White Mountain Roofing takes care of its Customers and provides Good Customer Service with quick response. Three years ago the old shingles on my roof were coming off in strips ever time it was windy. I got two estimates and White Mountain Roofing had the best reviews and price for a new metal roof. While waiting for my loan my roof started leaking. They came out and put temporary tarping to protect my home. I amount I paid for the temp fix was credited toward my new metal roof. The roofers did a great job from beginning to end and the roof was inspected by the person who sold me the roof during and after the job was complete. It's now three years later and yesterday afternoon we had a pounding downpour and I got a small wet spot on my ceiling where two roof angles meet the chimney. I called White Mountain, the owner answered and told me he'd be there the next day. The owner, Joshua arrived the next morning (less than 24 hrs later!) and not only identified the leak spot, and caulked that area, but the entire area around the chimney. He also walked the entire roof and added extra caulking around all the small chimneys. Before leaving Joshua told me he wanted me to let him know that everything is fine after the next downpour. Good, quality, work, cleanup of debris, and Great Customer Service! FIVE STARS!

Joshua and his crew are the best contractors we have worked with in our 45 years of maintenance on our vacation cabin. They did an excellent job, completely removing a 45 year old metal roof and installing a new roof with added leak proof features. We highly recommend White Mountain Roofing.

White Mountain Roofing offers roof inspections, repairs and 'roof tune-ups.' I have 5 buildings, each with metal roofs and gutters; all are 20+ years old. Once I said 'let's do this,' supplies were ordered and received in about a week; roof repair was scheduled the following week. All repairs and tune-ups were completed by an efficient crew of two in about a day. They returned the next day to check completed repairs and caulking. We beat the first rain to occur in many months; all is well & I'm very happy. Payments completed, final receipt received...couldn't ask for more.

We live in the DFW area so we’re very familiar with roof replacements due to hail damage. We’ve had four roofs replaced in our 30 years here in DFW and none of them compare to White Mountain Roofing serving the southeastern area of New Mexico. You won’t meet a nicer, extremely knowledgeable professional than owner Joshua Mancillas. We only met one time and the rest was via phone, text or email. He stayed in contact with me continuously from the day we signed the contract until the job was complete. His crew was first rate too. They arrived early and got right to work. We started off thinking we were just going to need new shingles and ended up needing a whole new roof. The project manager worked with my insurance to make sure they could get it covered. They also were understanding when it took longer for us to pay because we were waiting on the insurance. There were a couple little things that happened but I spoke with the project manager and he made sure that things were fixed. I would definitely recommend them.

I am on the supplier side for metal roofing, but I can say that Josh, Brian and all the crew really care for their customers by how particular they are with materials they are installing. They expect perfection on the ordering end which results in a great roof on the other end! Thoroughly enjoy working with them!

I needed my Metal Roof 'tuned.' A term for tightening up the screws on the roof (100s of them).
One company came out and said, they could not replace stripped screws only tight existing.
Another company cam out and said, I needed a whole new roof.
Joshua, from White Mountain came out and recommended going with a larger screw and then seal any seams, pipe boots and critical areas/joints. The crew that came out were professional and ontask the whole time. A great crew!

I initially needed an emergency roof repair because of a bad wind storm that ripped off several metal roof panels, I worked with Crystal through this process and they had someone out the next day to put some moisture barrier until I was able to work with my insurance and ultimately having the roof replaced. Josh and his crew did an excellent job on the full roof replacement, I went on the roof myself to check out the work, and saw no cutting corners, no shoddy workmanship, and they left my property all clean, not one piece of trash laying around. Josh communicated with me throughout the process of hidden issues, etc. and finished in amazing time for what I think is a rather large roof. They did not leave an already stressful situation with added stress. I have no problem with telling anyone I used White Mountain Roofing as I already have with neighbors.

I know this is long, but I have to share our experience with Josh and his crew. My father-in-law has a home in -La luz and had some serious roof damage and leaks going on. Josh and his team came out and gave an estimate and because of some other issues, it can’t be covered by insurance. Knowing the financial constraints, Josh told us what we could do ourselves in order to fix the problem and so we were able to get everything done and fix the area of his roof that was damaged ourselves. Josh did not benefit at all financially, and yet he was willing to walk us through the process, and tell us what we needed to buy to fix the problem. He has been nothing but professional and kind - way beyond what was expected given that he did it all for no cost to us, and no benefit to him. We offered to pay him something for his trouble to come out, and he refused. We cannot say enough good things about him and his standard for business!

The team arrived a day before promised, installed the 6 inch seamless gutters in one afternoon, and got the downpour water going away from our cabin. They also tightened or replaced metal roofing screws (the leak has stopped), and re-sealed our vents. Great work that we highly recommend and would certainly use again!

They are amazing, my roof no longer leaks, I can enjoy the rain again, they were super understanding of our situation and have continued to work with us. A great contractor, was here when he said and did what he said he would do on time, and no mess for us to clean up.

My husband and I spent well over a year looking for a company in the Ruidoso, New Mexico, who could mount gutters, do roof repairs, and replace both fascia and sub-fascia. We finally selected someone in January 2023. My husband and I put our deposit down and they started work on our agreed upon date of May 22, 2023.

The salesperson, Diego, explained everything clearly and provided me with a detailed contract. He came out in perdon evaluate our needs and help us make an informed decision about the repairs. Once the crew began working, they were considerate and communicated well with us in regards to their schedule.

The installation of the gutters, roof repairs, and fascia replacements were done impeccably. It can be a challenge to find dependable, capable, and professional roof service. The wind here can be a bit much and when we started to lose shingles, they came right out for an estimate. Unfortunately by the time insurance approved our new roof, many others in town were on the list. We were told it would be about 15 weeks before they could get to our roof. White Mountain Roofing is amazing because even though there was an expectation of a long wait, they were able to get to us 2 months sooner and got the roof replaced in 3 days.

As a retired professional builder myself, I employed White Mountain to remove and replace the metal roof and facia on our personal residence. Their customer service was superior and they always responded when I had concerns or questions. Our project was a challenge because of the transitions between a pitched roof 6/12 to flat roof. White Mountain Roofing did excellent work and their supervisor paid attention to all the fine details needed to complete this project our my satisfaction.

Brian from company came out climbed up spent about thirty minutes on the roof. The end result was that I needed only the back roof section done. They came out that day and tore off the old and put the new shingles. Brian's help, response made me feel good about where I live. He said, "this was an easy problem to fix and he was glad to help, because this was his community to serve." White Mountain Roofing is truly a 5 star business in Alamogordo NM.
