Great service! These guys came out as soon as weather permitted, diagnosed the problem (the motor for our retractable steps went out). This required ordering parts which were overnighted to them. They came out first thing the next morning and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. Even though they made two trips, they only charged me for one service call plus one hour labor. These guys are very friendly and professional. I would DEFINITELY use their services again, even without the $50 veterans discount.

Absolutely amazing service, definitely had a head scratcher of an issue but they didn’t stop until they figured it out. 10/10 recommend. Very communicative, fit me in their schedule to make sure I was taken care of. Really could not ask for better customer service.

My RV electrical starting acting up and my A/C wasn't working correctly. The A/C is essential right now in the summer. I called Wheels Up and they were out here early after I scheduled my appointment. They had me up and running in a couple hours. If you need a great tech team that is honest and transparent, who are also military veterans, these are the guys to call. I'm a huge supporter of veteran owned companies and these guys will treat you like family. They are the only ones I'll call now if I have any issues with my RV.

We called Wheels Up Mobile RV Service for a problem emptying our black water tank. They tried to help us via text to try various techniques but we were unable to resolve the problem. They were willing to come late in the afternoon/early evening on a Friday to help us. However, since it was not urgent , we just made an appointment for Monday. When they arrived, they were very friendly and efficient. They knew what they were doing and took care of the problem. We would highly recommend them for anyone needing a mobile RV service and will definitely be calling them for our future needs. Great guys!

These guys have been nothing short of great! Customer service, extremely responsive and went above and beyond on our first of many calls to them since we are new to the RV Life!

Great hard working guys. I really stumped them with my issue on my rv. They worked a lot of hours and did everything to get the problem fixed and didn't charge me the full rate. My RV is older like me and is hard to get to working right. They are fair and very nice guys. I will be glad to have them work on my RV again but after today I wouldn't blame them if they declined. If you need help with your RV I highly recommend them.

I call these gentlemen to come fix my air conditioner wasn’t working they came out and fixed everything I asked them to fix will definitely call them when I am in need of help. They came out the same day.

Top notch wonderful guys. Very prompt and reliable service fixing my refrigerator. I was so glad to know they do Warranty Forever inspections and warranty work. Will absolutely continue to use them for all my needed repairs!!!

Wow these guys are amazing! We got to our campsite and did the usual setup, and realized that our fridge, lights, GFI sockets weren’t working. Not to mention that the AC had no power as well! We got on the phone hoping to find someone that could come to help us on such short notice. After calling and either not getting an answer or no one available until the following day we finally reached John and Kevin from Wheels Up! I cannot say enough great things about them. They were here in an hour an a half (we were a 40 min drive away)! Our problem was more complicated than we had imagined but they stayed and fixed everything that was wrong. Three hours of work for them and they were so kind and helpful and a pleasure to work with! Don’t call anyone else for your Mobile RV needs, you won’t regret it.

You don't know how awful it is to be without a fridge until it goes out on you! Chris and John had a new fridge wired up and put in in no time! Professional, courteous and prompt! I won't call anyone else!

Wheels Up put our air unit in. They were very prompt and efficient with the job. Very good people. Would definitely refer them to anyone with RV needs.

These guys got my AC ordered, picked up, and installed in less than two days. They even patched a few light tears in my roof.

Chris and John were great, very respectful, professional and showed up when they said. Got my camper fixed and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely continue to use them.

These are the kind of people you want to do business with. Very prompt. Very courteous. Fixed our issue with a water leak quickly. Gave me peace of mind and we will definitely use them any time we have any issue with our camper. I honestly can’t say enough good about these guys.
