They clearly explained the current situation of my roof in detail and gave the great news that with some repairs, I have another several years before needing a new roof. Very pleased with the inspection and the repairs.
Allstate insurance and my lawyer have determined that White House roofing did me a great disservice in 2011 by only replacing one slope of the two slopes they were paid to replace by Allstate. They also didn't follow Tennessee shingle matching laws. Unfortunately my lawyer says it's been too long for me to do anything about it. As a retired person now I have a roof that I cannot properly repair because of their unethical actions.
