Called for a quote for roof damage. They were quick and professional with the bidding process. Gave them the OK to proceed and we’re out the next week to do the work. Roof came out fantastic. They cleaned everything up and hauled all trash off. All work completed same day. Would definitely use Bullard Roofing again.

Great company to work with. We had a minor repair to do, and it’s hard to get roofers to do things like that. They verified that we only needed a small repair and didn’t try to get us to replace the whole roof. They came out when they said, and got the job done. I’m very satisfied and would recommend them.

So glad I found Bullard Roofing - had already had a different roofer look at my roof after a leak when it was raining who told me it wasn’t the roof but suggested it was HVAC problem in the attic - had HVAC company out to check & no issues there. After rain this week & more leaks called Bullard Roofing who came out to inspect & found the problem & fixed it while he was here - so thankful I found them & highly recommended them!

Jalon came to inspect my roof after it was damaged by a storm. He told me I needed a new roof, and for $500 he could tarp the roof that same day to prevent any more water damage. I told him that was too much and I would tarp it myself. He told me if I hired his company to do the roof replacement, the $500 would be applied to that total, but if I went with a different company I would owe the $500.

I thought that was a fair deal, so I had him tarp the damaged roof and agreed to use his company for the job once the insurance claim was processed. Two months later when insurance finally completed the claim, I had Bullard Roofing put on a new roof as we had agreed.

After the job was done, Jalon called asking if he could come by and pick up the payment. He said that it would be for the roof job plus the $500 for drying in the roof. I reminded him of our agreement, but he said we never had that conversation and I owed the $500.

If you use Bullard, make sure you get everything in writing. Do not make any verbal agreements with this company - they won't honor them.

Bullard's crew also tried to take two unused metal roof panels that were included in the price I paid with them after the job was completed. Thankfully I caught them taking the panels on my security camera so I was able to get them back.

The roof job looks fine, but I'm disappointed with Bullard's dishonesty about the $500 and their crew trying to steal two roof panels.

The team did a great job. They worked quickly and communicated well. This was my first time having a roof replaced, and they walked me thru the process. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Bullard Roofing did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Working with Jalon was seamless. From the time of the quote till the time of starting the project (full roof replacement and inside paint & touch up work) was less than 10 days. I would highly recommend them.

We discovered a leak around a vent. We called them and they were here in a couple of days and repaired the leak. Great to know they are available.

Had Ashton out to look at a small issue I had observed from a recent storm. He made suggestions. I evaluated and chose a repair that Ashton had suggested that would resolve my problem. The repair man came out in a timely manner and repaired the problem to my satisfaction. As far as I know at this point the job has prevented what may have been a future major problem. Good communication, good work, and though not cheap it was better for me financially than other options.

Very polite, knowledgeable, explained everything to me, fixed my roof on the spot, and reasonable pricing as well. Highly recommend Bullard roofing.

Ashton was very helpful finding samples of shingle colors. Made several trips to find the colors l wanted. The roofers started working soon as they got here and didn’t stop until the job was done. Cleanup was excellent.

I only gave a 3 (yes they deserve a 5) not because of the work but despite the office not being able to reach me because of a new number of mine. The workers showed up unexpectedly, they had absolutely no identifying information. With ALL the scammers out there, it was VERY unnerving, that they couldn’t verify who they were with besides me receiving a phone call from the supervisor of a number I don’t know either. Therefore, very hesitantly I allowed them to stay to complete the work and prayed hard it wasn’t a different company that previously gave me an estimate and not for everything that needed done. I had told the office staff that I needed to wait until it cooled off around Oct, because that’s when I was getting some money in, for the repairs. So I told them I couldn’t pay them until the money came in. After going back and forth of me TRYING to see if we could confirm who was in my driveway, Chris told me that my work request, financially speaking, was so minuscule that if I didn’t pay the bill if they weren’t who they were that it wouldn’t impact their financials.
I kind of chuckled, because while it’s not minuscule to me at all financially, I’m not sure if it’s exciting to hear, it’s not to a company . I mean if it doesn’t affect their bottom line, can I only pay half or have the work done, for free? I doubt it, but it sure would be nice, for once in my life. Lol, because I sure could use $1,940 somewhere else on my house. if I don’t have to really pay it, lol. But also, if the business is rolling in the dough, so to speak; why not be sure, your workers no matter how low on the totem pole, have SOMETHING, identifying who they’re with? Say even a work order, business card, T-shirt, ball cap, anything. Because NONE of those things cost much; especially, for a company, that says $1940 is nothing, if I don’t pay it‍♀️.
Anyways, they did a fabulous job! As I see where they added the extra flashing and I’m blessed they did!!!! And YES, if I ever needed roof work in the future, I’d DEFINITELY give them a call.

Affordable, Quality, Great Service

My AC was having trouble keeping up this summer. My insulation is good, so I reached out for ridge vent quotes. One company didn't answer. One company tried to sell me a new roof (mine is only 11 yo) and quoted a high price for the vent. Bullard Roofing came in much lower, and did a great job! Nice people too.

Polite, got the job done in a timely manner, cleaned up, very professional. Definitely will continue to use this sweet family’s business. Recommend 10/10

A sudden storm last week blew several shingles off my house. I called Bullard based on its multiple 5-star reviews. They were at my house for an estimate and fixed the problem perfectly, within 3 hours. Then followed up with a phone call 3 days later to make sure things were ok. They will be my go-to for any roofing need!

Very professional crew they did this job over 60 square in 2 days left the place as clean as it was when they arrived.

We needed repairs to some asphalt shingles that had lifted at the edge of a dormer. Bullard personnel did an excellent same day repair for a reasonable price. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Kudos to Bullard Roofing.

Update coming soon and it's not good. Didn't stand behind their service. If you get ice shield, make sure it's on before you pay them. Mine wasn't and I'm not the only one they have done this to. I'll update with pics when when my contractor comes to rip their stuff out and do it right. stay tuned......
