From the very first phone call to the final text we were very pleased with the timely communication. Cody Temple always took the time to answer our calls and texts (even when he wasn't technically working). The owner, Chris came out to review the project before the roofing began.
The pricing was very competitive, the material was top quality, the consideration of our timeline, workmanship, and the quick response to some minor issues after the work was done was all greatly appreciated.
The way companies earn a 5-star review is largely based on the way they handle issues when they arise. As with most construction jobs, there was an issue that arose and it was handled very professionally and courteously. Whitestone (Chris and Cody) personally advised us of the issue, and they stood by their word and their original quote. Through this, our trust and respect for them was maintained.
The installation of the gutters was top quality. We were in the midst of a difficult family situation, which took us away from the house, and Nelson communicated with us and treated the job as if it was for his own house.
I worked with Cody to replace the windows and patio doors in my house. It was a great experience. He was very professional and informative. We talked through options and set expectations. He also provided me with the necessary documentation to have them approved through my HOA. I would absolutely use him again.
