We contacted Whalen because they are local and have a solid reputation. We were pleased and impressed with the entire process. Travis was very thorough and professional in communicating and providing a detailed quote for our roofing and gutters. Whalen was outstanding with communicating throughout the scheduling and installation process. They did quality work and we are very pleased with our roof and gutters. . Everything was thoroughly cleaned up when the job was completed. Highly recommend this company.

Whalen Exteriors, came out early in the morning started working. They had the roof replaced by 4 pm. They had everything cleaned up. I found no nails anywhere. We are very pleased with our new roof. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

We had a great experience with Whalen. They took the time to be at the home during the insurance company inspection for hail damage. We felt their quote was reasonable, and very detailed, including photos of our roof and details of the work to be completed. The crew showed up (there must have been a dozen workers) on the day and time they said they were going to, covered our landscaping with tarps, and over the next 13 hours completed the roof and the replacement of 8 skylights. A special shout out to Mike, our on site supervisor. He answered all of our questions and concerns. They did a wonderful job working with our insurance company to ensure insurance requirements were completed in a timely manner.

Our home suffered severe damage from the hail storms this spring. Whalen made the entire process, from estimates to work schedules, a very easy process for a homeowner. They met with us in our home to help us navigate all the choices in products we would need for our home. They replaced our roof, windows, and siding. I was so pleased with their work that I also had them replace my front entry door and rear sliding door. The project manager, Kenneth Bonelli, and his crew did a fantastic job on my house. They were able to complete my home in a very timely manner, even when we changed a couple of details. Their workmanship and professionalism was excellent, and I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home contractor.

If I could provide a rating above 5 stars, I would. We had a fairly large project at it was completed faster than expected and with quality. Cleanup was also spotless.

Whalen communicated from start to finish , explaining the process and even sent a YouTube video of what to expect. The job was completed to perfection and the price reasonable. The estimate was easy to read and understand, many varieties of shingles were available, and all questions answered. The crew worked very hard to finish the roof and cleaned up everything afterward. We would highly recommend Whalen Exteriors. They were professional from the start of the process until the end. We had hail damage to our roof, gutters, fascia and downspouts. They came out and surveyed the damage and explained it all to us. They gave us a quote, which was very reasonable, that explained in detail the scope of the work. Prior to the start of the job, they send us emails explaining what to expect, timeframe for material delivery and the state date of the project. It included bullet points of things to be aware of or to do to ensure a smooth process during the work. We had a project manager that came throughout the process, as it took several days since we had a lot of work done, to make sure everything was done to our expectations and that the project was completed to the highest quality standards.

After hail damage we contacted Whalen Exteriors. They met the allowance from our insurance company & installed a new roof including new skylights. 99% of the work was done in one day with the other 1% done 2 days later (trim around the interior of the skylights). The crew was thorough, professional & kind to my wife & me. No flowers were hurt & the clean-up was outstanding. Many thanks to Shawn Whalen, Chuck, Mike, Kenny, Ron, Travis & Jose. Got roof and gutters replaced, very professional and communicated every step. Cleaned up daily and very thorough. If any question or concerns, they answered or addressed it. VERY reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone! They do more then just roof and gutter work, best part is that they perform all the work IN HOUSE.... so no sub-contractors which is better quality control in my opinion! The best review I can give is - every single time I’ve ever called Shawn and his team to come give a roof bid it is significantly cheaper than the other guys and the quality of work is incredible. Shawn has brought back that old school mentality where quality work for a fair price is paramount!

The salesmen Mike is a very personable man. He was a huge help with all the parts of the roofing. One piece of advice make sure to have them check the wood under the old materials. That was one mistake that happened and jumped the loan amount up. But, besides that they are fairly priced! They keep intouch with all details! Also, Mike the site manager is very hands on with the full process. Thanks, for all the work!

Great clean environment, knowledgeable staff and great selection on hand, To see and hold in person at there office. My wife and I used Whalen exterior on two of our houses one we were selling and then one we bought to get the roofs done, the work was done in a timely and professional manner.
