My experience with them began on March 31, 2023, when a severe windstorm caused significant damage to my roof. Initially, my insurer, State Farm, determined that the damage could be repaired rather than requiring a full replacement.

Thomas and his team stepped in and took on the challenge. They attempted the repairs multiple times to show good faith, but their relentless dedication and deep knowledge of building codes and roofing standards proved invaluable. They meticulously documented every attempt and issue, demonstrating beyond a reasonable doubt that a full roof replacement was necessary.

Their persistence paid off. Thanks to their expertise and unwavering commitment, State Farm eventually agreed to cover the full cost of the roof replacement. The new roof was installed flawlessly, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Had a tornado take out most of my siding and damage my roof. This was a very professional group of people. The work was done right and if there was any problems they fixed it right away. I had to rip their work out!! What a scammers. Asked me to pay upfront, while I have a hole in my roof. No time to wait until the job is complete. No way! They know how to trick a homeowner. When you find out how they butchered your roof and refuse to pay the remaining 20%, they file a lien on your property, without ever responding to your request to fix their work the right way.
Stay far away from them, they are roofing gangsters!

Wind storm damaged my ridge caps on my house. Called Reroof and Thomas was able to help me out. Thomas arrived on time, inspected, and quickly got his team out to replace/repair the damage. Would definitely recommend these guys!

I am thankful for the experience that I had with Reroof Exteriors. The original estimate from my insurance company was lower than the estimate that I received for the work that needed to be done. Mr. Thomas contacted my insurance company and worked out all the details. I didn't have to do anything. My husband and I are very pleased with the work they have done and the manner in which they cleaned up after the job was completed.
Whenever I had any questions, Mr. Thomas always called me back. If he couldn't speak at the moment he let me know that he would get back with me and he always kept his word.

They worked with my insurance company and was able to get me a new roof, siding, gutters, and down spouts! I also had them put 20 inches of R60 throughout my attic and above my garage. Thank You REROOF for taking the time to make my house look like a million bucks!!

The hail storm from June of 2021 got the better of our roof. We worked with John Conklin to get quotes on a new roof and new gutters. The team that installed the roof was great. I'm used to roofing debris like nails and shingles scattered around the yard after a fresh roof is installed, but I was amazed to find that the REROOF team didn't leave any of this. In fact, THEY LEFT MY YARD LOOKING BETTER THAN WHEN THEY SHOWED UP! In the process of cleanup, they ended up blowing a bunch of dead leaves off my decks, bagging the leaves and hauling them away!

We also had some (USPS mailing) issues when we were trying to get payment from my insurance company. The REROOF team was very patient and worked directly with the insurance company to help resolve the issue which was a nice time saver for myself!

I would definitely recommend REROOF Exteriors to anyone looking for a new roof.

Reroof is quick to answer phone and delivers as promised. I had a leak 6 months after install and they were there right away. Paint follow up was needed on some trim damage and they addressed that as well. All under warranty. Honest people, dedicated

Guys come by my home, dropped off some sales materials, talked about their great service, and I ended up scheduling them to come back out on a few days to look at my roof for storm damage and get estimates. Day of the inspection they don’t show up. Next day nothing, no call, no follow up. A week goes by and I call their office, said they would have their sales guy call me asap and get out to my house. At this point it’s been several weeks and absolutely no follow up, never received a call, never came back, never showed up, nothing… waste of time.

Awesome company. My house looks amazing. Thanks for all the help. Insurance does pay for storm damage. To anyone who thinks they have no chance let these guys help.
