I have had Christian of White Rock painters do painting on my home over past 5 years.

Recently they did the entire outside stucco and my basement suite. They are efficient, neat, clean up every day they are on the job.

Christian has given me good advice on how to keep my home looking great and choosing best options.

White Rock painted all of our exterior woodwork (windows, doors, etc) as well as re-stained the cedar shingle siding. This was a sizeable job and from the first quote through to finishing, Christian and the team were excellent. I would highly recommend White Rock Painting!

White Rock Painting painted our house exterior, garage doors, deck and vinyl windows. This included a pre-painting power-wash, minor repair of siding, and sanding of the wooden deck. All of the preparations and painting were carefully done. For example, in painting of the windows, trim and doors there was no overspray and linework was meticulous. The crew was efficient and friendly. All work was done on time and in budget. A few in-progress changes asked by us were nicely accommodated. Christian Troy was extremely knowledgeable regarding proper paint selection for the different materials painted. We would have White Rock Painters back for our future painting needs.

During January 2022, we interviewed five house painters. Ultimately, we chose Christian because he impressed us as being skilled at his trade and just as importantly, an honest man. We were not disappointed. As promised, he and his crew started the work early Spring and spent the better part of a week at our house. Our interactions with Christian and his crew were always very cordial, and the various changes that we asked of him were accommodated without hesitation. A short time after the job was done, we noticed minor imperfections on the exterior doors. Once we brought this to Christian’s attention, he did not hesitate to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. We are very happy with the finished product.

I called for a quote, was told that he would text/call to come by that day and consult in person. Never called or texted again. Other companies have been highly responsive. Very unprofessional to leave someone waiting around for a callback you promised. Complete waste of time. If this company can't schedule themselves, I wouldn't trust them to paint my house.

We are very happy with the great work that Christian and his team did. The house looks great. They were professional, and meticulous in making sure that everything was done properly. I would definitely recommend or us them again.

I checked out the reviews before contacting Christian at White Rock Painters. He received good reviews and I really wanted someone that would repair the walls and not just paint over dents and scratches. White Rock painters did that and more. Christian was great to work with as were the other people. They were on time, polite and did a great job. I will use them again.

This company painted the exterior of my house 4 years ago. After 3 years the paint on 2 walls started peeling badly. I contacted Christian and he arranged to have the 2 walls power washed and repainted. This was done at no cost to me. I found Christian to be very forthright and easy to deal with.

We hired Christian to paint the exterior of our home. We chose his company based on recommendations from friends. I spoke to Christian initially to get a quote and my husband followed up with him for clarification after receiving the estimate. The first day of painting commenced and while there were a few brief moments of conversation, I did not examine the work too closely. Once my husband returned home we took a closer look and felt that there were things happening that weren't what was initially discussed and that what we were seeing was not the quality we had anticipated. An email was sent that night to address these issues so that we could clarify before the second day of painting began. Christian's reply the following day was that he assumed we understood his choices as these were apparently well known and what he had done previously with other homes in our area. He seemed to blame us for that lack of knowledge and clarity. My husband replied to this response that we would discuss the issues again and asked Christian to come by and talk with us. He stated that he did not have time to do this and encouraged us to wait until the job was finished before making any decisions. A reply was sent once again to Christian expressing our concerns about continuing with something we were not happy with and we asked again to discuss. Christian chose not to reply. He instead came by the house in the late afternoon the following day, picked up his remaining equipment and his sign and left without even knocking on the door. My husband called at this point and the response from Christian was that he "had a feeling" that no matter what he did we wouldn"t be happy and that our job was just going to cost him money and wasn't worth continuing with. Bottom line, Christian left the job incomplete with no desire to communicate with us further. Based on Google reviews for his company and his years in business this kind of unprofessional response shocks me. I would have thought a face to face discussion on site was warranted. I know Christian is unlikely to respond to this review but hopefully he at least reads it. Unfortuanately this experience was not a good one for us.

Christian and White Rock painters did an excellent job painting the exterior of our house recently. They went out of their way to accommodate our schedule and concerns. Christian and his staff were professional and detail oriented throughout the process and we are very happy with the results.

During a busy summer, they completed the job within their quoted price and time frame. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Christian and his team are true professionals that made my house look new again. He pressure washed the trim and gutters, painted the trim and stained the decorative shingles. He also did some minor repairs to facia boards and roof drains. He went over and above.

Disappointing Result - We hired Christian & his team for exterior painting of our home in Richmond, BC. He was pleasant, however his crew of 3 that was assigned to our house are simply not good at what they do. The end result was blotchy, tape & construction paper left all over the house, several missed spots and paint stains on our windows. Christian came back on one occassion & assured us he would correct all of the mistakes, however most of the poor workmanship was not fixed. I followed up several more times to which he responded he would send the guys to address all the issues, however no one ever came back & he did not respond to our last request. The paint job is so obviously bad that even friends & family comment on it. We would not recommend or use White Rock Painters again.

In 2007 I contacted White Rock Painters to paint the exterior of my house which consisted of stucco and plaster with wood boards across the lower front. Christian and his crew did a wonderful job and I was extremely pleased with the outcome and the service. I had decided to paint my own front door and when I screwed up and bought the wrong paint Christian brought some paint he had at home and painted it for me.
