We have a 25 year old house that had a ceramic tile roof with built in rubberized gutters. Busy Boys removed the old roof tiles, plated the roof with real plywood, and completely replaced the rubberized gutter system and sky lights. On top of this, there was a considerable amount of rotten fascia that was removed, and the woodwork was done by a proper carpenter. All in all, they did a fantastic job. We dealt with Mike and his crew, who was very friendly and professional. Mike took us for a drive to show us some of the other jobs they had done in the area and all looked great.
The crew did a pretty decent job of protecting our plants and then cleaning up after they were done.
We had cedar shakes previously, so they had to plywood sheet the entire roof before installing the new asphalt shingles
They replaced several old skylights and added 2 new 2x4 skylights & 4 suntunnels and boy does that make a difference.
Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

I t was time for new shingles after 21 years went by so we decided to get 4 different quotes from various roofing companies and Mike from Busy Boys came in with one of the better quotes that fit our budget and needed. When Mikes crew showed up ,and on time I might add they were very professional and clean, they would let us know when they arrived every morning and when they leave every night and made sure they cleaned up not just at the end of the job but every evening they would clean up before leaving. I have walked by other roofing company jobs and I would hear loud music or foul language and even smell weed being smoked. Not these guys, very professional Well Done guys

Busy Boys Roofing did a very professional job, from the estimate to the installation. They covered very aspect from the estimation time, to what I was looking for and wanted. The installers were great, not any interruptions or to much noise. I would highly recommend them to friends.

Busy Boys has just finished re-doing our roof and it's an excellent job.
From start to finish, it has been a well done job.
We opted for Busy Boys because we were impressed with Mike's thoroughness and attention to detail.
We took three quotes and his was the middle one but we would have choosen him even if he came in on top.
Once the work started, his crew was on time and they were good solid workers. Most of the roof was redone on the first day.
We had an aging skylight and Mike recommended it be replace. He was also an authorized installer for that brand.
I wish we had had him do the initial install 20 years ago. It was done so quickly and efficiently.
We had to compliment the crew for their clean-up. Our deck was cleaner after they were done than it had been.
A bit of trash had fallen in our neighbours yard and that was also taken care of.
On the final inspection, we noticed a metal bracket sticking up on the corner of the roof and asked Mike about it.
To direct rainwater run-off into our gutters. Very nice.

Busy Boys put a new roof on our home about 17 years ago and they did such a fantastic job quality job that it has lasted to this day, however this past month we made the mistake of hiring a terrible roof cleaning company for the maintenance of the roof and they caused a leak in the skylight that came into the ceiling. Almost called our insurance but then I thought to maybe find Busy Boys first and see if they could help in anyway so I called Busy Boys not knowing what to expect or if they’d be able to help after all these years and wow was I ever blown away by their incredible and honest customer service!!! A wonderful man named Mike came out to take a look same day of my call and told me inspection would be free of charge. He found the problem and fixed it same day for the most minimal charge. He didn’t try to sell us a new roof and was honest to tell us we had lots of time left on it. I can’t thank Mike and Busy Boys enough. We will absolutely be using them again when the time comes to change our roof and until then will be recommending them to everyone! This is what a great company is all about!!

Mike, the owner was very knowledgeable and personally showed up to inspect the roof. He responded to all my questions about types of roofing to be used including giving me a detailed outline of exactly what was to be done and what type of materials were being used. The crew did an excellent job within the time frame, barring any inclement weather. The cleanup was done to my satisfaction. He again personally showed up at the final inspection stage and provided a pictorial view of the roof. If you need someone to do your re-roof ( mine was from cedar to shingle) I would recommend Busy Boys. I found Mike to be professional, experienced, honest and trustworthy. Mike is very easy to get in touch and great to work with. He went above and beyond to touch up some fascia paint himself. They use top quality shingles. The main roofer is very experienced. They also replaced some fascia. The whole process was professional. The roof replacement takes about 6 days. It's not rushed. Although, the 2 roofers work extremely hard. They are very tidy. They even added a solar vent with the package deal!

I chose Busy Boys Roofing out of three carefully selected companies, each of whom gave estimates. This company was selected out of a different pool of three companies who rated as best reputation in our area. I did not go with the cheapest or more expensive of my three estimates, because every aspect seemed correct with this company. The most expensive estimate was for a very well known, large company, who perhaps is ok being very pricey, since they seem to be doing well regardless of people who watch their budget. I wanted a reputable company, who still cares about every recommendation. I made a very thought-through choice. I chose, not the cheapest roof material, and I know why that was a beneficial choice, because it was well explained. Though I heard from other companies too. It is very telling that a) shortly after completion, I recommend to someone in my neighbourhood to use them specifically - if they wanted to be as satisfied as I am. b) Recently I had 2 separate concerns, at different times regarding they roof, which turned out to be absolutely nothing. What impressed me was the gentle manner, zero defensiveness, just SPEEDY coming in person to take a very thorough look, and then showing me, making sure I'm satisfied, how all is ok, and I should call again if I feel the need. I know why this company is listed with a top reputation in our area. That's why I've taken the time to write all this. We spent over $40,000 almost a year ago, with zero reqrets.

I called Busy Boys for a quote for new roof as my roof is aging. Mike came the next day to take a look and told me the roof is actually in good shape and has another 5 years of life at least. He showed me some pictures of the roof and even did some minor recaulking on some trouble spots he noticed at no charge. I purchased a home that Busy Boys had re-roofed in 2019. There was a leak in the storm collar where the furnace vented through the roof. The previous owner had not asked for the venting to be replaced. I contacted Mike about the problem and he promptly came to my home and inspected the problem and fixed the leak. Thought I had a leaky roof, so I called Busy Boys and spoke to Mike. He responded quickly and was here in 30 minutes. He used a moisture detector inside where the water stain was, and after thoroughly checking my ceiling and wall he determined there wasn't actually a leak.
