I only have good things to say about our experience with Sortos Roofing. The roof replacement was done in a timely, professional way. Our roof and gutters look great. I would definitely recommend Sortos Roofing. I will use them again if a need comes up. Great customer service.

Finding that we needed to have our roof replaced after storm damage was upsetting for a number of reasons. We discovered there are a lot of actions required before locating a roofing contractor. Insurance requirements, etc. Once that was accomplished, we followed the advice of our insurance carrier. We began to talk with a couple of roofing companies, and even made an appointment with one – who never showed up.
In frustration we talked with Josh Odle who had a roof replaced recently. He recommended you.
I will not itemize each step that was taken – but will address the overall requirements that came together in contracting with you and your company.
1. You understood what was needed – in every part from paperwork to a finished product.
2. You kept your word as to timely appointments.
3. You personally came to review the building/roof.
4. You patiently explained what needed to be done. (We compared your findings and they matched perfectly with our insurance agent report.)
5. Once agreed upon, you wrote up the contract and went over it with us sitting in our own home.
6. We were to pay half of the agreed amount prior to the start of the work. The other half to be paid upon completion of the project.
7. You then established a time line for the work to begin. It was made exactly as promised.
8. Your crew of men were courteous in every way. (So much so that we gave each one of them a monetary tip at the end of the day)
9. The finished job looks excellent. It was evident that each person knew how to work with each other – efficiently and with purpose.
10. The last action we observed was several of the men canvassing the entire area with magnets searching for any loose nails.!

Osmin and team are great! They replaced my roof 2 years ago at a good price vs. the competition. Yesterday, I noticed a small leak and they came out next day to take care of it. It turned out it was a seam in my heater vent pipe not the roof, but they caulked it and took care of it anyway. They stand by their work.

Awesome jobs!! The crew was here earlier than they said! First, I had them replace the fascia aluminum on the A frame of my house...more than 20 ft off the ground and they made it look like it was nothing! Second, I had a gutter (more than 60 linear feet) put on my barn with 2 downspouts. It took them longer to set up then get it done. Fast doesnt mean cheap work to them! Quality, fast and you get what you pay for...I recommend them and will use them again!

An honest company that could have easily told me to replace our aesthetically uneven roof when I asked for a professional opinion, but instead made suggestions for some repairs we could make instead as they believed the roof still had plenty of life in it. They did a great job on the repairs, which addressed another concern I had with our chimney, and now I’m not concerned about the rainy season coming up. They are responsive, reasonable on pricing, and honest. What more could you ask for? When we do finally need to replace our roof I will call them.

Their response was immediate and their quote was fair and reasonable and considering the inflation of all products these days ; I was pleased and expected this project to cost more. The materials they used were premium products which will last many years. Every person in this company are master craftsmen of their trade. I must share what a wonderful experience I had doing business with Sortos roofing and more. I really respected the family owned and operated business model and supporting a local small business as well. Mr. Sortos and his sons and other family were all up front, honest and not pushy. I spoke with each of them multiple times. I really appreciated the superb customer service, was thankful for the very competitive pricing (they were actually the cheapest), the top of the line products they offer (GAF Timberline HDZ, which I was familiar with) and most of all the quality of the workmanship and all the workers going above and beyond for the cleanup process to ensure that my property was better than when they arrived. I would and will highly recommend Sortos to anyone and everyone! I got 4 reputable company quotes prior to making our decision to go with Sortos and I am also going to get a quote on doing new gutters and downspouts with gutter guards, fixing and/or replacing some siding and hardie board and will also reach out to Sortos first for any home repairs or updates that I want to have performed in the future as well. They seem to do it all!

My roof had storm damage they came out inspected it and help with the insurance process. Very nice and fast install in 1 day and cleaned up mess and put things back in order 2nd time I have used them !

I called sortos after reading all of the good reviews. I showed them the damage and told them to "please take your time and fix my roof correctly."
The project manager assured me he understood what to fix after I showed him exactly what to fix. He said he would have a manager there to get the issues repaired. I never saw him again. He never showed up for the job.

They showed up with cheap privacy fence boards to repair my decking instead of the tongue and groove like was original and like I had asked for. I had to stop them from putting on the wrong material.
I went to Lowe's for them and bought the correct boards for the job. I even bought extra and they still didn't fix my decking and left multiple holes in my decking.
The trim guys put the fascia on crooked and I had to make them fix that.
After all of the sloppy work they still showed up and asked for $1000 more. They didn't fix anything I asked them to fix.
I asked the salesman, I asked the project manager, and I even asked the roofers to please take your time and do the job correctly.
I would not use them again because they simply can't do what they agree to do.

The owner offered to fix the holes but as everyone knows the time to fix a hole in a roof decking is when you have the shingles off. I don't want them back on my roof.
If you choose to use them you will have to manage the job yourself and make sure they don't get in a hurry and skip the important parts.

President Osmin Sorto and his project managers, Mr. Sergio, Mr. Juan and Vice President Kevin were involved in the process of our house shingle roof replacement, garage metal roof replacement and new gutters throughout the entire project. It was a daunting task as damaged wood and siding was replaced AND two tall chimneys were dismantled and carefully closed off. President Osmin's project manager, Mr. Sergio came on-site to meet and walk the roof tops with the insurance company adjuster.

