Matt was excellent in explaining what was going on with my roof. He provided a solution and quick resolution. Recommend for anyone look for a roofer.

They repaired my roof much quicker and cheaper than I was expecting, and the whole process of finding the leak, patching, and fixing the shingles only took 90 minutes.

So I called them for a new roof on our home and a large garage. Jennifer was so nice in the office. Very professional. Pleasant to talk with and set me up with Steve McKenzie, our project manager. Steve called me or emailed me keeping me informed on everything. He even went out of his way to meet with our insurance adjuster at our location to discuss the roof with him. Steve was on site both days that his crew had to be there. He was on site the entire time. When our project was done, he walked the property with my husband and made sure that we were completely satisfied with everything. Any questions my husband had or concerns, Steve answered them and made sure everything was done to my husband's and my satisfaction. Everyone we dealt with at My Roofing Crew was really great. We highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof and wants to work with great people to get it.

I had some shingles come off my roof in a recent storm and needed some replaced and resealed. Matt came out next day and took a look for me and patched it up and resealed it for me. He was very knowledgeable and kind and I recommend 10/10. Will use them again!

Jennifer listened to my issue and tried to get me booked as soon as possible. They knew I was heading out of town and worked with Matt and Brandon to visit before I left. She made sure I was connected with them.

The day of my appointment, Matt called me to let me know that him and Brandon were on the way. I appreciated the heads up. They were friendly when I opened the door and were respectful when I asked if they had shoe coverings or could take off their shoes. I showed them the problem area and they were able to identify and fix the leak on the same day!

They were respectful and explained the problem as well as took photos and made sure I understood what happened and how they fixed it.

I will be monitoring and coming back in a few months to update my review.

We found ourselves in a difficult position after homeowners insurance after they declined to replace a roof that was badly damaged from high winds. My roof suffered major damage in the windstorms in the spring of 2023. Noah from My Roofing Crew came out to assess the damage, tarped the areas that would be prone to leaking to prevent further damage, provided contact numbers in the event there were any subsequent leaks that needed attention and offered to help navigate any insurance issues that might arise.
I had several estimates for the replacement roof and chose to go with My Roofing Crew. They were courteous and prompt. They left the area clear of any materials both new and old and were available for my questions or concerns any time I contacted them.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Noah actually returned my calls even though, unbeknownst to me, he was on vacation with his family. That is true dedication!!

Let me tell you about Brandt. This guy is awesome and went so far above and beyond the job,. I mean, he was reliable and very easy to get ahold of. His team was able to get the job done in one day (12 hours of work put in!) and even though our roof had 8 sheets of rotted wood to replace and an extra layer of shingles that was surprising, they still worked hard to get it done in one day. Adolfo who oversaw the roofers was very friendly and hard-working. All in all they had our shingles ordered and roof replaced in a week and some change.

Again, I can’t brag enough on Brandt. This guy was awesome and knows his stuff. Oh, and he also knows the ins and outs of working with insurance companies which made the process so seamless.

Honest company with a true sense of community. A few months ago a bad storm hit our neighborhood and roofing companies were going house to house telling home owners they needed a new roof. I reached out to MRC. Noel (owner of My Roofing Crew) told me my roof was fine and didn’t need to be replaced. Honesty like that is hard to find.
Beyond that, his wife Liz who is over Marketing was kind enough to agree to sponsor our daughter for soccer. The support was huge for us and the Greenbrier Soccer Team!

I just had a roof repair finished yesterday by James and his team at My Roofing Crew. Approximately two months ago, a storm blew through Murfreesboro taking many limbs off my trees. At the time, I didn't think any damage had been done to my home. A couple months later, I thankfully noticed a water stain on my dining room ceiling, which was coming from two holes that looked like they had been punctured through the roof. I'm so glad I saw that damage.
My insurance company gave me three suggested roof repair companies. My Roofing Crew was one of them. James was at my house the same day I called, temporarily covered the holes in the roof with a tarp and came back the next day when the insurance adjustor came to look at the damage. I've been fortunate I've never needed insurance for housing damage so my knowledge was lacking a bit. James provided a great education to me and the job could not have gone any better. Everyone arrived on time ready to work and it took approximately four hours to complete the job. The repair is perfect and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. It's difficult at times to find a great vendor that you don't use often. I was very fortunate. If you need their service, give them a call. You'll be glad you did.

