This was a Great experience with my roof replacement! They were hassle free, worked with the adjusters for an easy experience. The replacement was smooth and combed my yard multiple times to insure they were no hidden debris or nails. Left my home clean and did it all in one day.

When Andrew Early stopped at my house and asked if he could check my roof for hail damage, I said "ok". He took pictures and showed me I had significant damage. I decided to go with TCR. When the crew showed up, they immediately went to work. They had my old roof removed and the new one on before dinner time. I was very pleased with the finished product. Their cleanup was awesome. I am very pleased with Top Choice. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a new roof.

I had the pleasure of meeting Logan Wallace with TCR at the home of the couple I am a caregiver for that needed to see if the water issues they are experiencing were from their roof. He spent an extreme amount of time inspecting anything he thought could be a problem. He left no stone unturned and even tho the roof was not the issue he discovered actually what was!!! He was very kind, professional, helpful, respectful and courteous throughout the entirety of his visit.
After he finished there I asked him to come to my house on his way out and check out my roof. Which he did and found that I am indeed in need of a new roof. I had a couple leaks inside my home. I called Logan and he came and inspected my roof. I had metal over shingles and he suggested replacing with shingles because of the 5/25 year warranty and low maintenance opposed to a metal roof. Logan explained the process in detail so I felt very confident in the process.The crew were efficient and the quality of the finished product is excellent. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Highly recommend Top Choice for roof replacement. From the minute I received a personal letter at the front door that was hand written from a sales rep, Logan Wallace, that was in our area, I contacted them for a free roof inspection. They came out, inspected the roof and it was absolute smooth sailing. Logan helped every way possible to have an insurance claim handled, adjuster came out, approved my replacement, they were very informative and professional the entire time. Material was delivered, guys showed up early on schedule and were very polite and my roof was replaced in less than 8 hours with no signs of material anywhere. UNBELIEVABLE! Hands down the best around.

First, I think they are psychic because I had been getting ready to search out someone to replace my roof, when I had a knock on the door. I opened the door to see Top Choice Roofing just giving out information about their services. Within minutes, they were up on the roof doing an inspection. I already knew what they were going to find since I am a commercial drone pilot and had already flown my roof to check its condition. It was well past its service life with at least one shingle having slipped out of place.

So, we discussed pricing, picked out a shingle, and set a date for them to come replace my roof. I was told that it could most likely be done in a day but might run into the next day if any of the wood was damaged. When the date rolled around, an entire team came out and replaced my roof, but not before tarping all the way around my house to assist with cleanup. It was going to be a full stripping of the old material, as all roof replacements should be. On the day of the replacement, they showed up right when they said they would and were just finishing up as the night was starting to fall. But the roof looked incredible. The estimate they gave was exactly what I paid. They even updated my attic venting to ridge vents.

I can tell you that Top Choice Roofing might not have been the cheapest quote people gave, but they weren't charging much more than a couple others. On top of that, I believe firmly that you get what you pay for. With TCR I have a fully transferrable 20-year warranty and their assurance that if anything goes wrong in those 20 years, that they will right back out to take care of it as warranty coverage. Another thing that led me to choose TCR over the 2 lower estimates is simply how personable everyone is. Being friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with is worth the slightly higher price to me. Replacing a roof needs to be done with someone you are comfortable working with. Both of the 2 lower quotes I got simply didn't feel like a good fit for me to work with. I've learned to trust those feelings that I cannot explain. Top Choice Roofing just put me at ease. (I don't remember how many roofers I called, but only 2 were priced lower and the rest were about the same as what I paid)

The person from TCR that worked with me is named, Stanley. While he is relatively new to the company, I feel he did a great job being able to answer any questions I had and keeping me informed of the progress being made. I also appreciated the fact that he was perfectly willing to tell me when he didn't know an answer to my question but wasted no time seeking out that answer and relaying it to me. Talking to Stanley was like talking to someone I have known for years, and I have no doubt he'll go far in the career he has chosen. I will absolutely recommend Top Choice Roofing to anyone and everyone who is in the market for a new roof.
