, the crew arrived at our home within a day to start work. Crew was very friendly and showed consideration for the landscaping they had to work around. Actual siding removal and replacement took 3 working days. Crew cleaned up old siding and hauled it away. Did their best to pick up nails and minor debris; very little left after the job was done. New siding looks gorgeous! Much more professional look than the original. Better quality material and simply installed much better. I built the house new and it looks better now than when finished in 1998. Steve Harsh was the crew lead and he was easy to talk to and made sure his crew did a good job. Thank Steve. Very happy overall with our experience with Mike's Roofing. It is a pretty big expense overall but well worth it to us.

Great job! Very pleased with the quote, the installation and the clean up. A couple of small issues popped up and were immediately rectified. Highly recommend this company.

This company was referred to me by my home inspector at time of purchase. The overall bid and work aspect of the job went smoothly and had it stopped there this review would have been 5 stars.

After a more thorough inspection, I noticed gutters were damaged and missing in sections. Following the completion of the job I notified the company and they 'put me on the schedule' to repair (in between new roofing jobs) during down time.

Fast forward 6 months and no work has taken place - or follow up for that matter. This prompted my follow up and of course I was no longer on the schedule. Additionally, it was discovered during a bathroom remodel the roof was leaking through the exhaust 'boot'.

I will give credit to the company in that they sent out an associate that week - though weather conditions not idea to inspect the roof, the associate and myself got visual confirmation of the leak from inside the house.

It has been 2 weeks now and still no fix - there has been a real lack of urgency placed against this issue. At this point I have went down another path for remedy.

They said they would send me an estimate within a couple of days. Called the first time after a week of waiting. They said they will get me an estimate. Called the second time after another week. They said my roof was too steep, not going to do the job. They never had the courtesy to call me to tell me they weren’t going to do the job. Would never recommend going to this “company”.

Mike’s Roofing. I read your reply, you state I was notified that your company couldn’t do my repair at this time. I don’t know who you are talking to, but that is a lie. First, you never notified me, I had to call after more than 2 weeks to find anything out. Second, I was told that your company wouldn’t do my repair because my roof “was too steep”.

I don’t run a company like you do, but if you are going to respond to a negative review. In my opinion, it would be better not to lie. If your company doesn’t want to do a job, then just be truthful about it and the customer will move on.

A recommendation on who I could go to next or a little bit of help on what to do would have been nice thing to do. Of course a company would have to care about their customers before that would happen.

Mike's Roofing completed a project reroofing the entire shingled portion of First Baptist Church, Newark Ohio, 1000 Granville Rd., on 1 Dec 2017. This job consisted of removing and replacing approximately 185 squares of shingles and also the removal and replacing the 35+ foot high steeple (requiring a crane) that sets on the front portion of the church sanctuary roof. Justin Palm, Nick Cullop, and Mike Cullop, were all great to work with and kept me informed every step of the way. They cleaned up well and completed the entire project in a timely manner. The work was professionally done and we could not be more pleased. I would not hesitate to use them again for any roofing needs.

By far one of the best in Licking County! Great price and service. They were able to start a month earlier than originally scheduled; which was great for us. They kept in constant contact regarding supplies being dropped off, when crews were going to be there, etc. The temperatures were over 90 degrees and the crew supervisor knew when each man went up and when he was due to come down and hydrate. One of the cleanest crews we have ever had here. There also was a storm a couple days after they finished with 50 mph winds. No shingles blown away, no leaks! And it looks so wonderful! No negatives here!!!!!

I am very satisfied and pleased with Mike's roofing from start to finish. I received an estimate quickly that was very reasonable. The following week the crew came to begin work on my house and garage. They were finished within 2 days. The crew was very courteous and polite and when the work was completed, they cleaned up the property leaving nothing behind. I highly recommend this company

Great customer service. Gave a prompt estimate. Went over in great detail what they felt needed to be done. Answered all questions and worked with me to lower the price. Used top-quality products. Didn't make me wait months to do the job. Completed job within three weeks of giving me the estimate and two weeks of me telling them I wanted them to roof my home. Only took three days to finish a two-day job with rain falling two of the three days--cutting the work day short. Cleaned everything up each day for a multiple-day job, and left my yard and gardens as they were when they arrived. All of my neighbors have commented how quiet they were. A great company with great people. No high-pressure sales unlike the other companies that I received quotes from. They will work with your budget and do quality work. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Had Mike's Roofing put shingles on my Mother's house, barn and two other buildings they did a great job and I would recommend them for your roofing jobs.

I asked for an estimate because I had someone else giving me an estimate at the same time he drove by and did not stop he then called me to say when the roofers gone Ill come back but we had an appt so i called the office and talked to a guy and mike himself picked up the phone and said "Its rude to have two roofers come at the same time they are all jerks and want to start a fight" I asked if they was going to come back and give me the estimate and he said "No!!! I would not work for you"
I dont think the customer is ever right here.
