I made the right decision by choosing Absolute to dry out and clean up my basement after the recent heavy rains. Not only did this company do a fantastic job, they actually believe in customer service. This company, along with their well-trained, caring and courteous employees, impressed me. My experience was 100 percent positive.

I was in dire need to have my basement cleaned and sanitized after having 2 feet of water in it. Dan and Matt and others came in and did a masterful job of removing everything and completely sanitizing everything. We couldn’t be more pleased. They are first class, and I would always recommend them.

Dan and his time did a fantastic job after the storms we had last week. As his company motto says, they absolutely care. I would recommend Dan anytime if you have any issues with water, mold, etc.

Nothing is fast with construction so if you've had a disaster happen at your home and need repairs keep that in mind. Materials and staffing are a continuous challenge from what I have seen in any situation I need something done. Plus it can be very emotional seeing your home in a terrible state. All of these things can make repairs feel like they are taking forever when really it may be merely a pothole in the road of life. We had our first and hopefully last house fire last summer and it fortunately was limited to our garage and no one was hurt. I didn't know where to start with hiring a restoration company or even know what they were so the journey started with some contact info from our insurance company, from there I contacted all of the companies and had at least 5 companies come assess the damage. The first impression is a big deal and Tim from Absolute Restoration LLC, a local restoration company, was the most professional of all of the companies even compared to much larger national corporations. So the fact that they are local and made the best first impression made my decision easy. Through the repair process I was always kept in the loop as to the next steps and although materials and man power can take time to schedule my family and I could not be happier with the finished product. Absolute Restoration LLC took a difficult negative situation and turned it into a positive. Our garage looks even better than it did before the fire. I cannot thank Tim and the Absolute Restoration team enough for all the work that they have done. We always felt like we were being taken care of by their company throughout the process. I wish I could give less than a star. We had an issue a few years back that required a basement and kitchen restoration. Our insurance gave us this company's name... let me tell you they sent intoxicated workers to my home some of which stole the flooring that was to be put in...it was like pulling teeth to have people even SENT OUT to do the work. It took almost a year to get them to finish the project... and guess what MY KITCHEN IS FALLING APART NOW. like legit cabinets off the tracks and off the walls... please just don't go through the stress and mental anguish we did. Look elsewhere for your restoration needs. Save yourselves.

Had a relatively small issue but these guys made time to make it a priority. Checked it out immediately, schedule my cleanup immediately. The crew that did the work was also great. Highly, highly recommend.

Jamie and Dan took on my concerns with a sense of urgency that matched mine. They took time to walk me thoroughly through my options. Although we did not work together, I would recommend them to anyone. The kind of customer service they provide is top notch plain and simple.

Absolute Restoration was understanding and attentive to our immediate needs. They scheduled when we requested and arrived promptly to remedy our basement emergency. Their assessment and subsequent removal of damaged items and clean up was conducted expediently, expertly and professionally. I have recommended that our insurance carrier add them to their preferred vendor list.

We got home from a weekend trip to find our living room ceiling leaking and falling down. We initially had a call out to our home warranty but my brother and sister in law recommeded we call Absolute Restoration. It was a Sunday but they were still out at our house within a few hours from calling. The damage was extensive and they had to take a large section of ceiling. They told us up front that the rebuilding part wasn't something they were doing at the moment but they did remove all the damaged ceiling and cleaned up quite well after themselves. They set air movers and dehumudifiers to dry everything out and have been back each morning to check on the status (it was quite wet and all old hardwood floors so it's taking some time). There was no up front cost to me as it was an emergency and they are able to work through my insurance. Good experience overall.

Dan is exceptional! He was prompt and timely in addressing our need for mold removal in our attic. He is not only trust worthy, but also very knowledgeable! He made sure the job was done right . Him and his team were kind and thorough. They always cleaned up at the end of their day. He put our minds at ease in knowing the mold was taken care of and we could sell our home without any issues. We can't thank him and his team enough!!

Omg they are amazing. We used them for water remediation and clean up at a business. Very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, on time, reasonable prices for the work they did. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. They sent pictures as asked and went above and beyond. Ron was an absolute gem to work with. He’s an “update” king always keeping me updated. Will definitely use them again and again. We have used others but they are now our go to guys!

