Diamond Assurance Group

So, first and foremost, this is not a real insurance company, but a broker. I received a home insurance quote from them in the mail. Called them, provided my information, waited on return call. That never came, called back, waited again on a return call and that also never came. The mailers they send are nothing more than click bait to get you to call. I would not recommend not making the call, clearly the mailer is designed for them to obtain your information.

Our experience with Diamond Assurance has been great! We had to place a claim for a broken windshield to be replaced and it was easy and efficient! Anytime I have called or needed an update on coverage to save money or add to my coverage, I received the best service to be ensure the results my met our needs as a family!

Hannah @ Diamond Assurance group is awesome! She makes purchasing new insurance or updating needs so simple. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend her!

We moved our homeowners and auto policies to Diamond with increased coverage and reduced cost. Great service after we moved to Diamond. We recently suffered a full loss caused by another driver. The other driver's insurance was not very responsive and were dragging out the process of getting the payment to us. Hannah Ridaught stepped in and made phone calls and sent emails to the other insurance company. Hannah was very professional and effective at getting us the settlement so we could buy another car.
