I needed a roof replacement with repair to prior damage and additional ventilation for the attic. Whalen Exteriors did a fantastic job from start to finish, including answering all my questions and providing detailed information on the products they use as well as the installation process. The work crew was very professional, showed up on time and worked from dawn to dusk on a very cold February day. The clean-up was extremely thorough, and they were respectful of my property. I have not found one stray nail. As for the price, the quality of workmanship, customer service and overall experience dealing with this company was worth every dollar of the very fair estimate they gave me. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful company and people to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. It took a little over a day to do my roof, but that was because the first day it started to rain around noon. They came back the next day and finished the job. If I hadn't of been home while they worked, I would never have known they were here. They cleaned up my driveway, deck, yard and sidewalks.

Then, I had them take down my old shutters and put up new ones. They did a great job, and I felt very comfortable talking to the agent and the men who did the work. I Would definitely recommend them.

Whalen roofing showed up on Tuesday and were done and gone on Thursday. New roof and gutters and not a nail to be found!!! They were also very understanding when it took an extra week to get my loan approved.

This company provided great service. I needed some shingles fixed on my roof. Shingles are fixed and in a timely manner. After having issues with 3 different roofing companies whalen came through to help me out.

We used Whalen Exteriors to replace the roof, gutters and downspouts on our home in 2023. From project manager, to the crew and the office staff did a fantastic job. So much so that we used them to replace the roof on my parent’s home. The results were the same. An excellent job.

I had a great experience with Whalen exteriors. My new roof was from 2018 and I recently had a few shingles fail (manufacturer defect). I called Whalen exteriors and talked to Tiffany. She took my information and passed it along quickly to Kenny and Manny. Kenny and Manny called me the very next day first thing in the morning and arrived ready to repair the failed shingles. They showed up prepared and made the repair quickly. Kenny and Manny were friendly, professional, and knew what they were doing. They did a great job and my roof looks great again. We had Whalen put a new roof on our house several months ago and they did an amazing job. Got bids from several other local places and Whalen gave us the best bid. We went with Whalen for our roof as well as soffit/fascia and gutters. The company was very efficient and professional. Cleaned up extremely well and you would have never known they were even there. They even went above and beyond and took down some exterior items such as a ridiculous antenna for us that was no longer in use as well. I was in communication with three different Mikes for these projects, all of which were wonderful to work with. We signed the contract to lock in the price but pushed back install a couple months which was very convenient for us. Pricing was fair I believe but I’ll be honest, because they were so professional from the first encounter I didn’t really look elsewhere. Good company to do business with!

Whalen Exteriors did a great job with our whole roof replacement. They were able to get our large roof done in 2 days, along with inside repairs done in one day! They were fast, efficient, clean, and respectful. Their team came in, got the job done, cleaned up, and even came back out to fix one spot that we wanted within the week! Our interior work that needed fixed due to a leak was fixed and looks perfect! You would never know there was ever a bubble in our drywall and ceiling! Our roof looks great and they have a killer work warranty along with the Owen’s Corning warranty. We had 9 contractors give us bids and we chose Whalen Exteriors due to their warranty and pricing, they are fairly priced! We are overall very pleased with their work and will certainly refer them to any family and friends!

Everyone that we interacted with at Whalen Exteriors was knowledgeable, punctual, efficient, and friendly. Our project included replacing the roof, two skylights, and fiber cement siding that needed to be spaced properly above the back porch roof. The process started with a representative showing up and walking through our options and confirming they could manage the siding issue. They did NOT give us an ultimatum to make the decision with an “only available today" quote that some other roofing company tried to force on us. We took the time to discuss our options and landed on Whalen because of their warranty, availability, appropriate pricing, and knowledge of working with our fiber cement siding, something other companies wouldn't even touch. Whalen Exteriors scheduled the roof replacement as quickly as possible given the weather and they were done with the roof in one day. Two days later experts showed up and discussed how they were going to manage the fiber cement siding – it looks amazing and now meets the requirement of spacing between the J channel and shingles. We highly recommend Whalen Exteriors services for the expertise, finished product, and customer experience.