This company says they “absolutely care” and they certainly do! We dealt with Josh, Billy, and Brett after having a flooded bathroom and basement and they were fantastic! They were thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate, timely, and very kind. They went the extra mile! We highly recommend this company for any restoration needs you may have.

Very professional even during a pandemic in remediation and repairing a house I sold in PA via a trust. I do not live in PA, so doing this across two states was not easy, but Absolute Restoration made is very easy for me! Highly recommend them and their quality of service!

We had a small section of our basement wall that had mold/slight water damage. Called absolute restoration on the weekend we found it, and they did promptly call me Monday morning when they returned to the office. After that, the communication was horrible. There were three separate times I was told throughout the week I would be called back about scheduling after they inspected it. Every time I did not receive a call and had to call them again. Finally after playing phone tag all week we got the work scheduled and completed. To complete it they had to cut out two 2’x4’ sections of the wall (which was fine), but they did not fix the wall after completion. They said they are not doing that at the moment due to demand and materials. That was never discussed prior to signing the contract and we spent almost a thousand dollars for minimal mold removal and for a giant hole in our wall that I had to fix myself. I guess they do okay work at mold removal but their communication is awful and they use the term ‘restoration’ lightly if they don’t finish the restoring. Very unhappy and would have gone elsewhere would I have known what was in store.

The water damage on our house was overwhelming and extensive. The team at Absolute Restoration cleaned up the mess and repaired all the damage. Their work was excellent, professional, and timely. Dan and his crew at Absolute are top notch. They were able to assist in a very short amount of time. They treat your home as if it was their own. We had a toilet that flooded on the second floor and contaminated the ceiling below. Their crew was here that day, removed the ceiling, set up all equipment to contain further damage and worked tirelessly with our insurance company to get the job complete. We had a fire in our garage that covered everything in smoke and ruined a lot of property. Dan and the others at Absolute Restoration went well above and beyond expectations. They cataloged everything in the garage super meticulously, which made the insurance claim much easier and saved us a ton of time and money. They also were extremely good at cleaning up and restoring the building and clearly took pride in their work. Just today, they came by and closely looked and decided to do one extra coat of paint just to make the garage in the best possible condition. Unfortunately, we have experienced water damage several times over our lifetime, and it is frustrating and tons of work. However, Absolute Restoration, took most of the aggravation and stress away. We have NEVER worked with such a professional and compassionate group! Of all days, Sunday, a toilet line broke, guzzing water like a fire hydrant into our master bedroom bath and hallway, leaking to the lower level. We shut the water off and looked at each other in disbelief. Cried. When you are 75 years old, you still cry. We contacted Absolute Restoration and within 30 minutes, they were in our house cleaning up the mess and saving our floors and furniture. Absolute entered our home fully equipped for the job. Worked quickly and even took a moment to pet our sweet pup, who was very upset too. We highly recommend Absolute! They are the best we have EVER used for cleanup and restoration. This company is awesome! Everyone I dealt with at Absolute Restoration LLC was great! They made the entire cleanup process easy. Ryan, took my initial call, was friendly and explained the entire process. Gabby and Colleen showed up first thing the next morning and began the cleanup. Gabby and Colleen were the BEST...professional, knowledgeable and informative. When they left, it didn't look like anything happened. Also, Heather was very helpful by taking all my information, dealt with the insurance company and kept me posted along the way. Ricky and Colleen returned to evaluate the drying process. Ricky explained all the final diagnostic measurements and what the results meant...he was friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience to deal with a water problem. This company knows what they are doing! I highly recommend them.

When my basement flooded, Absolute had it dry in no time. Dan returned several times to work with the adjuster to help determine the source of the flooding. Very prompt and professional.

Last spring I walked downstairs one morning and stepped in water.. Called my insurance agent right away and within a hour Dan Colcombe from Absolute Restoration was at my door.. We had water coming in from outside along with a leak from our refrigerator waterline. Ended up having to have walls, flooring, ceilings etc removed and replaced. On top of the stress of all this we have a special needs dog that hates people in our house.. They worked around our dog sitters schedule, a death in our family and our work schedules. They even allowed my husband to work from their office and take our dog Preston on days we didn't have a sitter. Dan was even here one weekend we were away working until close to midnight in order to get our kitchen done before we arrived home. Honestly, who does that? They were so professional we ended up adding more projects for them to do.. Nobody ever wants this to happen, but if it ever happens to you make Absolute Restoration LLC your first call. You won't regret it!