President Osmin provided me with his cell number. He, his staff and the different teams worked with me to coordinate work times, so I could be on-site on the roof with them to witness the first class work being done. Their drone provided photographs for places too high for me to climb.

We are very pleased with their workmanship. They are professional and have 1st class teams with expertise for shingle and metal roofing, siding, carpentry and gutters, to which I am testifying.

Regarding customer service, recently I called President Osmin about a leak where the shingle roof joins the metal garage roof. He came the next day to investigate it and brought Mr. Chino, a team leader. After careful investigation, the leak was NOT caused by their workmanship, but from faulty and improperly installed vinyl siding from 30+ years ago. They did not charge me for the service call, although they did some caulking, and I was not obligated to use them for the repair job. We negotiated a reasonable price for that job which included removing vinyl, installing a thick insulated wrap from top to bottom, rewrapping the windows and reinstalling vinyl siding. It all looks new and I am convinced there will be no more leaks.

We are very satisfied with their professionalism and expert work. No wonder why they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and great testimonials on their website.

I ended up speaking with Kevin, who was incredibly friendly, about replacing our wind damaged roof. We'd already spoken with insurance, so we knew what our limit was. I did allow Kevin to upsell me to the top of the line shingles, as the price wasn't going to be much more than what we were allotted by insurance. We signed the contract on Friday, the crew showed up on Monday morning at 730, and they immediately went to work. The crew was professional, did a great job, and had everything cleaned up and finished by 230 in the afternoon. I would absolutely recommend Sortos for your roofing needs.

You must call Sortos Roofing! I contacted day 1. Day 2 received my best roofing estimate with premium shingles and material. Day 3, 18 year old roof replaced with 50 year shingles. Looks great and now my home is well protected. Osmin Sorto operates a fabulous company with hard working professional tradesmen. Sortos did my siding, roof and gutters. They were the only company willing to get pre-painted Hardie Board siding so I didn't have to paint when they were done.
Mid job, I made a change to remove a chimney, affecting the already completed roof. Osmin Sortos adjusted the price for this change very fairly.

After the storm at the beginning of March we reached out to 3-4 local roofing companies in Robertson County. Not one even bothered to call me back. So there I was with tarps on my roof with no end in site. While I was at lunch I saw a business card for sortos roofing…… have seen a few signs throughout the area and thought what the heck why not give Kevin Sortos a call. I reached out on a Wednesday and much to my surprise there was an actual human on the other end of the line. Kevin not only said no problem but he would actually be there the next day to write up an estimate. So after almost two months of no one even calling me back I not only got to speak to someone but had an estimate the next day. We sign the paper work the following Monday and his crew was in the driveway two days later ready to work. The crew was very professional and knocked the job out quickly. After they were finished they cleaned up so well if I hadn’t know the job was done I wouldn’t have even know they were there. In between all this I recommended Sortos Roofing to a co-worker who was experiencing the same issue I was and Kevin had her an estimate the same day! I hope the roof last for years to come and when the time comes for repair or replacement I will be using Sortos Roofing again and will recommend them to anyone who will listen.

Sortos replaced my whole roof in April, 2023 after wind damage pulled off shingles.They removed existing shingles down to the wood and replaced with a new asphalt shingle roof. They were fast, my new roof looks great, they cleaned up well and communication was great. They cleaned my gutters as well! A piece of vinyl siding got a crack in it during install, and they replaced it with a new piece. I was very happy with Sortos roofing.

Just had a full roof replaced in Greenbrier. The roof looks great, the crew did an awesome job with the clean up, I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

They replaced the siding on my house. Came out and took measurements the same day I called them. Hired them on Thursday and and the materials came on Monday. They were done by Wednesday. Good worker's they were nice to my wife. Would recommend them to anyone looking to have their siding done.

They removed rotten wood, replaced & painted the new wood. Also, caulked areas as needed. Trim added on top of window with new metal flashing to prevent moisture from entering the area. Removed damaged siding & replaced with new siding.

Sorto’s Roofing and More removed all siding, wrapped house, and reinstalled. The owner and team were very responsive from beginning to end. They also answered my questions, shared knowledge, work to find quality materials with all all the supply shortages. They accommodated removing siding and wrapping house, then pausing for my window removal/install, then resumed install work. The owner stopped by multiple times for each phase of the process to review quality of work and ensure I was happy. I had to be gone on final days of install, the project manager sent me photo’s throughout the progress until I could see in person upon my return. Amazing service, I am already recommending them to friends!

Kevin from Sortos Roofing was very professional and attentive to the concerns I had with the replacement of my 30-year-old roof. I wanted a more durable shingle to counter the strong winds at my location and a lighter color shingle to help with the sun and heat; since, I do not have trees surrounding my house to provide shade. The roofing installation crew were hard working and did a fantastic job. There was no price gouging or upselling before, during, or after the job was completed. Its obvious customer service is still important to this company.