We had storm damage to our roof in April and filed a claim with our insurance company. James from My Roofing Crew was very helpful in dealing with the insurance company to get a roof replacement, since our original shingles were discontinued 10 years ago. After a lot of back and forth with the insurance company a new roof was finally installed in July. My Roofing Crew did a great job with the installation and we are very happy with our new roof and how it looks.

Not a pleasant experience but some lessons learned.
In the end, I had to pay $504.60 for them to replace 3 damaged shingles. Part of that was for 1 bundle of shingles from which they used 3 new ones to replace the damaged ones. However, they did leave me the remainder of the full bundle minus 3.

This is what you expect in a construction company. From the quote to the billing process, "My Roofing Crew" was top notch. They not only made sure their work was done well, they also made sure the related chimney repair was coordinated with their work, so the job (chimney (not their work and their work) was of highest quality. The supervisor and manager on call Noel and Zeke were outstanding. They treated my roof as if it was their own roof. The office staff was professional and ready to answer all questions. So, Tali and Liz make the office side a pleasure too. If you have any roofing work and you are in the greater Nashville area call this company NOW!

James and the crew from My Roofing Crew are fantastic!!! James was a pleasure to work with. He helped me through the insurance process in getting my roof replaced due to wind damage. Once approved the roof was installed in a day! They even went above and beyond to do some structural repairs to my back porch roof. I can’t not recommend these guys enough! THANK YOU MRC!!!!

Jennifer Jernigan's attention to detail is superb. She communicates clearly and delivers on her commitments. My Roofing Crew's staff also arrives on time and performs their inspection quickly and effectively, and issues a thorough report.

I called around 11:00 am to see if someone could come to my house and let me know if there was any storm damage. Jennifer answered the phone immediately, and the company was able to get an inspector to my house within two hours. I got pictures of my roof and was assured by a qualified inspector (Brandt Strait) that the home had suffered no damage. I would call this company again in a heartbeat if my roof needed to be repaired or inspected. Can't recommend them enough.

Noel was awesome coming to our rescue. Not only for helping remove a huge tree from the house with us, but getting a temporary roof on while we were waiting for roof repairs. The framing got repaired quickly thanks to others and Noel came back and dried in the the new framing and decking. Then he had his measurements, we picked out our shingles and the removal of the old roof and the new roof was installed within about two weeks from the tornado damage. I was the first house with a new roof after the December tornado. Thanks Noel, Liz & My Roofing Crew for a great job! Highly recommend Noel and his crew for your next roofing project.

James and Rob were extremely helpful in getting my roof replaced. They were both very professional and knowledgeable not only about the roofing industry but also how to work with the insurance company. They were very timely with immediate follow up to questions and concerns and went the extra mile to work with the local municipality on codes for roof replacement and held the insurance company inspectors accountable for their lack of knowledge, effort and corner cutting. The crew was wonderful in the demolition process and protected all components of the house, drive way, landscaping, and lawn. When they where done the gutters were cleaned and other than a beautiful new roof, you would not know they were there! I highly recommend My Roofing Crew!

We were very pleased with My Roofing Crew for installing our new roof on September 24, 2021. We had hail damage to our roof in the spring and we contacted My Roofing Crew. We worked with James Perrigo, the project manager. James was great to work with and did an excellent job! James first inspected our roof and found lots of damage. He met with our insurance adjuster and helped us by pointing out all the damage on the roof from the hail storm. The installers did a great job on the take off of the old roof and installing the new shingles. They were careful with our property and cleaned up all the debris. James monitored the work being done and kept us updated on the progress. Noel came the next day to get the trailer with the old materials, and he was such a super nice guy!! James was friendly, very courteous and professional. He came back a few days later to check and make sure we were happy with our roof. Thank you My Roofing Crew.

I can't say enough good things about Noel Garza and My Roofing Crew. A tree fell on our house and damaged our roof. Noel came out and took care of everything, including aspects of the job that technically weren't his responsibility. He hired a framer to repair the damage to the frame and roof decking, and a drywall man to repair damage to the interior ceiling. He's also a just a great person to deal with: honest, reliable, and professional.
