This guy don’t take any new improvements done into consideration I see a lot less going for more than he valued my property I would go elsewhere or get a second opinion he definitely favors the appraisal for who hired him. Update— got a second appraisal this guy was 40,000 dollars off
He was rude, never asked questions, was on site less then 10 min, never even said he was leaving literally walked away and left! Gave zero value on a $24,000 pool stated it was a personal item! Also gave zero value on a 5month old $36,000 solar system as "he didn't know the wattage or return". Causing the property to drop in value! Over charged us and now has refused to even give the final inspection to release the appraisal so we can close! My broker has only seen the twice in 17 years!!! This has cause my loan to sit for 5wks already waiting to find a new appraiser to complete his job!!! I'll be seeking my funds back! He is a crook!!! And arrogant old man!
Appraiser made my wife uncomfortable in her own home during the walkthrough. Report missed bathrooms, as well as a grid tied solar array on the roof and more. Took nearly a month to complete, and the appraisal is of no value.
The only way an outfit ike this stays in business is lack of competition. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
