I contacted white oaks construction about a leak at my fireplace. They responded quickly and very professional with there repairs. I live a little far out of town and in the past it has been hard to find quality contractors to come this far out of town. I will definitely recommend them in the future.

I've never had to replace a roof before, so I was out of my comfort zone. I received quotes from a few roofers but White Oaks Constructions (Tyler Poole) was who I felt most comfortable with after doing a lot of research. Tyler was great in answering my questions, very patient and understanding. The crew was on time, pleasant and clean up was awesome. My new roof is gorgeous and I don't have to worry about anything for a long time.

Getting an estimate was quick and easy. Despite calling just before the "Blizzard of 2025," I received an estimate almost immediately. Cody went out to do the estimate and took the time to speak with me as he assessed the project. He exuded honesty and integrity. Cody was prompt and kept his word on everything.

Once I signed the contract, they were on my roof two days later. The job was completed in no time at all! We added gutters and removed old attic fans, yet the job was completed for less than other estimates we received. White Oaks Construction truly went above and beyond for us. I had work done this company in 2021 at my home that had a leak in my den area. I called White Oaks Construction for a quote which I accepted at the time. Seem like the owner at the time who did the work knew what he was doing but did not fix my leak. I paid White Oaks $1,600.00 for Supply labor, materials to remove existing shingles, felt to raw decking, reinstall new synthetic felt, ice and cold water shingle then shingles back to approximately. I call and text White Oaks from dates March 24 2021 to July 24 2021. He came out 3 to 4 time to say the issue is in serval area but could not fix the leak every time. July 24 2021
White Oaks stop returning my call and would not reply to my texts of leak not fixed. I gave up on them and called BAMA Roofing two days later who sent out a roofer to fix my leak the next day while it was raining. He saw the work that White Oaks did and said he did not know why White Oaks did all that work on the wrong side of my roof. The leak was on the other side that he fix and I only had to pay out my pocket to Bama Roofing $250. I wanted to say something to White Oaks on how he treated me with bad customer service and not knowing what he was doing. I have learned that this company was just a bad choice for me.

They did an excellent job replacing my roof. The guys at White Oaks are very professional. They are great to work with and very trustworthy. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement.

I was in need of gutter cleaning when I found White Oak Construction on the BBB site, and it was highly rated. Tyler came out quickly to look at the house and provide an estimate. Then he was ready to go once I chose White Oak. His team did a great job. They were professional and friendly and communicated well. They also cleaned up any debris as they worked. I will contact WOC when I am ready to replace the roof.

Working with Tyler and Kevin was an absolute pleasure. We had recently completed a home renovation that lasted a year and a half when we discovered we needed a new roof. Tyler and Kevin made the whole process seamless from start to finish. Application of our roof took just two days. Those guys worked their tails off. Our roof looks AMAZING. It elevated the overall look of the house and the work that had just been completed. The clean up was so good that the only evidence roofers had been here was the new roof itself. Not a scrap or a nail left behind. Tyler and Kevin helped us pick a speciality shingle that would not only look great but also function great. It has helped so much with the excessive summer heat. We also added ridge venting and it has made a huge difference in cooling costs this summer. You will not find a better group.

I called them to look at some damage on my roof from a storm. He come look at it but didn't have a ladder. He said he was going to go get a ladder and come back but the was the last I heard from him. I tried calling the next day for an update and hwouldn't take my call or return voice-mails. If you aren't capable of doing the work at least have the decency to let me know!

It seems like it’s really difficult to find a reliable contractor these days. Not the case with White Oaks. They quoted us a fair price (beat all the other quotes we got by a long shot), took time to talk over things so I knew exactly what was happening and the timeline, worked with our insurance agent and the adjuster, and put a beautiful new roof on our home (and cleaned up our yard) faster than I knew was possible! Afterward, they followed up to make sure everything was still satisfactory. Of course, next we’ll be having them do some remodeling work on the inside. I trust their expertise completely.

I had White Oaks replace some problematic bathroom vents on my house. They were very responsive and showed up at the arranged time. We experienced torrential rain the day following the installation and had no leaks. I'm very pleased with their work and fully recommend them.

Tyler was very professional and Javi worked super quick to get the job done. The cost was reasonable for the scope and size of the job (especially when compared to a couple of other companies). Hopefully their services will not be needed again any time soon, but when there is another roof issue down the road, I’ll know who to contact.

Where to start? Professional, honest, punctual reasonable, basically everything you want in a company who will be working on your most valuable asset. Tarelton arrived on time and on my schedule, while having numerous jobs already on the books. He took the time to point out the issues with my roof and even helped tarp it to prevent water leaks until it could be repaired. Longest wait was with the insurance company but afterwards, he had the repairs done in a very timely manner. I highly recommend him and will be using them in the future if needed.
