Jared Witucki was very friendly, courteous, responsible, and helped us every step of the way. He even called the insurance company to open the claim and came on the of the inspection to be sure that we got the most money possible for our hail damage to house and roof. I called in on Monday to report an issue, by Friday it was already handled. Quite impressive.
Majestic Interiors Inc. was contracted by Kemper to assist and sent a team out (Cody & Josh), they did a fantastic job which I have all confidence in their fix. In total, what I expected to be a royal pain in the you know what, was exactly the opposite. Great job.

Hello all I had work done on my roof and everything was done professionally they cleaned up very nicely. Natalie Bixler was very knowledgeable in what she was explaining about the process and things of that nature she really takes her job seriously and I was truly satisfied with the work!!!!!!!

Natalie is friendly and respectful and she accomplished everything she told me she would do for me and my home. The crew that worked on my roof removal and replacement were courteous and friendly.

Tracey Kil was great to work with. She was always here on time and always kept me up to date with what was going on with the work on my roof/house. They crew that did the work did a great job. I have been dealing with these scumbags for the past 5 months in getting a reimbursement for a leak that was caused due to their negligence when installing my roof. My suggestion to you, FIND SOMEONE ELSE to do your roofing work. These guys will butter you up when they meet you and talk all sweet and professional, but once the job is done, you are left with roof leaks that they REFUSE to correct or repair unless you run through the nightmare of taking them to your local court. Do you really want to deal with the hassle of trying to sue a company for a leak in your ceiling?

You have been warned!!!

Not only did I hire them for my home but my employer used them for their roof too

Both are very detail-oriented, professional, and extremely courteous in every fashion. We met with Natalie several weeks ago in our home to discuss the roof replacement project. 3 weeks after that meeting, we have a new roof on our home. I highly recommend you consider working with Natalie and Elma of Steve Kemper Builder, Inc. for roof replacement.

I had work done in my opinion very poorly I have put a report in 5 months ago it was responded to 1 month ago still waiting on repairs when I talked with Troy to help told me basically I was lying and asked if I had recordings. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere if you need any work done. If it took 4 months to respond to a poor review just guess how long it will take to get repairs. It now has been 9 months since was done still finding issues such as a large hole in the flashing they did not repair poor work just filled in hole with I am not sure what. PLEASE HELP YOURSELF AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!! NOTE: ONLY GAVE 1 STAR DUE TO YOU HAVE TO GIVE AT LEAST 1.

Stop what you’re doing and look for another builder!! You do not want to work with Steve Kemper!!! They overpromised and under delivered on a new roof for us after we suffered from hail damage last year. They were disorganized, and showed up weeks late to start our job with no prior warning. The paperwork process after the fact was a nightmare and we did not receive things that they said we would. If I could give 0 stars I would. Honestly look elsewhere!!

We just had our roof done and we couldn't be happier! We had hail damage to our roof and both Natalie and Elma helped us with our insurance company determination. The work was done in one day and Natalie called several times to make sure we were satisfied. Elma handled the invoicing and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Steve Kemper Builder recently did our new roof and siding. The workers were professional and did a great job. The Project Managers Natalie and Elma were also really nice friendly people to work with. We are very happy with the end results.

Appears as if I am having the same issues as other reviewers. Sub contractors came to my house at 7:30am on a Saturday (with no warning from Steve Kemper of their arrival). To say there was a language barrier between the SUB contractors and myself is putting it lightly. I have found out from other people who used their service that the contractors they hire out may or may not be legal. My family and I left our house for the entire day and returned 12 hours later and the work still was not done. After numerous assurances from the "project manager" that a 2nd team will arrive to complete the work. The project has been finished but my yard, neighbors yard is ruined in the front because of the vehicles they parked. NOW the "project manager" is not returning my calls and I still have a make shift dumpster in the front of my house. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE to the point my neighbors who are next are thinking about not using them.

hired Steve Kemper builders out of lock heaven pa to replace a hail damaged metal roof. his company sub contracted the job out this was four months ago what a bad job they did today a strong wind blew some of the roof off i have been after them to come out and screw the roof down now the roof is damaged do not hire this company you will regret it.
